• Fco. Javier (10/5): - La ubicación con el casco viejo a 5 minutos, con metro cerca. El apartamento ideal para relajarte, después de una jornada intensa. A valorar q tiene garage, muy cerca en una zona complicada. Gracias por los folletos y guías, muy completas y por los detalles.
• Carmen (10/5): - La ubicación es insuperable,se encuentra al lado del centro histórico, camas muy cómodas. El anfitrión muy atento nos dejó cosas para el desayuno y la cocina completa en cuanto a menaje y además café,aceite ,azúcar.. Nos dejaron también una tarjeta de transporte e información turística, si volvemos a Bilbao y está disponible repetiremos.

• cirleide (1/5): Most rooms covered with mold - The location. The walls and ceilings of most of the rooms were covered in mold caused by the building's humidity. A small dehumidifier was installed but not efficient given the condition of the apartment. The rest of the building also seemed to be affected by this humidity problem. Our 9 year-old son needed to leave a bed room which smelled humidity so bad. The four of us started coughing the second day. Coughing stopped after leaving the apartment. Despite these issues we would have left more than 1/5 if the landlord had responded to our claim.

El trato de los propietarios de la casa es genial a pesar de estar domotizado el check in y la entrada se nota la atención,el espiritu de servicio y preocupacion por el detalle(tarjeta de transporte ,desayuno,información de la ciudad).Todo muy cuidado y limpio ,el apartamento nos pareció muy bonito y la ubicación al lado del Casco Viejo es inmejorable, si a eso le añadimos que disponen de parking.Nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa

В квартире были все необходимые бытовые мелочи - для кухни и для ванной и даже обогреватель в каждой комнате. Очень красивый подъезд. В целом красиво и уютно. Хозяева были на связи несмотря на наш поздний заезд.
• SUSANA (7/5): - From the thoughtful touches of providing snacks, umbrellas, tea, maps, shampoo, conditioner, ... The building is very old, and although the apartment has been renovated, it still smells strongly of old and musty odours. The bathroom is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant, with mould stains. The bathroom and kitchen renovations shouldn't have been neglected, as they were during the initial renovation.
• Mara (10/5): - Casa pulita, in posizione centralissima. Particolarmente apprezzata la cura per i dettagli e le attenzioni agli ospiti(acqua in frigo, prodotti per la prima colazione e snack, tessera dei trasporti). Avendo fatto molti viaggi possiamo dire che questa è stata di gran lunga la miglior casa, sotto tutti i punti di vista.

• Laura (10/5): Todo Genial!! No faltaba ni un detalle - LA verdad que me gustó prácticamente todo! El anfitrión fue super atento en todo momento, y fue muy fácil la entrada al piso como la comunicación con ellos. El piso estaba completamente equipado con todo lujo de detalles. No faltaba nada en la cocina (todo tipo de cosas para desayunar), ni en el baño (equipado con todo lo necesario en cuanto a higiene) Ubicación a escasos 5-10min andando del centro Piso espacioso y acogedor Lo único que diría malo es que al ser un primero y dar todas las ventanas como a zonas interiores tiene poca luz, pero tampoco es algo que influya demasiado para pasar unos días de estancia Y quizá que la calle que va desde el piso a la plaza nueva, se ve a gente un tanto peculiar. Nada en plan "peligroso", ni mucho menos, pero tampoco agradable si vas sola, al menos esa fue mi impresión.
• Ema Freitas (9/5): Great apartment/ amazing host - Even though it's an automatic check in (vikey lock) the host is very kind and responsive. He left some snacks for us, milk and juice and cookies. The kitchen is well stocked with tea, coffee pods, olive oil, very helpful even though there is a supermarket nearby. He knew we were travelling with kids and left some toys, a baby towel and blanket as well as a baby cot. We truly appreciated the gesture. The parking is a plus but it should be mentioned that its not in the same building and it is uphill. Also if you have a big car you will struggle in the car park. Its possible but tight!

