• Zülal (3/5): Als Standort super aber mit Vorsicht zu Genießen - Die Lage ist super. Bei Ankunft war der Rezeptionist symphatisch und hilfsbereit. Die Hygiene im Zimmer war extrem bedürftig. Der ganze Boden sollte mal abgewischt werden. sobald wir ohne Schuhe/Socken rumgelaufen sind hatten wir schwarze Fußsohlen. Im Wohnzimmer über der Balkontür ging der Putz/Farbe jedes mal bei Gardienen auf und zu machen runter. Die Küche haben wir gar nicht benutzt da alles noch dreckig bzw nicht ordentlich abgewaschen worden ist. Spülbecken sollte mal ordentlich sauber gemacht werden es waren immer noch Flecken vom Vorgänger. Nur den Kühlschrank haben wir für das Kühlen von Wasser genutzt. Im Badezimmer war kein Toilettenpapier zu finden, was unserer Meinung nach zu Standard gehört. Die Spühlung hat auch nicht wirklich funktioniert, bei Betätigen von beiden Spülknöpfen hat es weiter geronnen. Beim Check Out wurde nicht mal nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Hätte uns die Dame gefragt, hätten wir vor Ort auch etwas gesagt. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. In der ersten Nacht sind Gäste in der Nacht um 2 Uhr ins Zimmer und waren bis 5 Uhr so laut, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wir haben nur 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die 2. Nacht war dann ruhiger. Hier sollte man die Gäste wenigstens auf die Nachtruhe hinweisen.
• Jochem Marijn (5/5): Fijn hotel, maar hygiëne moet beter - Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hoewel het hotel niet bepaald in de buurt van het centrum lag, was het met het ov vrij makkelijk om overal te komen. Ook was de supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat. We waren ook blij met de faciliteiten in de kamer: het fornuis en de douche waren goed, we hadden een mega koelkast/vriezer combinatie die écht goed koelde, de bedden lagen lekker en de blackout gordijnen zorgden dat het altijd lekker donker was op de kamer. De hygiëne. De eerste kamer die wij kregen was niet alleen mega vies, maar het viel ook nog eens van ellende uit elkaar. De douchekop was lek en spoot de hele badkamer onder, randen langs de muren in de woon- en badkamer waren beschimmeld, en faciliteiten zoals de afstandsbediening van de airco ontbraken. Ook waren vrij veel van de lampen kapot. Gelukkig was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben ze ons zo snel als ze konden een nettere kamer gegeven. Hoewel hier ook nog best het een en ander beter had gekund op het gebied van hygiëne (bvb vieze kopjes). Ook de housekeeping, waarvan ons verteld was dat hij iedere 3 dagen zou komen, hebben we in 11 dagen maar één keer gezien. Toch hebben we uiteindelijk best een aangenaam verblijf gehad, en waren we erg blij met de faciliteiten die de kamer bood.
• Андрущенко (1/5): Ни кому не советую ехать в этот отель. - Из плюсов в этом отеле только расположение, наличие в номере стиральной машины и минимального набора посуды. На этом плюсы закончились. Не понравилось то, что нигде не указано, что в отеле нет лифта. Чемоданы поднимали на четвёртый этаж самостоятельно. Уборка в номере один раз в три дня. По каждому вопросу, даже такому, что нам полагалось три ключа, а дали лишь один, приходилось подходить минимум по три раза. В комнате был разбит плафон прям над кроватью, за неделю его так и не поменяли. Духовой шкаф на кухне был в не рабочем состоянии. Персонал владеет лишь турецким языком. Это самые яркие неприятные моменты. Про тысячу мелких писать не хочу. Очень люблю Турцию и каждый год приезжаю сюда, но с таким отвратительным сервисом сталкиваюсь вперые.

• Torcărescu (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, but just a heads-up — there’s no detergent provided for the dishwasher or washing machine, so you’ll need to bring or buy your own if you plan to use them. One other thing to note is that there’s no elevator, so accessibility may be an issue for guests with disabilities or those with mobility challenges. The location was quiet and pleasant. Although the hotel is not near the historical center, it is near the bus station, thus making it easy to reach the historical part of the city. It’s also near popular tourist areas and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a comfortable stay!

