Iris is an excellent host - clear instructions were provided promptly after we made our booking, as well as printed and available inside the property. The house itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for entertaining. There is a great cafe just down the road where we enjoyed breakfast. Just a note for any groups needing to use the sofa bed - it is not a traditional "fold-out" but rather a large lounge that is long enough for an adult to lie flat. • Melissa (9/5): Great location and close to shops and cafes. - Lovely, comfortable and very clean house. Very big house and plenty of room, great size bedrooms and very quiet area. Loved the pool, and very comfortable beds. Very modern bathrooms and 3 bathrooms fantastic especially when 6 adults staying in house. You need to provide your own pool towels which wasn’t really an issue. My only suggestion would be more outdoor chairs as there is only enough chairs for 4 people.

• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - the house is beautiful and very clean, in a quiet location, close to coffee shops and restaurants. The kitchen has all the accessories and utensils. the coffee machine needs some descaling

• Pece (9/5): Great place for a relaxing stay. - The pool, size of the house and amenities were great. It was perfect for going to a wedding at Daltone House. Just something to note is to clean the inside of the coffee machine bean storage area. The air-conditioning in the downstairs was amazing but the split system upstairs might need a service as it struggled in the heat.
• Felix (8/5): Relaxing family getaway, feels upscale, needs some maintenance. - I loved that the house was clean and spacious for a large group. Fantastic showers and bathrooms. The pool was very clean and an enjoyable feature for the entire family. Lots of light coming in from the windows and A/C worked very well. The balcony on the second floor was really nice. Lots of storage space for a long stay, big pantry. The hosts were really nice and lived close by. There is no sofa bed as listed, it was just a couch. There were broken tiles in the kitchen, no washcloths for showers, very little towels, and no change of linens. Half of the elements in the gas stove didn't work, there was a lack of pots and pans (no matching lids, no cookie sheets or any pans for cooking in the oven).

Instructions for coffee machine were there, but no coffee pods. If they are so concerned about marks on white towels, maybe they should have colored towels. More pillows would help. Upstairs seemed to get very hot. Mats at front door would be sensible.

Access was easy and faculties were more than adequate. Property like this probably needs a Nespresso machine or at least a Coffee Plunger. Nothing else was missing. Pool looks great.
