- gilles (5/5): le prix est il dû à l'emplacement? - le bus 103 ou M103 se trouve à la sortie de la gare ARROYO de la MiEL et mène à la station RESIDENCIA MARYMAR à 50m environ de la résidence ALOHA PLAYA en 16 minutes. la situation est très bien, il n'y a que la rue à traverser pour la plage,. Les piscines et jardin sont bien entretenus . il y a un frigo de taille correcte, les ustensiles de cuisine et couverts en nbre suffisants, le matelas est bon, la terrasse donnant sur le jardin les piscines et la mer est sympathique. Quiproquo sur la remise des clefs. Aucune réponse a une question posée via whatsapp, Pas de WIFI. Le duplex est en fait constitué de l'entrée donnant directement sur l'escalier où il est difficile d'y rester pour fermer la porte d'entrée. il se compose également d'une petite salle de bains avec une baignoire un lavabo un bidet un wc sur à peine 3 m², et d'une très petite cuisine où il est difficile de se tenir à deux sans se gêner avec un évier 2 plaques à induction un frigo, une machine à laver et des placards le tout sur 2 m². En bas de l'escalier qu'il vous faudra monter sans cesse, se trouve un salon qui s'ouvre sur la chambre et la petite terrasse .

- Javier (6/5): - La ubicación, en frente de la playa Menaje justo y no muy limpio, limpieza general aceptable, le comenté a la señora que llevaba el apartamento mi inquietud porque el pomo de la puerta de entrada estaba flojo y no le dió importancia. También el primer día le comenté que el tostador no funcionaba y me dijo que al día siguiente me lo solucionaría, me tiré los 15 días sin tostador...

- Yvette (2/5): Terrible and stressful. Can’t believe owner expected us to fix electrics. - Dangerous electrics. Hob was faulty. It was self catering and we couldn’t cook anything. Cost us money as we had to eat out. Spent first night in dark till we got someone to get lights back on as electric tripped. Contacted owner who wanted us to turn electric trip switch on but it was in a very precarious place only just in our reach right above a flight of stairs. The next morning none of the appliances worked in kitchen so couldn’t even make a hot drink. Owner came round that evening with an electrician but again we had to spend money going out for food and drinks. First three days were a disaster. Our first night we couldn’t get ready to go to the venue we had travelled to Spain for as couldn’t see to get ready in the dark. This really spoilt our holiday. Second day we were scared of the electrics and even when electric back on the job was too dangerous to use. We were not happy with this property and feel cheated cost wise and would hope the owner would compensate us for out of pocket expenses we incurred.