• David (8/5): Living the life in Bilbao - Location, had parking available ( up the hill ) , lots of space , a kettle ! ( the English do like their tea !) ...and a toaster....lots of basics left ..tea, coffee, snacks etc. Clear instructions and communication s from the start. Some updates needed ( owners do have planned). Would have preferred a real key rather than a code to open the apartment door. Big cars may struggle in the car park .
• Katarzyna (9/5): Superb - Great location, very close to the Old Town. The apartment itself is spacey, comfortable and equipped really great, having all the suppliers in the kitchen and even breakfast left for us by owners. Definitely recommwnd it. The only thing that come to our mind is a bit of mold in the barhroom, though I am aware it is a common issue in the southern european apartments due to lack of heating. It was quite cold too.
• Darren (9/5): Great convenient location, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything. - Very clean. Location great. Owner very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was that the balcony overlooks a school. But this is only a very a minor problem.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - In Sweet Home Bilbao we had an overall positive experience. The owner was very helpful and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring everything was in order throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the included parking spot, which is a huge plus in Bilbao, where parking can be a challenge. the location was absolutely perfect. Close to old town and pravtically everything we wanted to visit and needed was within walking distance. Neighborhood was also good. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable amount of room. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay for families or group of four to six with parking, this apartment is a solid choice, despite a few quirks. It's clear that the property has some age, particularly noticeable in the kitchen and bathroom, which could use some updating. Another minor drawback is the placement of the bathroom between the bedrooms, as it makes it in older apartments easy to hear noises from neighbors at all hours, which can be a bit disruptive.

• Mario (10/5): Great apartment close to casco viejo. - The property was amazing. Originally we were afraid it was far from the main things to do in the city but the apartment is a few blocks aways from the Casco Viejo and close to lots of restaurants and facilities. In addition there is plenty of space with a large kitchen that provides a cozy stay for a group. The host was incredible providing assistance throughout our stay. It was a memorable experience. Nothing i did not like.
• Nigel (10/5): Perfect spot to explore a beautiful city - Great location, with easy access to everything in Bilbao. Clean, bright and tidy with lots of space should you spend any time at the apartment. We didn’t and spent each day and night exploring the city and traveling further afield thanks to the incredibly helpful Christina’s recommendations. No issues at all everything was as we expected
• Daryl (10/5): Excellent Bilbao rental!! - The hostess Raquel was very kind and provided me with a lot of information on potential restaurants and sightseeing, etc. The apartment was in a great location, with the Casco Viejo (Old Town) literally a 5 minute walk away maximum, mostly downhill, so it could not have been easier to get there. At the far edge of the Casco Viejo is the Nervion River and one of the big bridges over it going to the flat central section of the city - this means that you can walk to the central section of the city by crossing that bridge in just about another 4 minutes. Walking to the Guggenheim takes a little more than half an hour, but it's very easy to take the Metro from a station about 4 minutes from the apt (on the same street that you walk down to the Casco Viejo) - take it two stops and get off and then you're about 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim. The city and it's public transport system are really incredible plus it's all extraordinarily pedestrian friendly, with public plazas and outdoor staircases and pedestrians-only streets everywhere. And everything looks almost new, and is in great shape, nothing crumbling or cracking or deteriorating at all, it's amazing. And Raquel's apartment is right there super close to everything but also quiet which I discovered was really great because on Fri and Sat nights the Casco Viejo streets fill up with young people (think high school) who are talking and laughing and it all makes a lot of noise down there; but up at Sweet Home Bilbao you can't hear any of it, and your sleep will be terrific. Everything was top notch!

• Ingrid (10/5): Great place close to the old town - Very nice apartment, close to the old town. Coffee, thee, cookies,.. provided. It felt like a real home for a few days. Friendly, caring. All was fine, but you should know the street going up to the apartment is lively, with some bars. At night sometimes a little rough atmosphere. But at the square Plaza Unamino (close by) you will find great pubs! We had a good time.