Could not communicate in English, from the moment I arrived until I left it was very very difficult Reception would call the owner I think for any queries and I would try to speak with her, she was Russian and did not understand English Air con didn’t work, toilet had bad odours from vent in bathroom, the rest was okay for my needs which were basic

Would of been nice half way through the week we stayed to have clean towels and clean sheets on the bed. A welcome pack maybe with a cloth . Tea towel. A air freshner as drains snell occasionally. • Maheen (7/5): Just read and make up your mind - Honestly- overall it really depends on what your priorities are for stays. I like to be truthful so that people are at least mentally prepared or have the information they need in order to book a stay. This is why I am writing here in detail (hopefully it’s helpful, for context- we stayed here for 16 days). Pros- 1. Location is good, shops, small grocery stores and restaurants like 3-4mins away from the property. (The property is far from the main bus station, so if you are planning on going to other cities, keep that in mind.) 2. Has pots, plates, pans and utensils, kettle. 3. Look is nice and it’s decent sized. The bedroom I found to be small but liked they put storage there. 4. I liked how they didn’t take a despiser and that was true to what it said on booking.com, for me that’s a plus that they didn’t at the last minute demand cash for a deposit. 5. They have this one receptionist who speaks English and is very sweet, she was good to deal with. 6. The had cleaning service included (which I didn’t know about until after one week into my stay). Cons- 1) Issue here is quality and cleanliness. Yes they have things like comforter and sheets but the sheets had little hairs all over which was very gross. All night was itchy. Also, yes, they have utensils and pots but it was icky using them even after washing them again. 2) There is no lift and the lighting is awful. Meaning you have to carry all of your heavy luggage yourself through dark staircases. I wish this was mentioned in more of the comments. Because we had heavy luggage and one time a guy at the reception reluctantly helped with one bag but leaving, there was no help and I had to do it all myself. 3) No microwave, no cutting board, no paper towels. 4) Animals- annoying dog barking late night and early morning. Tons of cats around right outside the property. If you keep your balcony sore open, cats will come inside. 5) Water price here is crazy- 2€ when you get water in Turkey for like 6-10 LIRA. It is

• Jim (6/5): Good facilities, clean and comfortable but very noisy when trying to sleep. - In room facilities good, clean and comfortable. Small kitchen was a bonus . My room was on the ground floor adjacent to the reception area and with the window directly onto the hotel entrance, consequently it was very noisy with other residents and visitors going in and out late evening into early morning. This was made worse with the mosque being directly opposite with early call to prayer and also a non stop barking dog throughout the night. I therefore did not get a good nights sleep for the whole 5 days stay. Although small kitchen was adequate would have been better if toaster, microwave and corkscrew provided.

It was raining hard a couple of days in a row, we had leaks in our living room as well as bathroom, ending up with a blackout. The view from the balcony is photoshoped, far away from reality.

It is situated I'm the very centre of Lara region and has numerous attractions around. The hotel is close to everything. The reception staff is helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable,any smallest request was done in no time. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. It is a perfect deal with quality/ price ratio

I will recommend the property to my friends I have actually done it - Self catering accommodation with a good size kitchenette and spacious sitting area with a comfy sofa. Good size bedroom with a mirror and shelves to keep your belongins. A spacious cupboard in the hall with a space for your footwear as well. Good shower. A washing machine was very helpful. A big fridge,dishwasher, gas stove ,many cupboards. A table with two chairs to have a meal comfortably. Aircon was working well. Good location in a quiet area,close to shops public transport and the clinic I had been attending. The apartment was not soundproof. We had a phone call from a friend and probably spoke loudly but it was not late but the neighbours complained about the noise. In the kitchen we could do with the smaller size pot for the morning porridge. Ours was very big size just for 2 people. We had just 3 hangers in the bedroom, could be more. My luggage was lost so it didn't matter for me but in normal situation it would not be enough.

• Ali (1/5): Not clean, they call police, looks sad, cant talk inglish - The room was not clean, they do not provide water, and do not change towels or anything The electricity in the hotel/apartment went out several times a day and was without electricity for between 1-2 hours. Service was bad, they don't greet and look sad, They promised to clean the apartment after 3 days and it never happened. All in all it was bad, would not recommend to anyone. The one who works there always threatened to call the police and he finally did because we demand money back because they never cleaned the room and we wanted to check out.

• Abdulaziz (6/5): Stairs Experience - Space ,location and kitchen It’s wasn’t as I expected there’s no elevator no balcony (specially for my apartment at 4 floor) air conditioners turn off automatically while you sleep for saving power , the housekeeping didn’t clean it everyday you should ask them by calling the reception which they can’t speak English or understand what you want, Finally to be honest in this price range you can stay in better choice.
• Galina (9/5): Nice experience - Nice and clean apartment with new furniture, great location close to the seaside, restaurants and shopping center, quiet street, I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come again. There were not pots at the kitchen so no possibly to boil eggs or something and no accessories to make tourkish coffee.

I recommend this beach Muratpaşa Belediyesi Antalya İnciraltı Plajı Cleaning was very bad. Then we arrived floor was dirty (hair, stain, crumbs) and only 3 towels. We asked about it reception, but nobody didn’t come to clean in this day and next day. The garbage was not thrown away either. Don’t order taxi in reception, drivers are cheating. No ventilation in toilet
