• Anne Sophie (8/5): Pourrait être mieux encore - L’emplacement idéal Appartement sympa mais manque de soin un peu partout , manque une porte de douche , pas de torchons vaisselle ni produit vaisselle pas de savon main , portes qui ne ferment pas bien … dommage car l’appart pourrait être encore bien plus agréable . Et aucune réaction du propriétaire pourrait être ces différents soucis ..
• Lars (6/5): Goede locatie en veel potentie maar het achterstallig onderhoud viel tegen - Goede locatie en fijn terras, inchecken was ook goed geregeld. Badkamer verouderd en had onderhoud nodig, keuken had onderhoud nodig, kastjes waren kapot.

• Martin (5/5): Family city break - The view and the beds! The apartment is in need of tlc, upon arrival found the boiler not working. They did send somebody out that night to fix which was fine, water pressure affected by others in the building, first night after the boiler fixed the pressure dropped. The apartment is full of scuffs, cracked tiles, damage on bathroom sink drawers. Also wouldn't have guessed a cleaner has been. Dust everywhere, attached photo. For 3 days shopping we put up with it but id be dissapointed if I paid the higher price over a weekend and had to stay longer.

• Alonso (7/5): - Ubicacion cercana a metro. Uno de los dormitorios era muy pequeño y no tenía ventilación de ningún tipo. Tampoco habia cosas elementales como rollo de cocina, lavavajillas, esponja para lavar los platos.

• Philippe (7/5): Bien sans plus. - La situation géographique, le dernier étage, la terrasse. il manquait une porte à la douche qui fuyait en plus. L'immeuble n'est pas isolé et très bruyant, on entend ses voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la pièce avec nous.

Siento no poder recomendarlo, pueden ver mi reseña para entenderme. - La ubicación quizás sería lo más destacado, y muy a mi pesar dado que iba con muchas expectativas, no podría destacar en positivo nada más. El apartamento se ve que tuvo su mejor momento ya hace tiempo, ahora está totalmente dejado, no hay cariño ninguno a la hora de alquilar este piso. Para empezar llegamos y la llave con código no reconocía el nº6, y claro la clave tenía 6. Esto quiere decir que ya empezamos regular, pero bueno es incluso pasable. La gran decepción vino por lo siguiente, nos entregaron el apartamento sin limpiar a fondo, tanto que había pelos en el suelo de la habitación unos cuantos, en el baño se había olvidado de recoger la esponja de los otros inquilinos y ahí estaba en la placa de ducha. No repusieron el gel para ducharnos, el papel higiénico era especialmente malo, y así en general estaba todo dejado y sucio. Al baño le faltaba la mitad de la mampara, estaba rota y no habían respuesto, los cajones estaban rotos de la humedad y del paso del tiempo, la almohada de una de las dos habitaciones era tipo de la serie "cuéntame" de espumillón, incómoda, gruesa y desagradable, y la otra parecía un cojín con funda. En definitiva una gran decepción por lo que no podría recomendar este apartamento y menos por casi 200€ la noche como nos costó. Ojalá tomen nota de forma constructiva este mensaje y le hagan una revisión completa al apartamento y velen más por su mantenimiento antes de ser alquilado.

• Acanfora (8/5): Con pochi miglioramenti sarebbe eccellente! - L'appartamento è molto bello e ha una vista fantastica, inoltre è ottimamente servito da metro e bus, le cui fermate sono proprio sotto casa. È spazioso e molto luminoso in generale. Nei dintorni c'è tutto, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, etc., ed è a pochi passi da uno dei musei più belli di Madrid. Ha un potenziale enorme, tuttavia si potrebbero migliorare diverse cose! Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto comprensivo riguardo a delle difficoltà che abbiamo avuto in entrata e in uscita. Di questo sono molto grata. La cameretta non ha finestre e, secondo me, andrebbe specificato o mostrato in foto chiaramente, non è molto grande, ma se vi fosse stata una finestra anche piccola, sarebbe stata ottima ugualmente. Nel bagno invece ci sono 2 finestre. Si potrebbero invertire! Inoltre non sono stata soddisfatta dello stato di pulizia che ho trovato. In generale buono, ma nel dettaglio insufficiente. Alcune ante della cucina e della doccia erano guaste o mancanti. Non ho trovato uno strofinaccio o una tovaglia da usare a tavola, cose sempre molto gradite per chi viaggia.

