- Caglar (9/5): Good place for a good price. - We were with 3 people. We all had seperate rooms. The house had pretty much every household item needed. We were allowed early check-in. Rooms were clean. Private parking on front of the door. The neighborhood is safe and there are small grocery shops nearby. The big bedroom’s window isn’t locking, but you can close it. I’d recommend this place. The host is a good person.

- Gordon Edwards (7/5): family enjoyed london and a lot cheaper to stay here than 3 rooms in a hotel - kitchen was well stocked with equipment . free parking. close to shops and uber boat. really good coffee machine ( have now got 1 for our kitchen) back door very difficult to unlock and lock window in our room could not close properly. no working eletical plugs in the smaller bedrooms

- Christopher (7/5): Convenient and spacious property, could be improved. - Plenty of space, core facilities all, 10 minute walk to Clapham junction. Property needs some TLC. Whilst generally tidy, it could be improved with some cosmetic updating and general care to make it more inviting.
- Luca Malgeri (7/5): - The furniture is on a minimal side and the sofa bed is a bit shaky. The property was clean but the building is a bit old and windows and doors would need some refurbishment/fixing. For a long stay a dishwasher would be a plus.
- David (4/5): Very basic, not like the pictures and not worth the money - Great location for work as we were around the corner from the job Very very basic, no love at all gone into the property it’s nothing like the pictures with cushions etc everywhere. The tv didn’t work, no sugar, too many things to mention but deffo not worth the money. We didn’t even cook coz it just felt like an abanded house. We are out every night

- Pezhman (5/5): 8 Wynter street - We stayed at 8 Wynter street for 3 nights. Access to the London city centre is very easy using bus and train.
The area is populated, but relatively quiet, a couple of supermarkets including Tesco express, M&S in fuel station, Co-op and Sainsbury's can be found in a max 10 min walking distance. Also a shell fuel station (1 min) and a BP fuel station (5 min) are in the vicinity of the house. I know the price for accommodation near central London is not cheap, but personally I don't think the rating for this property is reflective of the actual condition of the house considering the price and quality of the house.
Positive things about the house:
Water pressure is excellent.
The boiler works fine. Fridge freezer is clean and works fine. TV works fine as well.
Toaster, coffee machine, coffee pods, plates, mugs are available in the house.
A parking spot is located in front of the house, 2 m away from the entrance door!.
A clean microwave, a Washer and a dryer are provided. - in my view the house could have been much cleaner. Mould can be seen in many spots in both bathrooms.
- repair and renovation: Floor is making too much noises. The stairs are even worse. Windows are very old, lots of black mould spots on them, and the one in main bedroom is so old that there a hole can be seen between the window glass and the wooden frame. All Mattresses are very old, not comfortable at all.
- We couldn't find any key to the back garden.
- Owner does not reply your message in a timely manner.
- Sin (9/5): Good price for somewhere so close to central - Love that the parking space is right in front of the house. Very easy to find a Uber cos it's quite close to a train station. It is quite close to central, around 20 mins drive to the tourist spots and it costs us little bit under 20 pound to get to those places which is quite good. Love that we can use the upstairs shower and ground floor shower at the same time cos one uses electric boiler and the other uses the central boiler. Love that the owner is very responsive, we arrived during a heatwave kind of,, the owner is kind enough to arrange delivery of 2 fan the morning after. I enjoyed sitting outside watching the plane flying by, i can't really hear the noises inside the house though. The floor may need a deep clean, it's not a problem for us cos we wear slippers in the house. The lock of front door has a bit of problem but the owner immediately sent someone to check. The single room on the right upstairs has no socket, you may need an extension lead if you will need to use all 3 rooms. The mattress is rather soft but still comfy.

- Chris (5/5): A very disappointing experience to stay the least. We didn’t even stay in the accommodation. The owner refused to give u - Not much at all unfortunately. It was a misrepresentation of what we had booked. The pictures provided showed cushions on the lounge furniture and beds. When we arrived there was nothing but a blank couch, beds and dining room table. The entrance to the property was unclean, and the state of the windows and garden area was very old and unmaintained.

The photos on the website correspond to reality, the area is quiet, there is a Tesco and McDonald's nearby, and there is a free parking space. The owner is very easy to contact, he always answers.
- David (10/5): Very good - The property is well located and the added parking in front of the house was a bonus for us. Easy access to central London and Chelsea harbour which were the place we were visiting. Everything went smoothly.
