• Ion (10/5): Eine saubere Ferienwohnung mit eine tolle Dachterrasse. - Der Unterkunft entspricht die Beschreibung und die Bilder. Alles bestens.
• Lucia (5/5): Buena ubicacion, mala vecindad - Ubicacion perfecta. Al lado de la estacion de tren, parada bus, supermercado y bares. Mobiliario bien cuidado. Cuarto de baño completo. Todo tal cual las fotos. El edificio es antiguo y se escucha todo. Ya que la vecina de abajo desde el momento que llegamos no paraba de quejarse, llegando al punto de llamar a la puerta gritando y amenazando con que llamaba a la policia por llegar a las 11 de la noche para ducharnos. El propietario tiene un problema al alquilar un piso turistico en un edificio residencial con personas mayores. No se puede hacer ruido de 22h a 9h por lo que para un turista, que se pasa el dia fuera, es algo complicado. El ascensor es muy antiguo y solo caben 2 personas pero funciona perfectamente. No se puede fumar a pesar de que hay una gran terraza para ello. Por ultimo, como propuesta, seria necesario un tostador para el desayuno y papel higienico ya que solo dejaron un rollo.
• Luis Fernando (7/5): Sehr bequem - Wo die Wohnung steht, sehr einfach mit Transport Das Thema Kaution war nicht in der Buchung geklärt. Wenn jemand ohne extra Geld ankommen würde, hätte Probleme mit dem Landlord .

• Steve (10/5): Clean, good location and easily accessible. Comfortable for the (5) of us! - Location was good, easily accessible via Metro and train station. A/C worked well, kitchen good, and clean - felt fresh & renovated, but in a good location. Nice view from patio/balcony. Had to have a specific appointment to pick up keys and wasn't able to pinpoint that time until 1-2 days before; it would work better to have an access code or something in case of travel delays, but this was a minor point.
