• Tao (9/5): Overall an excellent stay. - Close to the station, has an elevator, airconditioning is nice and cold, good views, quiet location, fast wifi. The floors are a bit thin and hollow, and the dining chairs don't have chair socks, so it's really easy to scrape your chairs on the floor. We could hear the upstairs guests scrape their chairs around.

Gode senger og et hyggelig oppholdsrom/stue. Fint med tilgang til vaskemaskin. For få tilgjengelige håndklær for 5 voksne som skulle være nesten en uke. Kunne vært minst to store håndklær til hver person. Vaskemaskinen hadde ikke tørkeprogram (i alle fall fant ikke vi frem til det), noe som gjorde at vaskede håndklær tok lang tid å få tørket.

• Kidus (10/5): Excellent Stay, Best Location, Lovely Apartment - It was clean, seamless check-in and checkout, small but packed with everything you need in it like a swiss knife. It has a small balcony and the location was excellent. You can find many restaurants and market places in a walking distance. Also the Yahiro train station is just right across the street. We loved it. The only thing my wife complained was there wasn’t much kitchen ware. Yes we wanted to eat stake and it was only a butter knife. But that’s just a small thing and we didn’t bother about it to be honest. We enjoyed our stay. The WiFi internet was fast. But make sure you bring like hdmi cable or your own Amazon fire stick for watching Netflix or other movie. Safe neighborhood, skytree is 9 min from the apartments. We loved it overall. More kitchen ware items would be nice, also would be nice to have modern smart tv for screen sharing and watching movie or at least login to Netflix via tv to make it easy.

There’s a convenient store, and two train stops to Tokyo SkyTree and shopping centre. We are on the 8th floor and top floor from us are creating noises. So we are so conscious about our movement so that the floor below are not being disturbed.

• ROYCE NIKKO (10/5): Excllent stay for a family of 5 adults. - This was the best stay we had in Tokyo. 1. It is a big 2 bedroom apartment. 2. Near Yahiro train station 3. There is a supermarket and lawson nearby 4. The house has all the amenities and fixtures needed. 5. Keyless entry and silent neighborhood away from the crowds. 6. Excellent view of Tokyo skytree Nothing. I would recommend that you add an option for like 500 yen to furnish the place with some cooking essentials like oils and stuff. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

This place felt spacious for two friends and got dark at night. Quiet neighborhood but so close to a train station and many convenience stores. We got a ground floor unit but it was okay. Also felt a little rushed when checking out (someone came in a few minutes before 10am).

It’s very close to Skytree and Yahiro Station, which made getting around Tokyo easy for our family. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting after long days of sightseeing. Overall, excellent value and a convenient base for exploring the city.

• WATANABE (8/5): - 京成押上線八広駅から徒歩3分ぐらいです。ドッラックストア福太郎が近く食べ物飲み物等揃います。 部屋は築浅なのか全体的に綺麗でした。 テレビは地上波のみ。 調理器具は小さめの片手鍋、蓋なしフライパン、炊飯器。 掃除機、アイロン。使い捨てのスリッパ。歯ブラシ。 洗濯機は洗濯洗剤置いてありました。 洗濯物を干す場所がないので、浴室乾燥使いました。 3人でも快適に過ごせる広さでした。 チェックイン、チェックアウトで鍵を部屋に置きっぱなしなので不安でした。 お風呂場の換気扇の埃、黒カビが少し気になりました。 冷凍庫の霜とか棚の埃も気になりました。 食器洗いスポンジが小さくボロボロにヘタってしまったので、何個かあれば良かったです。

• Neeraj (1/5): Property host is crook, stay away from this. I have initiated a law suit against them. - There was almost nothing to like about this property. It was shabby and unsafe property. And the most important is property host is very dishonest and didn’t refund my booking money even after promising to do so. I lost almost $1000 due to this property fraud. Everything including cleanliness, location, facilities etc.

The sofa wasn't comfortable that could be better size and quality. Only had one pillow each would like 2 each would be more comfortable.
• Ralph (10/5): Günstiges und grosses Apartment etwas ausserhalb vom Kern Tokios. - Das Apartment liegt ein wenig außerhalb der Stadtteile mit den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man muss also viel Bahnfahren (was aber zum Tokio-Erlebnis einfach dazu gehört). Der nächste Bahnhof ist aber auch nur 300 Meter entfernt, ebenso einige Konbinis für den Einkauf kleiner Dinge. Es gibt auch ein paar fussläufig entfernte Restaurants. Relativ schnell ist man mit der Bahn am Skytree. Dort haben wir sehr oft gegessen. Von der Rückseite aus hatten wir auch Skytree-Blick. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir auf den Kanal und die erweiterten Aussenbezirke Tokios schauen. Wir haben im achten von neun Geschossen gewohnt. Alles gut. Hat absolut unsere Erwartung getroffen.
• Maike (10/5): Für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in Tokio war alles rundum zufriedenstellend. - Das Apartment ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel, eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel, Geschirr, Besteck, einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher, eine Pfanne, einen Reiskocher, einen Föhn und Handtücher. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf den Tokyo Skytree. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Yahiro Station, von wo aus man in etwa 15 Minuten Asakusa erreicht. In fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich sowohl ein FamilyMart als auch ein 7-Eleven. Wir waren zu viert (vier Erwachsene) und fanden die Wohnung ausreichend groß – auch mit Gepäck war genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos. Sie haben schnell und zuverlässig auf Fragen reagiert. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, was besonders bei schwerem Gepäck oder nach einem langen Tag in Tokio sehr praktisch ist. Ohrstöpsel werden bereitgestellt, da die Wohnung etwas hellhörig ist. Wir hörten gelegentlich Schritte aus der Wohnung über uns, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Das Sofa ist leider sehr unbequem und sollte zeitnah ausgetauscht werden.

Would have loved coffee/ tea, milk, a full length mirror and more hooks to hang towels etc but fantastic overall! Thank you for having us !

Tiendas de conveniencia en las cercanías. Se puede lavar y cenar la ropa. Lo recomendamos para estadías mas largas. It would be great if they provide some oil, salt and pepper.

Auch kleinere Supermärkte waren in der Nähe sowie der Skytree nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist recht kühl eingerichtet, aber alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Praktisch war die Waschmaschine mit Trocknungsraum Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, um die Koffer in die Wohnung zu transportieren. Insgesamt war die Wohnung solide und groß genug für 4 Personen. Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon wären schön gewesen.

• Mahin (9/5): A nice and quiet place to stay - Has a homely feeling. Close to the train station which really helped after a long day out and about. Family Mart near the train station and a 7 Eleven just 5 minutes from the hotel. Shower was a dream and the washing machine and small kitchen came in very handy. Much, much quieter area than Shibuya or Shinjuku which was exactly what I wanted as the busyness in Tokyo can be quite overwhelming. Space was a little limited but I stayed in smaller spaces in Japan so it wasn't too much of an issue. Not too many food options or restaurants nearby.

Cemetery view from the house is no good. TV has no International Channels. Only few Japanese channels. Boring no entertainment in house.
