I was here for surgery and it was in a great location for the clinic and hospital, as well as 5 minutes away from a big shopping centre with food places there also! Pár perc sétára található buszmegállók, pláza, szupermarket, étterem, boltok. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzettel találkoztunk, bármi kérdésünk, problémánk volt, mindenben segítettek. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Mindenkinek ajánlom! Nem volt ilyen.
• KAREN (3/5): We were SO looking forward to our stay but were left very disappointed. - The hotel itself is in a convenient, residential area and on the face of it, looks lovely. From making the booking, I received several warm messages from the hotel which I thought was a nice, personal touch. I also received a message the day before we arrived stating that they were looking forward to welcoming us and making our stay memorable. Well it was certainly memorable - but for the wrong reasons as outlined below. Booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony but the room we were given did not match the photos. After checking at Reception, it was confirmed that the room was not the one which we had booked some six weeks earlier and that our room had been given to someone else! We were told that the manager would be contacted. Having heard nothing, I contacted the person who had been messaging me, to make them aware of the situation. An hour later I received this reply "we are currently undergoing renovations to improve our facilities and, as a result, we have no rooms available at the moment. We apologize for the disappointment and thank you for your understanding" A total contradiction to what we had already been told! There was also no mention of these alleged renovations when someone had messaged me the day before. Needless to say that we were extremely disappointed, not only because our room had been given away but also by the response. Our room (307) had a slight stale smell. Fortunately it was only an overnight stay as our pillows were not comfortable and literally seemed to be made up of what felt like lumps of foam. Our 'balcony' consisted of 4 Aircon units. The hotel is advertised as having soundproofing but we could clearly hear the guests next door. As well as a washing machine, there was also a dishwasher and microwave, which would be a great addition but did seem quite pointless as there was only minimal kitchen utensils and 2 small mugs. We adore a Turkish breakfast but this 'okay' at best. By 9am the hot selection consisted of boiled eggs, tomato gratin(?) and boiled potatoes and an empty bain-marie of hot water. Other guests may have brought their own mugs down with them as there was only cay glasses available.  The juice cartoons were empty. When we checked out, knowing how disappointed we were, the guy on reception offered a £10 refund which we accepted.

• TERRI (9/5): For the price- AMAZING! - This little gem is in a very safe area with plenty to do! Staff ibrahim, kamal and mart are lovely and can’t do enough for you! Friendly and always there for a conversation and advice and information! Breakfast was good, not a lot of hot selection but good coffee & recommend the smit bakery around the corner!! Mojos lounge bar is fab and Starbucks 10min walk! walk to durden waterfall and cliffs is 20mins! Terra mall is 5mins with Zara, burksha and a good food hall! Lots of green places with benches to eat and read a book! Not a massive tourist place which was nice!!! Always places to visit! 20mins to old town and bizarre! Apartment was nice! Safe! Washing machine was a plus! Fridge, oven dishwasher! And balcony if u wanted to sit in the sun! Also pool area is peaceful and sunny although no water due to being out of season! Coffee machine and drinks can be purchased at all times and supermarket migros is 5mins away! Loads of branded Resturants and bars! Fresh towels when you wanted- put cleaning tag on door if you want room cleaned! Hotel is modern! And extremely safe for loan traveller! Air-con and heater! Cleanliness could have been better in apartment and shower head wasn’t fitted great- could not get Netflix or anything but YouTube or Turkish tv so recommend a stick if u have one but wasn’t too much of an issue for me as I ventured out most of the day! More cooking utensils would be good especially a cork screw bottle opener 🤣

Sometimes was no water pressure or hot water in shower, bad smell in room. wifi very very slow, couldn't work on my laptop. I could hear people in next room through ventilation in bathroom and that's very bad for privacy.

• Shaun (9/5): If your looking for a modern, spacious place to base yourself then I would highly recommend! - The apartment was spacious and modern with all the amenities you could really need for a few nights away. Location is excellent, just a short walk away from a shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable WiFi dipped in and out continually, so not always the most reliable. The room has a TV in the lounge which is great, but I couldn’t find any programmes in English (not that that’s a huge deal), so was unable to watch the TV provided.

The price is very reasonable and the stay is comfortable. The location is great, and the staff are kind and friendly. If I come to Antalya again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

• Til (4/5): Dreckiges Hotel ohne Service - Das Hotel von außen sieht ganz schön aus. Die Klimaanlage. Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig. Es gab kein Housekeeping. Wir waren acht Nächte da und hatten nicht einmal jemanden im Zimmer, der neue Handtücher oder irgendwas gebracht hat. Die Küche ist nicht zum Kochen ausgestattet.

• Mariia (10/5): Добавить посуды и лучше убираться. - Отличное месторасположение, рядом торговый центр, не далеко набережная и парк. В номере были грязные полы. Просили перемыть их. На черной мебели были отпечатки рук, которые не отмывались. Забитый слив в душевой кабине. Бронировали номер с балконом, номер дали без балкона. Когда на это обратили внимание, предложили номер с окнами в стену. В номере есть вся бытовая техника, но практически нет посуды (2 тарелки, 2 кружки, сковородка) кастрюлька отсутствует. Не понятно, для чего большая посудомоечная машина, в которой нечего мыть.

