• Ednaldo Martins (9/5): - It is actually underestimated, they offer so much that compared to other hotels in Japan didn’t offer. They offer good amenities and the space in the room was actually good. They might need to update some part of the rooms because they look a bit old.
• Henna-Marie (8/5): - The staff was really friendly, you felt very welcome :) the hotel has a charming oldtimey and kinda homey vibe, very very spacious room and comfy bed. The breakfast was nice, the pastries changed frequently so you wouldn’t get bored. I would definitely stay again if I’m passing by Osaka! Room had a bit of stuffy smell, maybe it used to be a smoking room before. The second room I staid in had less old smoke smell, so depends a bit on the room.
• Ana_ (10/5): - Great location and a big room. The staff were very nice and let me keep my suitcase there when I had to switch accommodation for a day. They also change my room right away when the room assigned smelled like a smoking room instead of the non smoking that I booked. The serve a few bakeries for breakfast which isn't much but for the price is nice that they include something to begin with.

Disponibilità di prodotti bagno, accappatoi e ciabatte. Tè e caffè da poter fare in camera. Colazione inclusa buona! Anche la posizione buona e ben collegata. Decisamente consigliato!

• Nicholas (8/5): Good value, great location - Terrific location, walking distance towards Namba. Clean and remarkably large (for Japan) room; comfy too. Within range of loud sirens from emergency services on the high street. Paper-thin walls too; I could hear my neighbour’s tv and loud snoring.

More the enough storage space Breakfast (do not expect much) but good cafe and croissant. Nothing really missing. On my 5 weeks tour one of the places where I have nothing negative to comment.

• DMITRII (8/5): Totally recommended if you are not picky about the smells. - Convenient location. Helpful staff. A lot of coin washers and dryers. Very basic breakfast. My first room had a distinct smell of mold inside the room and bathroom, I had to ask for a room change. Please resolve the mold problem, this hotel could perfect with that issue resolved. I really would like to stay there again but I’m afraid to get the moldy room.

• Bautista S. (8/5): - We loved how friendly the staff are. The room is clean, the location was very good. We stayed for two nights which is enough for the room we booked. Breakfast is quite good. The room looks a little old. There was a little kitchen but no utensils.

• AMANDA (10/5): Excellence and Warm Hospitality in Osaka - The hotel was very well located, close to Namba Station, convenience stores, and the Namba Yasaka Shrine, all within walking distance. It was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Japan. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom, both of excellent quality. The staff were extremely attentive and polite; I have never been so well treated in a hotel, with such kindness and hospitality. I even received a skincare gift upon arrival. The amenities are of outstanding quality. I was very impressed by the level of excellence in Japan. You made my stay in Osaka truly incredible. Thank you very much! O hotel era muito bem localizado, perto da estação de Namba, de lojas de conveniência e do Namba Yasaka Shrine, sendo possível ir a pé até esses pontos. Foi um dos melhores hotéis em que fiquei no Japão. O café da manhã estava excelente, tudo muito saboroso. O quarto era superlimpo e o banheiro, impecável. Gostei muito do shampoo e do condicionador disponíveis no banheiro, ambos de excelente qualidade. Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e educados; nunca fui tão bem tratada em um hotel, com tanta cordialidade. Ainda ganhei um presente de skincare na chegada. As amenities são de qualidade excepcional. Fiquei muito impressionada com a excelência no Japão. Vocês fizeram minha estadia em Osaka incrível. Muito obrigada! No comments. Everything was perfect.
