We are three seniors booked for two rooms but only one was available, the other small very low roof room in the attic could have been used but the futons were all locked. The only closet in the main room was also locked. The only thing to hang your clothes is a wooden hanging tree.

• Federico (9/5): Nice appartment, good size for Japanese standars, good location - - Quite large for Japanese standards, there is also a small room upstairs which cannot be used for much but it is convenient if you are on the phone and want to avoid to disturb/be disturbed by the other guests - Beautiful and cosy interior - Being on the ground floor, it has easy access with luggages and strollers - Nice are, not too far from metro station, next to Family Mart and other stores, paid parking options if you have a car and a nice little park - Easy check-in since you only need the code that you get via email, and there is no need to collect keys - Small but functional kitchen - WiFi worked without issues - A bit dark, almost no windows - For families it would be nice if they could provide a small bed for babies, it's a very small expense for the host but it would be very valuable for families travelling with kids
• Fung (8/5): Very good - Spacious, clean, deep tub for soaking and great shower pressure, ease of washing machine use The kitchen was well equipped but difficult to use due to space and there wasn't a dining space. The tatami space is on the second floor and felt more like a crawl space.. Couldn't stand up in the room..
• Urša (9/5): Nice, small house in a quiet area - A nice small house in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the park and the shop Family Markt, a lot of space for suitcases, chargers provided, kitchen will all the equipment needed, comfortable and large beds … It wasn’t all sparkling clean as we were used to in Japan, a bit long walk (around 8 min) from the station (if you have suitcases), the fire exit light was quite strong and disturbing our sleep. We missed the dinning table, there was only one small and low table.

• Brandy (8/5): Beautiful, comfortable, traditional Japanese lodging. Would definitely stay again! - Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and clean. Entry instructions sent day before arrival and easy to follow. Property followed up with questions and request for support. Apartment included washer with detergent pacs available. Kitchen was furnished with basic cups and bowls, as well as a small fridge, and microwave. Would have liked a small dishtowel to dry dishes/hands in the kitchen, and for a body sponge or towel to have been provided with amenities. Also, it would've been helpful to have a small hand towel available to dry hands at the bathroom sink and wipe up water along the counter, since it is wood, it stains if not wiped up.
• Laila (9/5): Beautiful property in a good location. - Beautiful Japanese style apartment with a tea room on second floor. Make sure you really get your door code in 24h before arrival.
• Vean (10/5): Trendy and tidy tranditional Japan style to stay - This apartment is very tranditional Japan style and is new decorated. Facilities is in very good condition. Location is just few mins walking distance to the railway station. A little kitchen is definately help much when I back late after shopping😄 Staff were helpful and response fast. They don't have front desk but can contact with LINE App. All machine have a clear instruction in Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese. Make sure you study it before use. I am sure I will book again when I visit Osaka next trip. Although it is very full marks but I still want to point out things that to improve is about to provide some hand towel and some coaster. Cleaning towel can also help to clean up in the kitchen when require. The bathroom mat can be change with towel instead of mat to keep the better hygiene.
• Nelly (10/5): So Japanese!!!! - Super awesome!!! The design of the whole house was very beautiful and so Japanese!!! We could enjoyed much outside, but also in this house japan!! I highly recommend to stay here if you consider at Osaka!!! Next time I definitely stay here again!! Thank you!! Not really.
