• saleh (1/5): - Nothing I booked this flat to be comfortable as i was with my family including 2 children. No commuincation at arrival, I had to call the host for an hour and dozens of messages to get a response from the host and find the key to enter. As I arrived in the appartment I realized there is no hot/warm water. I contacted the host and he promised to bring some one to fix it. Two weeks in there and no one came to fix it. The host even did not reply to my messages. The plastics carpets/covers in the bathroom and toilet are broken, dirty and sticky. The shower is dirty and water tabs broken. The two rooms have no handle from inside, if i did not have others to open the room doors from outside i would have been dead. I paid so much money for the children to be confortable, and they had to take their shower with very cold water. The amount of time i spent finding a solution for warm water instead of enjoying my vacation. And booking.com takes no responsability for this. This is really inadmissible to allow such scams go on without any outcome and responsiility Such a disgrace.

Kontakt osoba koja se javila kad smo pozvali i objasnili da ne mozemo da nadjemo lokaciju (posle par sati lutanja), ladno je odgovorila da "nema nasu rezervaciju". Mi smo se izvukli iz bedaka, ali nije lepo da se jos neko tako provede!

• Anita (1/5): It was the worst stay we have ever had. - Nothing! The rudeness and condescending tone of the host. The huge discrepancy between what they posted on their Booking.com page and what we actually got. The unresponsiveness of the host to any issues we had that included but are not limited to being locked in the bedrooms, broken and leaky faucet, cold water in the shower, lack of electricity for hours in this heat, etc.
• Roman (4/5): - Location, 5 minutes near Metro Taxim before this apartment has good repair, but the constant flow of residents simply "killed" it's home. there is a need for regular repairs to repair the door handles, replace the shower doors (because water is leaking onto the floor). Even though this house is old, why is it so dirty?! especially the shower and toilet! The main complaint is to the owner of this apartment! Why did he allow it to get to such a terrible state and rent it out to people? He should see everything with his own eyes before renting it out to tenants. Dust, dirt... You have to respect the people you let into this apartment! There is no internet, when you call the owner, he says he will come and fix it someday. The air conditioner does not work properly. The refrigerator stinks and does not cool. I really want the owner of this home to come there himself and see all that mess!
• Morteza (10/5): Highly recommended! - Edip was a very kind and responsive host, always quick to help when needed. The location of the property was excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Istiklal Square, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend! The property doesn’t have a lift, but that wasn’t a major issue for us since we were on the first floor. Just a heads-up: the street can be a bit noisy at times, but overall, we still had a pleasant stay.

• Razid (7/5): Acceptable for short trips - Overall, Taksim Pera House provides complete and comfortable facilities for 7 people. 3 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen for cooking. However, the location is confusing and cannot be found in google maps. We contacted the host and waited quite a while before being allowed to check in. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without a lift but the owner helped to carry our luggage. The water heater in the bathroom didn't work so we had to take a cold shower in the winter.

• Yassir (5/5): Great Location, Average apartment - The host was very friendly and helpful. He waited for us late at night to give us the keys and welcomed us to the apartment, he also provided additional blankets and helped us carry our luggage. The apartment is close to Taksim square, bus and Metro station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator in an old building. The crib that was provided was broken, the second one smelled pretty bad. You have to close the windows at night as there is a lot of noise coming from the nearby night club plus the smell of cigarettes in the hallway and toilet.

