• silvat (8/5): It was a nice spacious, clean place for little issues which were resolve but garbage was bad - The apartment was very spacious clean and well located There was not enough space in the living room for a 3 bedroom apartment. Only1 sofa and 2 chairs. It was not comfortable to sit around. There was no garbage chute or pick up system. We were told to go and throw the garbage in a public bin. They sent us points where the bins were located when we asked. We were not told before hand. Also the outside door could only be opened from outside. The key did not work both ways.
• Alisdair (8/5): Great situation. - Great venue not far from places to visit. Clean, plenty of space. Nice towels. Good air con, good water pressure. Safe. Good info via bar code. 3 doors to get in, only one set of keys so hard for the group to separate.
• Angela (10/5): Loved this apartment! - The apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable and cool in the heat. All those little essentials needed for a short stay were provided including a welcome pack. It is located on a road which has very little traffic which meant it was quiet and yet it is only a very short walk from the bustle of the main square - cathedral and Alcaraz. We all loved it and would definitely book it again. The amount of hot water available but this is a very minor issue.

• Laura (8/5): Nice, comfortable stay. - The apartment was close to restaurants, the Cathedral and the Alcazar and generally within walking distance of most of the Seville attractions. It also was very quiet, safe, clean, modern and very comfortable. At the end of the day, very comforting to come back to for rest and recharging. Being on the first floor we did not have a balcony or outside area and we did not keep the curtains open all the way since there are people walking by occasionally making the unit a little dark but we were mostly out during the days anyway so it wasn’t a big issue.

• Lee Lee (9/5): Great location and service - Great location, the apartment is in old town but is quiet. Very spacious for 6 of us. We are so impressed the host has offered a wide range of services, restaurants list, tours, day trips and luggage collection service etc. Highly recommend Genteel Home apartment for short stay in Seville. Kitchen provisions - it will be helpful if we can get more kitchen rolls, tea towel, chopping board.

I would definitely come back to this apartment. Seville was beautiful as well.

And it was very functional with a kitchen and a dining table. I was so glad that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very up to date and modern but also kind of sterile looking. Personally, I wish that it could have been cozier and that the living room could have accommodated all 5 of us at one time.

• Nan (7/5): Very good location, but only location good. - 1. Location. 2. Contact with staff via whatApp before arriving. 3. Three bedrooms . Cleanness is not satisfied: 1. All fabric surface of dining chairs, sofa surfaces in the lounge were very dirty, with a lot of good sized stains. We dare to sit on the chairs and sofa! Same to a fabric covered chair in the master bedroom. 2. One of the bedsheets in master bedroom has a few stains, and saw a woman’s hair (from head) on the sheet. Also the same bed sheet was not fully spread out, 1/5 (at the left leg part) of the sheet was curled up inside the quilt. I have to change a better sheet, which also having small dirty marks, from another bedroom and spread it out on my bed by myself ! 3. Two bath towels have very clear dirty marks ! The towels look like not washed properly so we were unable to use them. Had to buy some smaller size towels from a shop. 4. The shower water flow from each of the bath rooms were weak/small. Did the owner turn half off to safe water? But you need to know, shower facility makes the guests very uncomfortable and waste of time on taking a shower. 5. Washing machine did not work properly. It does not spin if you load more than 3-4 shirts. We had to squeeze water out by hands one by one. So it took us a large amount of time to do the work than expected. 6. Iron board is available however the iron was disappeared. The owner was not clear where the iron was. She asked us over the phone to search the iron each of the closets in every room, unfortunately we still did not find it after all . Then the owner said to send someone to help searching it the next day. We offered that we could wait for the people to visit and not going out until 10:00 or even by 11:00. But we were told that the visiting time was not guaranteed. She asked us to give permission to let the people enter into our rooms while we were not in. I refused because there was no safebox provided in the apartment. We did have passports and cash left in our rooms. There is no where to safely hide or place the passports and the cash.
• Angela (9/5): Enjoyed it very much and great location. - The property was very nice and the location was extremely convenient. There was a grocery store very close and many of the locations we wanted to see were within walking distance. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice although two of the bedrooms were a little small. In general, I would certainly recommend the property. We like to cook and there were not enough cooking amenities. The basics were there, but if you really like to cook then more amenities are needed. There should at least be a cutting board and a cheese grater. Basic spices would have also been helpful. Tissue in the bathrooms would have been appreciated. Coffee Pods would have been helpful, but we were able to buy some at the store. The keys for the outdoor gates didn't work that well. Maybe they were new, but they only worked on the outside of the gate not the inside. The wifi code was not the code mentioned on the door sign, however the correct wifi code was listed on the instructions of the QR code provided.

• Margaret (10/5): Perfect rental for a family in an ideal location. We would stay here again! - Amazing location. Wonderful apartment for a family with plenty of space. We did some cooking but mostly at out. Ordered in one night. This was the perfect rental! Difficult to drive to. Much easier to drive part way and park/carry bags. They should just send a good drop off point because driving is impossible (however they did warn us)
• Roberto (10/5): IF I VISIT SEVILLA AGAIN, I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO COME BACK TO THIS LOVELY APARTMENT. - Believe me, it is a lovely apartment. Clean roomy and felt like home. Bright rooms with huge windows. And as an added bonus, there are Roman pillars (ruins) next door. Ref is an enormous 2 door appliance where you can stuff a lot of food juices bottles of wine etc. Nice quiet location that is a joy to stroll around. I love the added security of the steel gate on the roadside. Take a look at the other reviews which share the same thought as me! This is difficult to say, because I see nothing to dislike.
• John (10/5): Excellent Apartment in Central Seville - A very comfortable property with 3 good double bedrooms (and 3 bathrooms), a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. Everything finished to a modern high standard. Good communications with the hosts and we were met exactly when we had arranged. Apartment is located in the historic centre of Seville and easy walking distance to main attractions as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended for a short or extended stay. Really we have no negative comments to make.

• Vidhi (8/5): Charming apartment, centrally located next to a piece of history itself. - Excellent location, excellent host, warm greetings, super clean and comfortable apartment. We felt cared for and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring all the key attractions in Seville. The old world charm of the location cannot be described in words. Everything was walking distance from this place and the street itself, while in accessible by cars is close enough to a stopping point from where we were able to lug all of our luggage. Best not to pack large or heavy pieces of luggage if planning to stay here since the apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. We had an early morning flight and had to get a taxi really early (prior to 5 am). Since the apartment is located on a narrow street in the old city (part of the charm of this apartment), it was tough finding a cab because most cabs don't come close to the apartment since it is not on an accessible street by cab. In hindsight we should have planned ahead and explored the option of pre-booking a taxi.

We can’t wait to visit again! - Genteel Aire apartment was a beautiful spot located walking distance to great restaurants and sites. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We stayed with our family of four and the kids loved their own rooms. The beds were comfortable. The showers were top notch. Having a washing machine was super convenient. Beautiful little coffee shops (recommend DeNada, Biomia) and great food just down the street. We also stumbled upon this amazing hamam spa (AIRE Ancient Baths) that was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back to Seville! There was nothing we didn’t like! Amazing place to stay.

Nothing, a little bit far from parking garage if you have seniors in the group. The street is very narrow and you can not really drop people off at the property then go for parking.

• Steynberg (10/5): Hidden gem - The location was fantastic - central to everything on a beautiful cobbled street. The views from the living room windows made the appartement feel light and interesting to relax in. We are a family of 6 (2 children, parents and grandparents) and we were very comfortable for our 5 day stay and would highly recommend this appartement in Seville. It is a gem. Nothing - it was all great.
