• Sandra (8/5): Very nice stay. Very helpful landlord. Great location. - The studio was very clean, bed very comfortable. Microwave, full refrigerator & freezer, a few basic dishes, etc. The landlord, Milton, was very helpful. Even posted a list of stores, restaurants, etc. Including addresses & hours. Very helpful for us as we were there a week. Great location, quiet neighborhood. 😊

• jomo06 (9/5): Logement agréable - La gentillesse du propriétaire et sa réactivité pour régler un problème de lumière. Bon accueil et logement confortable. Manque quelques rangements dans la SdB et étagères dans la pièce principale.
• Rayan Noel (10/5): Excelente trato y comunicación - Todo estaba muy limpio y el propietario era muy simpatico y amable. Sin duda volveria a alojarme. La ubicacion, un poco lejos del centro pero esta bien porque estaba al lado del aeropuerto y se agradece.
• Aja (5/5): Decent for them few days - Cleanliness of the place & location. Wasn’t too far from our activities. Bed was semi small, living room tv wasn’t put up; so there was only 1 tv, & water didn’t get hot.

• Humza Arain (4/5): Disappointing. - The location was good. It was very close to the airport and not far from downtown Miami. Check-in process was flexible. The place is extremely small and does not justify the price. The floor was dirty. It is simply a room with a tiny area that is called "kitchen". I would not call it a "Studio Apartment".
• Julio (10/5): Ficar em Miami nesta residência foi resumindo em palavra foi Top. Perdo do areporto foi muito bom. Recomendo para qualqu - A facilidade de fazer o check-in e o check-out. Não precisei fazer com ninguém. Porque cheguei 01:00 da madrugada e sair as 06:00 horas da tarde. Falei com o proprietário ele foi super atencioso com os meu horário de chegada e saída . A limpeza, localização, conforto e segurança.

Only thing was, due to a problem I couldn't use a creditcard for payment. It was nice if I was informed about that before arrival. But the host was patient about it.

• Olszewska (10/5): Clean apartment with private bathroom in good price - We stayed in Apartment Lyz Miami with my daughter for one week. It's very good located, only 5 minutes driving to the Airport, 300 meters to bus stop. Ronald and Martha were very friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment was very clean an comfortable. Huge bed and TV with Netflix :) There is also small kitchen corner where you will find a small fridge and microwave. In bathroom- bathroom supplies and hair dryer. We had also nice neighbors. We enjoyed our time there. All was good
