• Giulia (4/5): it could use some work - The house was nice and the neighborhood was pretty chill. we were a group of 5, the house itself was perfect, very well decorated and comfortable, even if the stairs were a bit steep. there were, though, a few problems. starting from the unclear and very brief informations on how to open the door and get inside, our difficulties came also from the lack of photos from the outside. on the first morning, we had the front door get stuck and the host wasn't very helpful, blaming us for getting stuck. the host also lied telling us "it never happened before", when it did because we found another review that explained our same situation. the host arrived almost 2 hours later after being called, since she straight up ignored us at the beginning. when she finally came to open the door from outside, she just said "there's nothing wrong about the door" and went RUNNING. maybe she was aware that the water heater didn't work and we wanted to complain about that. we stayed without hot water and heating, but we decided to suck it up, considering the host's rudeness. the cleaning wasn't GREAT, we had to clean the dishes again, the kettle wasn't usable and dust was everywhere, really. disgustingly enough, there was a boxer inside one of the cabinet in a room upstair. there were no bins, just one in the kitchen, we were given no instructions so we improvised in the kitchen. one last complain, the host didn't give us any information on where brooms and cleaning supplies where. to conclude, the house was nice, the cleanliness wasn't and so wasn't the host. also, reading the reviews, it seems that the host doesn't take criticism or take action to improve the accommodations.

• Charlotte (6/5): Des nuits compliquées mais un appartement tout confort. - Appartement confortable et à 15 minutes d’une station de métro. Malheureusement, nous sommes venus en pleine fête de Diwali, et l’appartement est situé en plein dans le quartier indien. Nous ne connaissions pas cette fête, il s’agit de la fête des lumières et pendant 5 jours (temps de notre séjour), tous les habitants du quartier tirent des feux d’artifice et font exploser des petards dans leur jardin, dans la rue TOUTE LA NUIT. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir, et cela a nuit à notre séjour où nous avions prévu plein d’activités mais nous étions très fatigués, de plus, les enfants ont eu peur de toutes ces explosions dans la rue. Il faudrait peut être dans l’annonce signaler que l’appartement se trouve en plein quartier indien, et que si on ne veut pas être dérangé la nuit, il faut faire attention a la date de la fête de Diwali.

• Ela (7/5): Było ciepło, wygodnie i miło, ale czystość można by poprawić. - Mieszkanie jest dość przestronne. Ma salon i kuchnię na dole, a na górze 3 sypialnie, ale różnej wielkości i z różnymi udogodnieniami. Duże dwa łóżka to plus i nowo urządzona łazienka i kuchnia, mimo tego, że budynek jest stary i z zewnątrz wygląda na zaniedbany Niemiłą niespodzianką było to, że w 2 z 3 pokoi nie ma żadnej szafki. W jednym pokoju jest wieszak na ubrania i łóżko, a w drugim samo łóżko... Tylko jeden z 3 pokoi ma szafę. Kolejnym mankamentem jest czystość. Całe mieszkanie wygląda schludnie i dobrze, ale w jednym pokoju były na pościeli obce włosy... Na podłodze też było ich trochę.

• Patricia (8/5): - I like it that it's not shared with the owner ,the privacy was good The fans were broken, but other than that, we were happy. I'm thinking of renting it next time again.shops are close by. Ans easy to get to our destination. The parking was a bit difficult to make the payment.

• R (10/5): Pleasant Stay - The house was cleaned well before handover to us. Host was approchable via email and phone and helped us to checkin smoothly. Beds were comfy and bathroom was in good condition. Have all basic amenities in kitchen. Close to bus stops and tram stations.

• Angharad (9/5): We enjoyed the property very much. The experienced was marred by not receiving check-in details and we were outside the - More spacious than photos showed Modern, airy and light. Very clean There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. But we would suggest host supplied a few more kitchen utensils like:- whisk, veg peeler, plastic/glass bowls, measuring jug, t-towels and some cleaning products - eg toilet gel & kitchen spray. These little extra thjngs would enhance the experience.

• Diogo (1/5): Bad - As you can see in the attached photos, the hygiene conditions were absolutely unacceptable, and we were unable to stay in the apartment due to these issues. The photographs clearly demonstrate the state of disrepair and lack of cleanliness that we encountered, which is a far cry from the information and images presented on the Booking page at the time of my reservation.

• Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - I like here everything. The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything the majority of people need. It was clean and warm. We enjoyed our stay at the appartments. The location. There are bus stops near the appartments, 10 minutes walk to the nearest tube station which is IMHO good taking into consideration the size of the city. Lidl, Tesco, Iceland near the metro station. For those who stay with kids like we, I recommend visiting West Ham Park which is in 3 minutes walk. There is a nice playground and a garden, parrots and a lot of squirrels. A nice old church near the park is also worh visiting. I will definitelly stay here next time I visit London! PS: Thank you for installing USB type C outlet in the kitchen. I completly forgot about the difference in the european and british electrical sockets. I was more than happy to find USB type C in the kitchen when my phone's battery was almost discharged in the late evening.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean. Everything needed was found in the kitchen. The beds are really good and soft. The living room is comfortable and cozy. Difficulties with entry. No soundproofing at all, the floor creaks and springs when you walk. The shower is bad, the water comes really quietly. The area felt a bit restless, I didn't feel like going for a walk in the neighborhood.

• Perkins (8/5): Very good - Very good value for money, a clean, modern apartment spaced over 2 floors. More than one bathroom between 5 of us would have been ideal, though we all still really enjoyed our stay.

Very service oriented host team - our son left an item on the day of departure, which was then send to our home address... thank you again!

About 15 mins walk to tube station and lots of shops/supermarkets. The main street seems to be very crowded, but neighborhood is quiet It would be better with more hangers/hook and maybe a air fresher for the bathroom

Forest gate and Booking.com refused to refund my money
