Stephanie (7/5): Eine günstige Unterkunft mit großem Zimmer, auch wenn Organisation, Sanitärbereich und die unbequeme Matratze verbessert - Die Unterkunft bietet ein großes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Tisch, Bett und Stuhl und überzeugt insgesamt durch ein gutes Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis, besonders wenn man nur eine Nacht bleibt, um Berat zu erkunden. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es mir beim nächsten Mal jedoch gut überlegen. Die Organisation des Frühstücks war enttäuschend: Obwohl es laut Zimmerinformation ab 7 Uhr verfügbar sein sollte, wurden wir erst kurz nach 8 Uhr bedient. Leider unbequeme, sehr einfache Matratze und zudem gibt es nur eine Dusche und eine Toilette für mehrere Zimmer, was für Gäste schnell unpraktisch werden kann. Ein zweites Badezimmer wäre natürlich super!

Stella (9/5): Séjour très agréable et calme, chez une famille accueillante. - Maison familiale, avec personnel très gentil et accueillant, possibilité de se garer sur place. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. J’ai adoré la lumière en forme de cœur dans la salle de bain ! Petit-déjeuner compris très bon. Un peu loin du centre-ville, environ 30-40 min à pied sinon prendre la voiture. Le mieux est de se garer à côté du stade pour éviter de payer. Berat est une très jolie ville mais se visite rapidement, même un après-midi suffit, sauf si vous prévoyez une excursion au canyon.

Ariane (7/5): Superbe vue, idéal de passage - Les propriétaires sont sympas et accueillants. Le petit déjeuner typique était très bon. La chambre est grande et la vue était superbe. Le parking est à l’intérieur de la propriété : pratique et sécurisé. Attention aux photos, elles ne reflètent pas la réalité. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec salle de bain privative, nous avons dû la partager. La machine à laver est payante (5€ / 500ALL), et le linge sèche dans des travaux au milieu des gravats et bétonnière.

Borys (10/5): Все було дуже добре і з задоволенням повернемось знову до цієї родини! - Були вперше в Албанії і це була перша людина власник житла з якою ми мали контакт. Віктор, власник, створив чудове враження. Дуже сподобався гостинний підхід. Віктор був привітливий, приємний чоловік з яким можна було б багато про що поспілкуватись. Окремо можу позитивно відмітити його знання мов (і він не зупиняється з їх вивченням!). Ми отримали дуже родинний прийом, зранку скуштували цікавий справжній домашній сніданок традиційної кухні. Все це склало дуже гарну картинку! А ну і ще й Віктор нам розповів про місця які варто побачити, нажаль все було так цікавим що ми не встигли подивитись все що він сказав, треба приїхати знову і побачити решту. Не було якихось речей які б не сподобались. Можливо це більше про зручність якщо б ванна кімната була не спільною. Але нам це не заважало.

Beata (8/5): Polecam. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. - W pokoju było czysto, pościel i ręczniki świeże. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, chociaż nie za duże i codziennie podawane było to samo ;p. Bezproblemowy dojazd i kontakt z właścicielami. Gospodarze mili i pomocni, starali się nas dobrze ugościć. Mieliśmy dostęp do aneksu kuchennego i wspólnej bardzo dużej łazienki. Na terenie posesji można zaparkować. W łazience często brakowało ciepłej wody i musieliśmy codziennie długo czekać zanim woda się nagrzała. Do tego odpływ pod prysznicem był przytkany, więc po kąpieli łazienka była częściowo zalewana. Śniadania podawane były z lekkim opóźnieniem w stosunku do godziny, na którą się umawialiśmy. W pokoju brakowało jakiejkolwiek lampki nocnej, bardzo by się przydała. Pokoje są słabo wygłuszone, w nocy słyszeliśmy chrapanie z sąsiedniego pokoju :)

Alessandra (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande von Berat und ist gut zu finden. Im Garten laufen süsse Katzen umher, die sich gerne streicheln lassen. Auch ein Hund befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr freundlich und achten darauf, dass es einem gut geht. Sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch und waren von Anfang an und jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar, um uns zu helfen. Das traditionelle Frühstück am Morgen, war unser persönliches Highlight. Der Hund hat bereits mitten in der Nacht (4:00 Uhr) angefangen zu bellen, wodurch wir ab da nicht mehr wirklich geschlafen haben. Auch darf man im Gemeinschaftsbad kein Toilettenpapier das Klo runterspülen, wodurch es etwas streng roch.

Excellent value for money, and having parking available is great. It's a bit far from the center on foot, but transportation is still easy. It was very cold; we had blankets and things like that, but no heater. That made things a bit difficult for us; we were very cold. Also, the breakfast portions were a little small. Apart from that, everything was great.

Johanna (10/5): Authentisch und liebevoll! - Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich liebe und zuvorkommende Leute. Es gab ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit Tee, Kaffee, Oliven, Schafskäse und Gebäck. Außerdem gibt es viele kleine Orte zum Hinsetzen und um die Aussicht zu genießen. Alles war sauber und falls man etwas brauchte, halfen die Gastgeber sofort weiter. Fabia spricht sehr gut Englisch und kümmert sich wirklich sehr um die Gäste. Die Unterkunft liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Berat, aber zu Fuß ist man in etwa 30 Minuten dort. Die Burg ist ebenfalls nur etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut!