Best for people who are very spontaneous and outgoing. - Located near Taksim Square, transportation is easily accessible - bus, taxi, or train via Taksim Square. Pub street is right across the house. Edip, our host was very friendly and assisted us with our vehicle transport to and from the airport. Stairs.
• Abdullah (5/5): Passable stay provided you dont leave behind anything in the unit. - Spacious, fully equipped kitchen No elevator, 3 floors of steep steps ( not recommended for young family). No air conditioning for 2 rooms, only living room and main bedroom has air-conditioning.Toilet was clean but smelly somehow( old wet mat ). I missed my flight when I left my phone in the unit by mistake. Host did not make any effort to resolve the situation ( told me to wait as he has other things to attend to at airport ). I have to wait outside for 6 hrs. It was other party that manage other units that helped me to resolve my issue.
• Saira (10/5): Brilliant apartment close to all amenities - The host Edip was very friendly we came early with 6 suitcases the host was very nice to let us store them at the entrance store room so that we can explore around until checking in time which was supposed to be at 12.00pm but he was very nice about it and let us check in at 10.30am. The apartment was nice and clean with comfy beds and clean linen and towels everything we expected it to be . Would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends and will come again with my family to this apartment again great location with lots of shops and restaurants all around istiklal street is just 5 mins walk away lots of taxis close by and bus stops right next to the apartment so no worry about travelling loved staying here so did the kids thanks 😊 Liked everything

• Gorgadze (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 5 unforgettable days in beautiful Istanbul. Aside from the fact that the city is beautiful, historic and very cool we cannot mention the apartment we stayed in during these days. The owner of the apartment is a very friendly and good person, he helped us find a comfortable and clean taxi during leaving, he was ready to help us everytime, when we need, any information about country. As for the house itself, the house is in the city's central district, taxim, easy to get and good place. The apartment has all the comfort that a guest may need while traveling to a foreign country. We had clean three bedrooms, good linen, a clean little living room, a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom. Also in the apartment there is an internet connection, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, the host has found a comfortable and clean environment. We want to thank you on behalf of our friends and wish you many satisfied guests. Thanks to Istanbul and thank you for creating an impressive mood. We will definitely advise our friends to visit you. • Umair (8/5): Comfortable flat in good location - we stayed for 13 days at this apartment. The host Edip was very kind and gracious and was always available if there were any issues. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so bear that in mind if you have reduced mobility. Across the road from Istiklal street there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Buses and taxis can be caught easily from the main road outside the apartment and take you to all parts of istanbul. Due to the close proximity to the main shopping areas it is generally quite noisy outside until the early hours of the morning, but this didn't bother us. The apartment has all the amenities you would want for a relaxing stay, the host provided clean towels and bed sheets on arrival. There was a smart TV and wifi signal was present throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was in good working order. Overall would recommend Shower screen was cracked and a bit worn out so had to be careful when showering. But that was the only a minor issue.

He ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfort - The apartment has everything that you need, feels like home! I stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no lift/elevator. No parking lot, the nearest one is at the Taksim mosque (abt 200mtr). If you driving a bit difficult but if you are not driving it was good as its in the center of taksim, easy to commute with bus/train in istanbul

• Georgy (10/5): great place to stay in Taksim area - Edip was very fast to respond, flexible and accommodating. Met met on arrival and helped store the bags until the evening on the day of departure. The location is great - close to transport, restaurants, etc, and not too loud at the same time. The flat has everything you need and is exactly as shown in the photos - cozy and clean.
• Aldo (10/5): Remarkable place, location, amenities, and very very value for money - I have visited so many places. The apartment is exceptional. All you have to do just bring your clothes because they have all kind of amenities even the small things that we never taught before. Vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, kettle, plate, iron, ironing board, shampoo, paper hole punch, drying rack, dish soap, electric stove, spices (salt, sugar, cooking oil, tea, coffee, pepper, etc), pan, all cooking stuff, etc you name it all. The room also feels like home. The interior is very Scandinavian style and we all love it. The location also great. You just walk around 350-400 meters to reach the famous Istiklal Street. 500 meters to Taksim Square and 1.2 km to Airport shuttle bus stop. If you are asian such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Thailand, Philippine, Singaporean, you will find Asian Restaurant nearby only by walk around 150 meters. Very cheap and tasty compare if you buy from Istiklal Street. I am recommending this place as an ideal location for family or group. None
