Julie (7/5): Location was great but considering price the issues listed should have been rectified. - The location was amazing, the layout was great for two families. Most of the inclusions were great. The bbq was not clean at all, the drip tray underneath was full of grease and the bbq caught fire one night. There were no dishwashing tablets at all for the dishwasher and no garbage bags for bin. The laundry had no detergent for clothes washing and the outside bins were not empty when we arrived and we had to find other council bins to discard rubbish and upon leaving we had no choice but to leave rubbish near the outside bin. The yard is also shared with neighbors and although we took our dog and cleaned after her every time the neighbors did not and therefore the yard was not clean of dog waste. Also the pots and pans were not cleaned well and not in great condition and some need discarding. There was also quite a bit of dust in bedrooms between bed frame and mattress. Couldn’t see out of any windows the whole time, clearly were not cleaned for arrival, also screens upstairs did not stay in tracks.
