• Olena (10/5): - Wonderful apartment! I was genuinely impressed by the interior aesthetics and the cleanliness. The apartment has two rooms and a separate kitchen, fully stocked with everything you might need — and even more! There are plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots, pans, cutting boards, and even essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and cleaning supplies. These are actually the first apartments I’ve ever stayed in that had orthopedic pillows — it melted my heart, and I’m so grateful for that! There’s also a large balcony with three separate exits, and since the flat is on the 6th floor, the view from the windows is just stunning. A nice supermarket, Dodeca, is only about a 10-minute walk away. The apartments are located on a hill near Vomero, so be ready for some stairs and uphill walks — but the location is excellent, very close to the city center and great restaurants. The staff were super friendly and always available on WhatsApp. The manager sent us lots of local recommendations and helped us solve a few small issues quickly. Highly recommend this place!

• Aida (8/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a nice building in gorgeous Chiaia - Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a nice building in gorgeous Chiaia. Easy check in. Location would have been perfect if it was not for so many stairs and steep hill to reach it.

• Carol (10/5): Spacious, bright and welcoming accommodation. - We were met and shown around the property by a very friendly host. The apartments were very spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed for the stay. The host provided lots of information on local places of interest, restaurants etc which was very useful and we had some delicious meals based on her recommendations. There was a bit of an issue with one of our apartments not being ready but the hosts communicated with us and we reached a resolution. It didn’t impact on our enjoyment of the apartments at all. There are quite a few keys required for accessing - it would be useful to maybe have a sticker on each one, just to make things a bit easier to remember, e.g. a green dot for green gate, yellow for gold door etc, but this is a very small issue.

• Ilya (9/5): Good place to stay in Napels. - Good and safe location to explore Napels. Nice and big apartment. The kitchen facilities are very basic. You expect a bit more from the apartment with a kitchen.
• Fiona (7/5): Great flat in good location but check what’s included - Huge apartment accessed through security gates. Lovely bed and good shower. Good location. Missing a few basics which was frustrating - no tea towels, cleaning materials, brush or dustpan, cereal bowls, limited kitchen utensils. WiFi is accessible through QR code but for a laptop we needed to ask for log in details .No iron although that wasn’t listed as being supplied. No information about the area although we were sent recommendations through WhatsApp it was not quite the same. Just felt like a few essentials would have made a difference.
• Gertrud (8/5): Lovely Napoli, lovely Chiaia - Very comfortable, good location, view from the balcony was fantastic. I appreciated the possibility to separate bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped for our purpose, we stayed one week. We missed something to clean the floor with and would have liked to get the towels changed once.

• Jack (9/5): Large apartment-well equipped - walkable - Lovely apartment with balcony - kitchen was clean and well equipped - big windows and doors to deck - the blue room would have a much better view from deck over street When security guard on duty you must PAY to use elevator. It is only 0.10e but really!!! After renting apartment on the 6th floor I was annoyed. Didn’t have .10 change so I walked up.

• Anna (10/5): Beautiful apartment with great views 😍 - Very beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Perfect for shorter as well as a long stay. The balcony of the Blue apartment has an amazing view. We miss it already! The host was very nice, gave us plenty of useful tips. Thank you! The location was great, despite quite a hill to go up, the neighbourhood was calm and clean. Perfect to relax after a long day of walking around the town. There were no toiletries in the apartment besides some hand soap. The mattresses and pillows were pretty hard, so personally, after 3 nights it's was killing my neck and back...

Air con and balcony very much required in current heat.You can clearly see that the owner has invested a lot of money in doing up the apartment Too many keys to get in to apartment . Apartment up on hill about 5 mins walk to main shopping street.Steep hill to walk up to get to apartment . Not ideal for old or unfit.
