• Kevin Wyborn (6/5): I don't think I would stay here again - The hotel was close to where I was working and clean. I had a room with an adjoining door which meant it was quite noisy. A face cloth in the bathroom would have been good. The air conditioner was old and noisy and not very effective. Considering the room rate compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Suva I don't think it was particularly good value for money.

• Matilda (8/5): THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL. - BREAKFAST OPTION IS A BIT LIMITED. I THOUGHT THE COST OF THE HOTEL ROOM WAS A BIT HIGH CONSIDERING ITS MORE OF A BUSINESS HOTEL AND NOT REALLY GEARED TO TOURISTS.
• Tarita (7/5): Excellent location in Suva if you have meetings at ADB offices. - the location was perfect for me the property was clean and the staff were friendly but the restaurant service was a bit on the slow side and the room rate was on the high side for the facilities provided.

Bathroom lighting was very confusing, maybe loose wires as they worked randomly, the room took a long time to have warm water come through the shower, negating the savings from not washing towels as so much cold water had to be run off

Hotel should not be asking us to use our phones to access doors. Asking us to download application seems fishy as we don’t know what information from our phone is being taken. This is unnecessary. I am still concerned about this.

• JAMES (7/5): Very welcoming staff and good location - Staff very helpful. Room was clean and locations good. Bar/Resturant is relaxed. Facilities need servicing or upgrading. I had to shoulder the room door to get in.

Staff were friendly and professional. Not so much dislikes but lil hiccups during my stay - Your room key is now an app on your phone. App was slightly glitchy and had to refresh it to unlock door. There was also a minor miscommunication about check out time on app - on booking/check in, it says 11am but on the app it said 12.15pm.

Everything went well, though a bit more proactive coordination would help improve efficiency.

The staff are always friendly and helpful but had to use the housekeeper as there was no porter. She was extremely helpful. As mentioned above having to use the housekeeper as there was no porter. The breakfast was quite disappointing very standard, compared to when I visited last October 2023.

I ended up booking another room at - Cleanliness for the entire of the hotel, room very pleasant with city view/smelled fresh included mini refrigerator, safe, ironing board and iron with closet to hang my clothes. It also had an elevator for easy access for entry/exit, pleasant staff and great location Shower do not have a door; water splashing all over making door mat and outside area wet. Also restaurant inside did not have good selection of menu
