- Sandeep (9/5): A Super 3 Star hotel - Clean rooms, friendly and kind staff, value for money room pricing, tour service, laundry service. It has 3 supermarkets adjacent, Caspian Sea view, walking distance from giant ferris wheel, Hyder Ali center and mall, it is very close to Caspian Sea and the promenade is walking distance. It also has bus stop outside its gate, buses 5,6,125,205 come every 5 mins from Baku train and metro station. 2 restaurant Kareem and Mayank are in the vicinity to try some local cuisine.Manager and people at reception are very good and speak English, Russian and Azerbaijan.also staff in dinning area are polite and helpful. Breakfast is from 8 am to 10 am, this should be changed to 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Breakfast buffet can be improved to include Indian or vegan items.

- Happy (10/5): It was a pleasant stay, but the location is quite far and the breakfast options could be better. - The hotel was overall clean. The staff were truly amazing and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The wifi password for each of the floors were different. There was no visible wifi password for the restaurant for me to use and the staff did not know it as well. Breakfast - there was not much option apart from eggs and no tea for people who don't drink coffee. The cost of the breakfast is not on par with the food.

- Bakulu (4/5): Stay was good. But the hotel can do a lot better! - The hotel is not bad. But the facilities are not as great as they are shown on the adverts. The location is great as it overlooks the sea. The rooms are okay. Staff are great and help out. It is fully carpeted. Breakfast is available. The facilities provided fall way below expectation. They provide kettle but no sugar or coffee (i wonder what the kettle is for?). The toilet and bathroom had a very bad smell coming out of it. The balcony door would not shut completely leaving cold air to come in yet the A/C was hard to operate. The breakfast though advertised as continental was below the expectation. No meat or anything. just pastries. Worst of all, staff ask to make good reviews on the hotel, which is odd! All in all, the hotel is not bad but for its price, it can do better.

The level of service, comfort, and attention to detail truly sets this hotel apart. It’s rare to find such excellent value for money these days.

You can find buses and taxis easily from there. - I would like to say that the hotel was very beautiful and had a good location. The sea view, attractions, and places are nearby, and especially the hotel manager and staff were very cooperative. I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was also delicious. I did not find anything there in Zamzam. I can say that I do not like it.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and Ilqaz from the front office was kind enough to let me check-in early, he even helped me to carry my luggage and shown me my room. I forgot to thank him but I hope he read this. I would also like to mention Ali, Amin and Ruslan, they're friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and simple. I like that they have bidet in the toilet. :) I especially enjoyed my breakfast with a view. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the sea side and mall. My only downside was the Wi-Fi connection but it's okay. Overall, I highly recommend Zamzam Hotel Baku for anyone looking for a relxing and worry-free stay. Nothing

- Kristina (10/5): Good value for money. - Good value for money! I have stayed in a few hotels in the area before. I moved to Zam Zam for one night initially and ended up staying for a week. First of all, the staff is just amazing! They speak fluently English, Russian, German, Azeri and probably more, so communication won't be an issue. Special thanks to the manager, Ilgar, who was always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The rooms are modern and well-maintained (better to ask for an upper floor for a better view). There was minor construction going on on some floors during my stay, but the staff offered to move me to another floor or even to another nearby hotel (there are a few hotels in the area that belong to the same chain, and the room design and rooftops are very similar). The hotel provides breakfast with a pretty cool view from the rooftop (see attached pics). The breakfast is basic/average, but you won't leave hungry. The location is just in front of the Wheel/promenade , with ATM, pharmacy, supermarkets just 1 to 3 mins away. They do accept bank card payments! Just wanted to point it out because many hotels in Baku accept cash only. All in all, I had a great stay! P.S. If you're a foreigner and planning to stay in Azerbaijan for over 15 days you have to register. I had issues with this during my previous stay a few years ago, but this time the hotel's staff specifically asked me and took care of the registration matters. Thanks again for the hospitality! They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, providing helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions. Dining Experience: The hotel’s dining options were diverse and satisfying. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of local and international cuisines, prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Dining with a view of the sea further enhanced the overall experience. Facilities and Services: Zam Zam Hotel is well-equipped with a range of facilities to enhance guests' comfort and convenience.
