Schon beim Betreten spürte man die liebevolle Vorbereitung – zahlreiche kleine Aufmerksamkeiten standen bereits für uns bereit. Vom Shampoo im Bad über gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank bis hin zu feinen Keksen und weiteren Überraschungen – alles war mit großer Sorgfalt und Herzlichkeit arrangiert. Jedes Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, sodass wir auch die heißen Tage in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Die gesamte Unterkunft war makellos sauber, und die Außenanlagen präsentierten sich gepflegt wie aus dem Bilderbuch – ein echtes Paradies zum Entspannen. Besonders berührend war die Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter: Zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter haben sie sogar eine hausgemachte Torte überreicht – ein liebevoller und unvergesslicher Moment. Ihr Engagement, ihre Freundlichkeit und ihr ehrliches Interesse am Wohl der Gäste machen diesen Ort ganz besonders... danke an Alessandra und Simone!! Die „Villa mit Pool“ ist weit mehr als eine Ferienunterkunft – sie ist ein Zuhause auf Zeit, voller Wärme, Herzlichkeit und liebevoller Details. Von Herzen weiterzuempfehlen!
• Christina (10/5): Beautiful Villa & Pool - From the minute we arrived at the villa we were blown away by how beautiful it was! The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the pool/facilities are incredible! Marco and his family who own the villa are very kind and helpful and made us a beautiful cake after we arrived. There is a bus stop just outside the villa which takes you to Trastevere but we mainly used taxis of an evening to visit Rome centre. We will definitely be returning! • Breda (10/5): A fabulous stay - We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom villa in a wonderful location, Via delle Vigne, a short distance & convenient to Rome City Centre. We had the entire villa, it had everything that was needed including a very spacious outdoor patio area along with a private pool with pool towels provided for bathing & a very well manicured gardens with on site parking. Our hosts Marco and Alessandra were extremely friendly & informative and looked after any special requests. Loved the local cafes, restaurants, with a supermarket/pharmacy etc. only a short walk away. We would highly recommend Villa con Piscina and would have no hesitation in returning here again. • Nick (10/5): Fabulous trip to Italy combining exploring Rome with relaxing by the pool with a stunning villa. - Beautiful villa inside & out with lovely gardens & pool. Great location for exploring Rome (short train journey) & also for going to the beach (half an hour by car). The owners are also really helpful.
• Advanced (10/5): Amazing! - The hosts were amazing and very welcoming. We were given a fantastic welcome hamper and the host’s mum even made us a delicious cake! The villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The pool was lovely and warm and the grounds are beautiful. We found it easy to get a taxi into the centre of Rome. We will definitely be back!
