• cuw (9/5): Gelungener AUFENTHALT - frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht.die lage zum bahnhof und zu supermärkten war ideal.es herscht eine herrliche ruhe.schade,daß wir die Suite Nr.1 nicht bekamen,da stand,wie oben zu sehen, zusätzlich einSofa.so sahen wir das Fernsehprogramm halt vom Bett aus.war aber nicht so schlimm,da wir meistens erst spät von unseren Unternehmungen zurück warren.ansonsten "alles im grünen Bereich" !! nichts!!
• Sandra (8/5): - Sehr zentral, 2 Min. bis zum Bahnhof und zum Suoermarkt. Sehr ruhig und alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztripp benötigt.
• marja (9/5): Heel goed verblijf! - Mooie ruime kamer, erg schoon,erg aardige host, reageerde snel op vragen. Goed koffieapparaat met genoeg koffe ! Een makkelijke stoel of bankje was fijn geweest.
• Philip (10/5): Hab mich wohl gefühlt - Sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Besitzerin sehr freundlich und schnell.
• Meg (8/5): Very Clean Suite - The bed was extremely comfortable. The water was hot & plentiful. Very clean & smelled good. Grocery store was super close to the suite. There weren't any chairs for relaxing - that was most strange. People above unit stomped around A LOT. It was very noisy. A toaster or microwave would've been handy. Proximity of suite to activities in Vienna. It's my own fault. I must have rented it for the cheaper price. But I ended up with no savings since I had to use Uber more than I would've cared to.

• Norman (10/5): - Die sehr schöne Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Die Gastgeberin Frau Maier war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen :)

• Vanessa (10/5): Tout était parfait - L’appartement était très propre et confortable. Le chauffage fonctionnait parfaitement. Les places de parkings gratuites à dans les rues très proches. L’appartement très moderne et bien équipée. Rien à dire, nous recommandons à 100% !
• Guerrero Martinez (10/5): Siéntete como en casa, un 10 para Yvone! - Lo mejor de todo es que te Yvone te hace sentir como en casa. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, amplio y calentito. Aunque no esté en Viena, tienes muy buena comunicación en transporte público, lo bueno es que tienes la parada de tren a 5 minutos. Nos encantó que el apartamento estuviera como en un patio interior, te sientes resguardada y segura. Esta en un barrio tranquilo pero a la vez con todos los servicios. Sin duda, si volvemos a Viena, nos volveremos a alojar en casa de Yvone. Da gusto encontrar gente tan amable y atenta cuando viajas y te encuentras fuera de casa. Nada. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la presión del agua e Yvone lo soluciono enseguida, incluso en domingo. Siempre está atenta, tanto a la llegada en el check-in como durante toda la estancia.

• Sandra (8/5): - Frau Maier ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Sie antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen bzw hat mich sogar telefonisch kontaktiert. Das Apartment ist nur 5 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und Drogeriemarkt sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, daher sehr zentral und dennoch ruhige Lage und man fühlt sich sicher, da die Wohnung durch ein Tor geschützt sind und niemand außer den Bewohnern in den Innenhof hinein kommt. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und es fehlt augenscheinlich an nichts.

• Petra (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Bahnhof und Supermarkt befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Parken ist in Seitenstraßen kostenlos möglich. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. -

Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft: Ich hatte nach meiner Abreise etwas im Apartment vergessen, und Yvonne war so unglaublich freundlich, mir das ohne Zögern nachzusenden. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Just a stop away from Vienna. - The property has an excellent location – very close to the railway station, the city center, and a variety of nice shops and restaurants. The apartment is sparkling clean, modern, and exceptionally quiet as it’s located in an inner courtyard. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the coffee machine makes fantastic coffee. Everything you need for a lovely and relaxing stay in Mödling is provided. The host is extremely helpful and responsive – a real pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommended!

• Astazia (9/5): Cozy apartment in the middle of Mödling - Close to shops, restaurants and the main bus- and train station in Mödling. Walking distance from it all. Great communication with the property owner. The bed was a bit too soft. (I have had back surgery, so I do need a firmer mattress). The neighbor also has a bright light that shines at night, so Mayne a blackout curtain could be helpful in the bedroom.

Even though we didn't meet our host, Yvonne was on standby throughout our stay. This was very helpful as we didn't speak the language and needed help with one or two things on our trip. We highly recommend this property and most certainly hope to return.