• Sharline (5/5): - Decent place, however, the staff are not well informed or simply ignorant of the sightseeing information they share with visitors. We booked a trip to Pamukkale, the receptionist gave us a less fee and assured us that no entrance is separate, upon reaching Pamukkale we had to pay for entrance because the whole area is fenced, the only choice is to pay to proceed, contradicting to what the guy told us. So after telling him about our little adventure, he promised to compensate us with a free taxi ride to the airport the next day, unfortunately no taxi showed up, he later wrote me that the cab driver overslept. The reception was not occupied to sort it out. Quite disappointing!

• Ashhad Ahmad (5/5): An aesthetic stay with lack of decent services. - The interiors and furniture were supposedly aesthetic and vibrant. Breakfast wasnt good at all. Inconsistent combinations, seems like the breakfasts are usually unplanned. Staff at the property was non-cooperative. Instead of resolving our queries, they made sure that we may adjust to the issue. Juices at the breakfast were expired, i asked the receptionist Ibrahim to get them replaced. The power button that holds the room card for electricity was in terrible condition, staff just placed a tape on it to fix it temporarily, no electrician visited us in 3 days. Lack of toiletries.

Отель очень стильный и уютный. - Быстрое заселение, красивый отель с новым ремонтом, стильный и чистый номер, наличие кухни, стиральной и посудомоечной машины Звукоизоляция окон, так как наши окна выходили на детский сад и дорогу, утром было хорошо слышно детей и мусорную машину.

Spülmaschinen tapps und Spülmitteljnd Waschmittel muss man - Sieht optisch gut aus Das Bett war extrem unbequem, es war leicht schief und die viel zu hart. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und man hört einfach alles! Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Türnknallen zu jeder Uhrzeit inklusive. Das Frühstück ist extrem einfach gehalten und wirklich nicht gut gewesen.
• Ziya (10/5): EXTRAORDINARY! - Where do I begin! Staff were very warm with welcoming us & the service provided was second to none. As I was out there for Business/Leisure. They were happy to cater to my needs as & when an issue arised. The Hotel location was perfect right next to Terra City Shopping Mall & the countless amount of Restaurants surrounding area. The property was immaculate & I can't wait to visit back again so my simple answer is "I loved it all!!!" Keep smashing it at Ella Suites Hotel. Not a single thing!

• Joanne (10/5): Fantastic! - Our two-bedroom/ two-bathroom apartment was very spacious and suited our 3 person-family needs. This as well as the entire complex is modern and is tastefully decorated. The pool is a nice touch, and buffet breakfast was yummy. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating with our requests - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. The location of this property is amazing too. Nothing - we liked everything!

• James (9/5): - The hotel is stylish and well designed, we had an apartment which had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and overall we had a great three night stay. Only a few things there was a iron burn in the arm of our sofa no big issues but would be good to fixed/cover. The TV is smart so you can watch netflix and Amazon but it very hard to use and some of the pixels were broken in the screen. The apparent cooking equipment is limited but ok for 2 people, it would be good if they had provided basics like washing up soap, dishwasher tablets and wipes. We had to buy these in large quantities from the supermarket, they could have sold small amounts at reception. We asked for late check out and this wasn't possible despite the room not being booked the next night the only option was to pay for a while additional night.

• Eva (10/5): - Apartma je super, čisto, ima vse kar potrebuješ (kuhinja, pralni stroj,...). Žal smo bili v njem samo čez noč, saj smo imeli zgodnji let nazaj domov, tako da nismo koristili zajtrka. Na recepciji so nam rezervirali taksi. Za prevoz do letališča priporočamo uporabo rumenih taksijev, saj so veliko cenejši kot prevoz, ki ga ponujajo v nastanitvi. Lokacija nastanitve je super, urejen predel mesta, blizu trgovina, bankomat. Cca 30 minut hoje do Duden slapov. Žal mi je, da smo imeli rezervirano samo eno noč in premalo časa za ogled.

Insonorisant terrible, très difficile dormir la nuit. Drap du lit pas de toute confortable. Petit déjeuner pas beaucoup de variétés des fruits et pâtisserie pour les amateurs des saldes cest parfait.

The buffet breakfast with warm and cold dishes was excellent,a very good start of the day. The suite was nice and clean,spacious,equipped with comfortable beds. Professional young staff! You can reach the old city within 30 minutes by public transport. -

• Alla (9/5): Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt im Ella Suites Hotel sehr zufrieden und würde es weiterempfehlen. - Unser Aufenthalt im Ella Suites Hotel in Antalya war sehr angenehm. Mein Mann und ich hatten zwei große Zimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche einschließlich Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Einziges Manko: Kein deutscher TV-Kanal. Ansonsten alles perfekt!
