Ericka (3/5): Great staff and breakfast but don't expect to sleep. - The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and provided with a smile. The beds were uncomfortable and we had no sleep thanks to other guests crashing around above and next to us until 1.30am ... so much for the sound proofing! The never ending racket coming from surrounding rooms. The very low and uncomfortable beds.

Mohamed (10/5): Amazing, welcoming, supportive people - I loved the customer service that the staff were offering especially the team member BABAK (very helpful and friendly person). Also the place was very clean and welcoming which was just the think you’d need in a hotel. That I didn’t stay long enough. It was perfect.

Salomé (7/5): Hôtel plutôt agréable mais insonorisation et quelques points d’hygiène à revoir. - Petit déjeuner buffet varié mais très peu de sucré. Personnel agréable. Parking (point fort pour le quartier). Jolie décoration. Attention, certaines chambres sont sans fenêtre, mais on nous a gentiment permis de changer de chambre le lendemain. Hygiène pas au top : quelques traces sur les murs, lavabo, porte et serviettes pas très propres... Concernant l’emplacement, la vieille ville était accessible à pied, mais l’hôtel est situé dans une ruelle un peu glauque. Nous étions contentes d’avoir la voiture pour rentrer le soir. Insonorisation inexistante, on avait l’impression d’être dans la chambre des voisins…

Oleksandr (9/5): В цілому сподобалось, були незначні недоліки - Нам дуже сподобався сніданок, він смачний і різноманітний, а найкраще це те, що він у форматі шведського столу. В номері є чайник, холодильник (будьте уважні одна з полиць це морозилка), фен, кондиціонер та телевізор. За можливості можна взяти відпарювач на ресепшині. Прибирають тоді, коли ти повісив на дверцята відповідну мітку, прибирання дійсно якісне. Має дуже хороше місце розташування, до старого міста і до пляжу буквально 5-15 хвилин, і загалом виходить на вулиці з автобусами у всі напрямки. Персонал дуже привітний, особливо була дуже милою адміністратор Meryem, вона завжди нам допомагала і заселила нас на 2 години раніше, за що дуже вдячні :) Незважаючи на те, що в кімнаті є телевізор, є можливість дивитися лише турецькі TV канали, телевізор не підключається до інтернету, тому він не функціональний для іноземних туристів. Сам інтренет був недостатньо якісним в кімнаті, часто дуже повільно вантажив. Погана шумоізоляція в кімнаті, чутно про що говорять сусіди.

Немного не понравился завтрак, выбор в принципе не плохой по блюдам, но не было основных блюд ни омлета, ни каши очень бы хотелось, чтобы они появились на завтраке. Были только за отдельную плату.

Maddin (5/5): Einfach, aber echt türkisch und absolut unschlagbar günstig!!! - Für jemanden, der die Türkei wirklich erleben will perfekte Lage! Es sollte einem bewusst sein, das vor der Tür in der Straße Müll und Katzen ohne Ende vorhanden sind. Es ist definitiv kein Touristen Standort, man trifft auch kaum welche. Aber die Menschen sind mega freundlich, das Buffet ist absolut nicht europäisch, aber sehr lecker und frisch und die Mädels sind super lieb! Eine Klimaanlage ist in jedem Zimmer und das Preis Leistungs Niveau ist absolut unschlagbar! Nunja, das Zimmer ist sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben am ersten Tag den Kühlschrank der Minibar aus gemacht, da er einen recht lauten Kompressor hatte. Die Matratze war so lala, aber sie lag tatsächlich auf einer Sperrholzplatte, also kein Lattenrost, was ab dem 2'ten Tag für ordentlich Rückenschmerzen sorgte. Es ist schon sehr hellhörig und dementsprechend haben wir nachts viel mitbekommen von den anderen Zimmern, sei es die Stundenlage Zuneigung einiger Menschen oder die Kinder toben eine Etage höher bis nachts um halb drei, ruhig ist definitiv anders!

Maguette (1/5): ESTAFA - Me hicieron el checking antes de la llegada, porque llegaba a las tres y pico de la madrugada, através de WhatsApp le pasé la documentación y me fui a agilitando el registro Page por dos noches de hotel 79€, no pase ni 24 horas en el hotel… decimos marcharnos antes de tiempo y cuando baje a hacer la salida, me marche y viene detrás mía una chica diciéndome que tenía que pagar las bebidas del desayuno! Eran 3 zumos de naranja, café y leche cuando llevaba el desayuno incluido en la reserva, estas tres cosas son básicas básica (tened en cuenta que este país, a pesar de tener mucho turismo, los desayunos son todos turcos, no tienen ni un miserable croissant, nada que desayunar) como para tener que pagar por ello un total de 20€ unos estafadores de mucho cuidado, nada recomendable y el personal nefasto! Adjunto el ticket porque es de vergüenza, podréis decir lo que quieras, pero ahí está la prueba de que se cobro la bebida, cuando el desayuno estaba incluido y ningún lado ponía lo contrario! Es simple, si yo sé que me van a cobrar una cosa, no la pido no crees? No hay que ser demasiado inteligente para saber eso, por supuesto que me altero con estas cosas, porque soy unos ladrones! Adjunto prueba de que pagué por dos noches un importe de 79€, que estamos hablando que me habéis cobrado 20€ por tres bebidas, si eso no usar que baje, me lo diga! Os recuerdo que yo entré en el Hotel de madrugada cerca de las tres y pico de la mañana, también tengo prueba, y me marché ese mismo día a media mañana, perdí y pagué una noche Hotel demás fíjate cómo es la historia, no lo reclamé, porque fue un imprevisto y decidí marcharme a otro ciudad. Así que haz el favor de no mentir ustedes, porque la recepción te entregué los tres pasaportes, te pagué en efectivo, y yo no firmé nada en ningún momento, Ni me explicaste nada relacionado con el desayuno, yo mi reserva la hice a través de Booking que también adjunto prueba, yo hablo con propiedad panda de falsos!! Y si tú dices que yo miento te reto a que muestres las pruebas y el documento de que yo estoy mintiendo.

Suihkun lattialla oli suuri määrä kuivunutta shampoota, kylpyhuoneen lattialla oli paljon pölyä ja hiuksia. Huoneiston lattiaan jäi sukat kiinni se oli todella tahmainen ja verhoissa oli maalia. Lakanat oli myös todella nukkaiset.

Sachini Chamathka Sandumali Perera (10/5): - I really liked the location of the hotel. It is very close to the city centre, and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious food. I should also mention the staff, especially the manager, they were very friendly and helpful, as was the lady in the restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay near Antalya city centre. Nothing at all

Lara (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage - - sehr gutes Frühstück - super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - nettes Personal - modernde Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht - Sauberkeit: Regelmäßiges Saugen und Wischen wäre angebracht (ist leider weder vor unserem Aufenthalt noch während des Aufenthalts passiert)
