• Ine (6/5): De locatie was in orde, de rest wat minder - Goeie locatie, vlakbij metro waardoor het centrum van Rome makkelijk te bereiken is. Niet zo proper, gedateerd, slechte matrassen, onvolledige keuken

• carmen (9/5): - Todo perfecto muy cerca de la estación de metro y un barrio muy tranquilo, tiene cerca tiendas de co.ida,peluquería, farmacias muy bien ,hemos pasado unos días estupendos,volvería a repetir sin duda
• Ion (9/5): Alojamiento cerca del metro - Las habitaciones y los baños son muy amplios. No tenía una zona de estar común, a parte de la mesa de la cocina. Se echa en falta un living room en el caso de que se aloje un grupo numeroso, como en nuestro caso, que éramos 6 personas.

• Henrica Loyre (10/5): Voltaria - O apartamento é enorme, com boas instalações. O anfitrião bem acessível e gentil. Os chuveiros estavam jogando mais água para a parede do que para o banho em si, é necessário manutenção. Cozinha precisa de mais panelas e travessas de servir.
• Nicola (7/5): Buono, ma non buonissimo - Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione metro. Appartamento con tre stanze ampie, ognuna con un suo bagno, soluzione ideale per le famiglie e gruppi numerosi. Aria condizionata. Ottimo prezzo. Non curato negli arredi, tutto datato. Servizi non completamente efficienti, occorre maggiore manutenzione soprattutto alle docce.
• Lukáš (7/5): - The location is close to the metro station. The apartment was clean and fine. Each sleeping room has it own shower room. The WIFI was slow. The kitchen equipment was very basic (please add a corkscrew)

• Yeung (6/5): Pleasant - Good Location and friendly helpful staff One of the bathrooms smells and appeared to have some bugs around the toilet area.
• Monica (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY - NOTHING! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! Extremely disappointed. The whole place stinks like sewer (drainage), even the staff from the apartment had to open all the windows upon our arrival, as the smell was unbearable! The smell did not go away during our stay & it got worse in the blue room. Seriously I still cannot understand how inhumane this was. How can someone offer a place for rent with such a bad smell? Check-in: the staff left us waiting an hour outside (they were not on the apartment upon our arrival) even though we have contacted them before leaving the airport & they mentioned they were already waiting for us. Staff requested us to pay on cash & we argued that it was confirmed that payment could be done with credit card. Staff insisted us to go to the nearest ATM & pay the for the bank fee in order to get cash (the staff even made fun of us that we were resistant to go to an ATM to get the cash). We discussed almost an hour about this, but the staff did not allow us to pay the whole amount on card (it was requested to at least pay the cleaning fee & taxes with cash) so we did. Nonetheless, staff was not able to provide a payment receipt & we had to send the money through some online app (staff did not even had a proper card reader). Kitchen: 1 broken chair leaving only 6 functional chairs for 7 people, which is quite inconvenient. No coffee machine as mentioned on the description. The washing machine spills water (a lot!). I asked the staff for detergent, but mentioned that we had to buy our own (this is normally offered) Red room: the shower has no doors, so water spills everywhere! Green room: the heating does not work which is unacceptable in winter. Blue room: THE WORST ROOM of all. The room stinks. One of the beds have no support for the mattress, so when you lay down the mattress sink completely. It is really not possible to sleep in that bed. In general I would never recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.

• Rani (5/5): Passable - A separate bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Al clean with air conditioning. In 2 minutes tutte in the metro. 5th floor with elevator. The hot water pressure was very low, so this needed maintenance. Generally, the apartment needs further maintenance.