Martin (9/5): - Veliká svoboda při ubytování, mohl jsem přijet kdykoliv a zase odjet do města. Pán/slečna na mě vždy počkali, stačilo jen napsat SMS zprávu na watsup. Pozor na trochu dost horší příjezdovou cestu. I navigace se trochu spletla. Z posledního kruhového objezdu se jede kousek do kopce po nepěkné hrbolaté kamenité cestě. Ale dá se to s trochou opatrnosti zvládnout. Koneckonců - jste v Albánii :))
Sandra (8/5): Bien qu’il a fait froid ils avaient tout prévu, un radiateur était à notre disposition et des couvertures supplémentaire - Proche du centre, et les hébergeant très accueillant ! Il faisait très froid dans la chambre, plus froid qu’à l’extérieur et les toilettes était communes et à l’extérieur de la chambre. Salle de bain un peu dangereuse notamment avec les prises proche de l’eau mais sinon rien à dire.

Sophie P. (9/5): Très belle maison d'hôtes, très propre et superbe accueil ! - Nous avons passé un bon court séjour et avons trouvé que le rapport qualité/prix était excellent. La chambre est confortable et l'accueil de Fabia a été très chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est un vrai plus. L'emplacement est pratique en voiture, à moins de 10 minutes du centre-ville (environ 30 minutes à pied). Un point à clarifier : la salle de bain est en fait partagée et non privative. Bien qu'elle soit spacieuse et propre, cette information pourrait être utile aux futurs voyageurs.
Alessia (7/5): carino e calorosi - La famiglia davvero carinissima, bel giardino e parcheggio assicurato. Molto gentili che nonostante noi non ci fossimo alzate per tempo per la colazione perché non era nei nostri piani farla ce l’hanno comunque fatta fuori orario. C’era scritto nella descrizione della prenotazione che avremmo avuto aria condizionata e bagno privato in camera, così non è, ci sono circa 5 stanze con un unico bagno. Ho letto altre recensioni ed è una cosa che c’è da molto tempo, quindi si dovrebbe cambiare nella descrizione visto che non riflette il vero.

Arianna Pacetto (10/5): Posto in mezzo alla natura - Non volevamo una casa al centro di Berat e Guest House Irvin è stata un'ottima scelta. Posto molto tranquillo e padroni di casa eccezionali. Ci hanno offerto dei fichi ottimi e un dolce tipico molto buono. Sono stati veramente cordiali e gentili. Mi hanno aiutato anche dandomi delle medicine perché stavo male. Ambiente familiare. Nulla da dire.
Anna (10/5): - Great hosts who helped us when our car broke down. The hotel is run with heart. All guests are treated very hospitably. Homemade, fresh breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean. Quiet neighborhood. Parking on the property. About 25 minutes walk to the center. Highly recommended.

Jiří (1/5): The description is a lie! - Nice hosts, good price, good breakfast, parking in the garden. The accommodation would be good if they wouldn't lie in the description. The bathroom (shower, toilet and washing machine) is shared although description says it is private. And there is no hair dryer. We weren't even show where the kitchen is, but I guess it's also shared as well. There was no AC in the room, just a fan. There are no bug nets in the windows, so there is really not much ways how to cool the room. The bed was too hard, it was almost like sleeping on the floor. Apart from the fan and the bed, there's only small table. The people in the reviews saying that there was no AC and no private bathroom and still giving it a 8 starts are part of the problem. WAKE UP!

Guest (10/5): Excellent séjour au Guest House Irvin, nous recommandons fortement ! - Excellent accueil de la part de toute la famille, très disponibles et conviviaux ! Le logement est très bien localisé (quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Berat). Petit déjeuner local très agréable et une literie confortable. Je recommande fortement ce logement si vous passez par Berat, vous ne serez pas déçus. Merci encore ;) Tout était très bien

Sandra G.H (8/5): Sin baño privado ni aire acondicionado - La atención del personal y la ubicación. En booking se anuncia con baño privado y aire acondicionado,y no és así. El baño es compartido,ninguna habitación tiene baño privado,y nos trajeron un ventilador,no tienen aire acondicionado.
Sascha (5/5): Naja, kann man machen…… - Wir hatten einen fünf Bettzimmer zu zweit, das war sehr geräumig. Das Gemeinschafts Bad war sehr groß und stehts blitzblank sauber. Den zugesagten Parkplatz gab es nicht, wir mussten draußen an einer Steinstraße parken wo am Morgen der Spiegel zerkratzt war. Es hieß, wir hätten später noch drinnen parken können, aber dazu kam es nicht. Außerdem hieß es, dass es von 07.00 bis 9:00 Uhr Frühstück geben sollte. Wir hatten von sieben bis 7:30 Uhr gewartet, alle haben noch geschlafen. Hatte versucht den Besitzer per whats App anzuschreiben, diese antwortete aber erst dann gegen Mittag.

Laura (9/5): Muy buena opción a un paso de Berat - El anfitrión fue muy simpático y amable en todo momento, nos dio recomendaciones y nos regaló higos de su finca. Estábamos muy cerca en coche de todo. Las camas eran un poco duras.
