• Andrej (5/5): Good location, very cold in winter. Host needs to upgrade the communication with guests. - We liked the location. Very near the vibrant quarter of the city The only heating source in the apartment were the air conditioners, one of which didn't work. The one bedroom where the ac didn't work was freezing. The living room has one very old sofa which is very uncomfortable for seating, and the rest of the seating area is old wooden benches and old wooden chairs with no cushions what so ever. The pictures showed 2 separate beds in one of the bedrooms, but when we arrived the two beds where put together with a double bed sheet and a double cover. We had to rearrange the beds by ourselves. The single beds where also VERY small, idk the dimensions but definitely not standard. The electricity went out because we used the oven and the ACs at the same time, and we had to look for the main fuse that went down. This kept going several times, until we realized both oven and the AC can't be on at the same time.
• Angela (9/5): Great apartment in the city centre - Lovely old apartment with roof top views. In a central location-we were able to walk to all the sites of interest. It was spacious and comfortable with a handy supermarket a few doors down. We loved this apartment and the lady who let us in was lovely too! The mosquitoes were a pain, perhaps because of the recent rain. It would have been good to have some kind of mosquito room repellant.
• Ron (10/5): The location was a bonus! The flat was comfortable and quiet. The host was always helpful. Loved it! - Very good location in a great part of Florence! We loved the old part of town we were in and were able to walk to many good sites, museums and resturants.

• Adam (10/5): A lovely 2 bedroom full apartment in the Santa Croce area of Florence. - Very central location on a quiet street. The apartment is perfect for an extended stay with a family or group of 4 people. Our host met us at the door with the keys upon our arrival. The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms. There is no elevator to get up to the apartment. If you have mobility issues it may be difficult for you to get up the 2 flights of stairs.
• Vinod (6/5): Nice and big place! - Nice big place clean and comfortable! Bed wasn't comfortable. Price was bit higher.
• Niya (7/5): Good - Super bad organization. We were supposed to get in via code but after all the host was waiting for us and didn't even wait enough and left the keys in front wit some store. the communication with the host, very hard for him to answer a question or anything.
• Tia (7/5): Good - The location is amazing and the price was pretty good. I didn’t like that the owner wasn’t very responsive. They responded once a day, and on the day that we arrived (later after we checked in they asked if we paid the tax. When I sent a Printscreen they couldn’t even said thank you or something… when I asked for reservation for parking it took them half a day, so we had to find a parking spot for ourselves…

• Amanda (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent. No coffee, salt or pepper and not enough toilet paper for our 4-night stay - had to buy our own. The dog next door barked constantly. Host kept saying they would meet us at the front door and asking what time we would get there but at the last minute sent us the lockbox code for the key.
• Richard (9/5): Superb - Navigating the washroom was challenging. Couldn't figure out towel warmer, and the stove did not work either. No elevator and no extra pillows ... o1ther than that, It was great. It would be helpful if there's some kind of literature in the flat, explaining the area where to go and what to do, and maybe even include television listing of possible interests.

• Kasia (7/5): Good - Perfect location.5 minutes walk to Duomo.Quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was spacious for 4 people.Beds comfortable. The washing machine came in handy. Very easy check in. The apartment wasn't very clean.The walls were very thin which lead to us hearing noises we didn't wish to hear from our neighbours,especially when you bring children.Place is very dark. Facilities in the kitchen weren't convenient: no kettle, no chopping board.I didn't expect to get tea or coffee but a little bit salt,sugar or sponge for washing dishes would be handy.We stayed a week so we got everything but for someone who stays one or two nights very uncomfortable.

• Wai (3/5): I won't choose this apartment again. - Aircon worked. 1. There was a crack at the toilet bowl which is dangerous and insanitary. Given there was only one bathroom. The host doesn't bother to change it and provide a clean and safe toilet which I paid for and expected to have. The host only told us not to jump on the toilet when we reported to him. Who would jump on the toilet! 2. There were quite a few of plates and mugs with cracks found in the kitchen. Again, this was dangerous if we did not spot them. The host does not bother to clear them away 3. Most of the furniture in this apartment is very old and unsteady. e.g. the wardrove in the double-bed bedroom was missing a leg. the wooden long bench was wobbly. 4. The shower cubicle door could not be opened smoothly. My mother almost got herself locked inside on the first night. Even better, the door collapsed and fell off the second night. You can imagine how wet and inconvenient the bathroom became after shower. It took the host 1 full day to get back after we reported to him and the answer was unable to fix it immediately. Given we only stayed 4 nights in this apartment in total. 5. There are stains and mosquitoes sticked on the wall, simply dirty.
• Antonia (9/5): Spent two nights at the flat. All was great: Location in the center and very close to the attractions, very clean, comfo - Great location, very close to the center, clean and comfortable. Great for two couples. Washing machine was included and AC in all the rooms!
