• Hedi (1/5): - This hotel was an absolute nightmare. We arrived around midnight on May 21, 2026, and the room was shockingly dirty and completely unacceptable. It was impossible to stay there. The level of dirt and hygiene was disgusting. Because of this, I had to spend two hours in the middle of the night searching for another hotel, call a taxi, and pay again out of my own pocket. When I told the receptionist that the room was too dirty to stay in, he replied:“That’s not my problem. If you don’t want it, go to another hotel.” Very rude staff, terrible conditions, and a horrible experience overall. I also have video evidence, but honestly, the videos do not fully show how horrible the room really was. The condition was far worse in real life. I was feeling physically sick and disgusted, and I honestly did not even have the nerves to record everything properly because I felt nauseous the entire time. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

• Andriy (5/5): - Jeżeli nie zależy wam na podstawowym komforcie, to obiekt spełni wasze oczekiwania. Dla noclegu na jedną lub dwie nocy w sam raz. Hotel składa się z dwóch budynków obok siebie, my dostaliśmy w tym drugim. w pokoju było bardzo zimno, klimatyzacja nie była w stanie go ogrzać, okno się nie domykało, bardzo dużo kurzu.

Zimno nawet przy włączonym ogrzewaniu. Ciężko znaleźć a z recepcją słaby kontakt. Są lepsze w tej samej cenie

La seconda camera si trovava: • Nello scantinato • Con formiche • Aria fredda che entrava dalla finestra • Sporcizia evidente • Bagno che si allagava • WC macchiato e sporco • Mobilia rotta e che si staccava • Lenzuola con macchie Igiene, comfort e sicurezza totalmente assenti. La ricevuta di pagamento ci è stata fornita solo dopo ripetute sollecitazioni, con grande difficoltà e scarsa collaborazione. Inoltre ci é stata negata la possibilità di pagare con carta di credito. Accettati solo pagamenti in contanti Struttura che non rispetta minimamente gli standard promessi. le foto presenti sul sito di Booking non corrispondono assolutamente alla camera che ci è stata assegnata. Lo abbiamo fatto presente immediatamente all’hotel, ma non si sono minimamente preoccupati di aiutarci o trovare una soluzione adeguata. Esperienza molto deludente, non torneremo e non consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel. L’hotel risultava inesistente alla polizia locale Questa informazione ci è stata comunicata da dei clienti presenti come noi nella stessa struttura che si sono rivolti alla polizia per informali della gravità della situazione

• Filiz (2/5): - Le personnel amiable On nous a mis dans une chambre qui n'était pas celle qu'on avait réservée, ça sentait les égouts dans la chambre et dans les sanitaires. Puis on a encore changé de chambre, celle-ci la chambre ne sentait pas les égouts mais les sanitaires catastrophes ensuite on a changé une 3eme fois celle-ci beaucoup que les 2 autres précédentes. Mais cette fois : les fenêtres ne fermaient pas complètement, j'ai dû mettre un coussin devant la fenêtre pour avoir moins de courant d'air et un lit était cassé, je l'ai signalé au réceptionniste il a juste soulevé les épaules l'air de dire qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. Pour le transfert à l'aéroport j'ai payé 60 euros j'ai dit que je voulais laisser un bon souvenir aux enfants, ils m'ont gâché ça aussi, ils m'ont dit ne vous inquiétez pas vous aurez une Mercedes Vito. On n'a pas eu la Mercedes Vito : très grande déception, c'était un véhicule tout claqué, c'est carrément une arnaque. Hôtel à fuir.
