• LAURENT (9/5): Hôtel de charme, installé dans un magnifique manoir au cachet d'élègance et d'authenticité - La prestation était irréprochable : accueil chaleureux, chambre confortable et très propre, service attentionné et équipements de qualité. On ressent une vraie volonté de préserver l’âme du bâtiment tout en offrant le confort moderne attendu. Un endroit authentique, calme et raffiné, idéal pour une parenthèse hors du temps. Nous y reviendrons.

• Rowan (10/5): An amazing hotel which made us feel at home - We had such an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. We found out that they had extended their season past the date of the other hotels in the area, until the day we checked out. This is the reason we ended up being the the only guests and were treated as VIP's. We were also able to charge our EV every night for a small fee which removed any concerns we had about charging the EV. We loved that it was situated in a forested estate with lovely gardens. Every time we drove in we felt a sense of peace. It was perfect.

Molto tranquillo, l’aperitivo e la colazione in terrazza con vista sul castello e sul bosco sono eccezionali Gli arredi sono un po’ datati, non il linea con l’eleganza del resto della struttura

• Robert (8/5): A little gem in a secluded location and a very pleasant place to stay indeed. - The Manoir was situated on a long private drive through beautiful woodland. On arrival we sat in the sumptuous and well groomed gardens, a pleasure after a long drive. We were greeted by Kim who being half French/English made our check-in easy. The Manoir is very traditional and the rooms well apportioned and immaculately furnished. The Manoir is a perfect place to rest if one is traveling through but a longer stay might be a little more challenging without a bar or formal restaurant. We were offered breakfast but left too early.
• Gagnerie (10/5): Beautiful and luxurious, well worth a visit. - Every area of the hotel was as perfect as it could be and breakfast was superb. I would have liked a drinks menu to be provided and a selection of nibbles to go with it would have been welcome.

• Martyn (8/5): Pleasant for a short stay - There is no restaurant at the hotel, and breakfast is served on a tray to the table. Cooked eggs are available. The breakfast was very good. The room was not large and the toilet was separate to the bathroom, which can be inconvenient. Only french channels on the TV The bathroom does not have any ventilation so steams up quickly, and as there is no heated mirror is very inconvenient. The room was up a winding staircase on floor 2, and as there is no lift we asked the staff to take the cases to the room, and the same on leaving

Thank you. The location was stunning, and the breakfast was good but expensive compared to other locations we stayed at. Immaculately presented and we loved the great attention to design and detail. The price. It was expensive.

Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Huge gardens. Comfortable bed. Good local restaurant was recommended The room was nice but not particularly large, with only a small bathroom & tiny toilet. Poor Wifi.