• Gregory (6/5): It was okay - The view and space in the common living area There was several areas of water damage in the walls, ran out of shampoo and soap, and there weren’t enough utensils so we had to go out to buy some. There was a significant amount of noise coming from outside, and even though it was one week after the power outage the elevator didn’t work for most of the time that we were there. It was over 120 steps, which is difficult when you’re carrying groceries and luggage.
• Alisa (8/5): Ok - The location is perfect from all points of view! It was quiet. The price-quality ratio was decent, considering that the accommodation is very close to most tourist attractions and is right next to the metro. the first day when we arrived, it was very, very cold inside. Overall, it was clean, but in the second bedroom, between the wall and the bed, there was dirt… it was not clean, and unfortunately, some pillows were stained. The bed linen was clean, but the pillows underneath were stained.

• Milan (8/5): Very good - great location, metro station 20m, Flat is nice and spacy. Kitchen and balcony need some service. Sometimes extremely noisy neighbors until midnight. :) Beds are small for two person and need to change the mattress.

• Elene (9/5): It’s a good place to stay in Madrid. - Great location, easy to access and very bright and cozy appartment✨ I think there was some problem with WIFI as the signal was very weak. Second bedroom is a bit small without a window, but just for sleeping while traveling that’s not a big deal.
• Gary (8/5): Beautiful apartment, little far from the main action - Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds and powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Good proximity to the main train station (ATOCHA) and also to a metro stop which was right outside. Three major supermarkets within walking distance, plus bakeries, butchers and pharmacy right underneath. Good communication from the staff who were very responsive when messages were sent and resolved issues quickly (missing forks, no sharp knife for cutting, issue with air conditioning). Small package provided with olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc and also washing up liquid, clean cloths and an extra bin liner. Kettle, toaster and coffee machine (no pods) are available to use and the fridge has a small ice box too. Shampoo, shower gel and handwash provided in the bathroom. Ironing board and iron provided as well as hairdryer. The storage facilities for clothes are adequate and the phone charging lamps in the main bedroom are a nice touch. Good sized table for eating meals together. The apartment has lots of natural light and a roof terrace which overlooks a very busy intersection - however you dont really hear much noise from this other than the odd siren and honk of a horn. The location whilst great if you want to get around using train or underground is a little far from the centre if you want to navigate Madrid on foot. It was a good 30 mins walk from the Royal Palace. The roof terrace is lovely and gets sun for most of the day, but sadly almost impossible to use. There is a bench out there which is not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Some sun loungers or chairs would be a welcome addition. Also, beware as there is water that drains down onto the terrace from downpipes in the two top corners which makes the grass matting wet. The step down from both doorways into the apartment is quite large and the tiles are slippy underfoot when your feet/shoes are wet. This resulted in a nasty fall for me and I hurt my leg quite badly and had to cancel my plans for the last two days of my holiday and struggled travelling home. We put a towel down on the floor afterwards but sadly the damage had already been done. Air conditioning is in the lounge and the two bedrooms but is not as powerful as some others I have experienced and we were getting highs of 40 degrees during our stay in Madrid which it was struggling to cope with as it didn't circulate very well. There is no oven, only a hob. Appreciate the kitchen area is limited and we did manage to cook without one so not a major issue. There was no welcome pack advising how to use appliances or where to dispose of rubbish. There were large bins on the ground floor, however we were unsure which was for what item (paper/food/glass etc).
• Lisa (8/5): we had an amazing time in Madrid at AmazINN Places. the apartment was clean, beds were super comfortable and it is close - Very clean, nice size apartment. perfect location to walk everywhere or use the bus system. Difficult to find and access apartment. Especially if traveling from another country and wifi might. it be immediately working.
