• Meryl (5/5): Appartement agréable et bien situé, avec quelques détails à revoir - La localisation est idéale et l’appartement est spacieux, agréable et très joli. Les espaces sont propres et bien entretenus. L’hôte est très sympathique, réactive sur WhatsApp et disponible, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Les produits d’hygiène sont fournis et disponibles, même si les quantités restent limitées. La literie ainsi que le linge de maison (serviettes et draps) semblaient très propres. L’entrée autonome est bien expliquée et facile à comprendre. Petit point d’amélioration : les informations d’accès et le lien de check-in sont envoyés seulement le matin même via WhatsApp, ce qui peut être un peu compliqué en cas de changement de pays ou d’absence de réseau mobile. Un vrai plus : l’hôte a permis un check-in environ 3 heures avant l’horaire initialement prévu, ce qui a été très confortable et grandement apprécié. Quelques éléments ont néanmoins impacté le confort du séjour. Le siphon de la douche était partiellement bouché, ce qui faisait que l’eau s’écoulait très mal. Nous l’avons signalé à l’hôte, qui a été très réactive et a rapidement fait intervenir quelqu’un dès le lendemain matin, ce qui a été apprécié. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas amélioré la situation. La literie pourrait également être améliorée : le matelas n’était pas très confortable et la structure du lit bougeait et faisait beaucoup de bruit au moindre mouvement. La couette est entourée de draps simples plutôt qu’insérée dans une véritable housse, ce qui fait qu’elle se défait facilement. Les rideaux de la chambre ne sont ni suffisamment occultants ni assez longs, laissant entrer la lumière dès le matin. Côté équipements, la cafetière fonctionnait difficilement, avec un très faible débit de café et une fuite. Nous aurions également apprécié la mise à disposition d’un torchon dans la cuisine. Enfin, les échanges via Booking sont restés sans réponse, ce qui rend difficile tout contact avant la réception du message WhatsApp contenant les informations de check-in. Pris séparément, ce sont surtout de petits détails. Cependant, accumulés, ils influencent le niveau de confort attendu pour un logement à près de 200 € la nuit. La localisation reste un véritable point fort et a rendu le séjour très agréable, mais à ce tarif, un meilleur niveau de confort et davantage d’attention aux détails nous sembleraient justifiés.

• Joanna (8/5): Great value stay in the centre of Rome - Valeria was a great host and very responsive to our questions whenever we had any. We struggled to find the property initially as we were early, but once the check in instructions were received it became a bit clearer and we were very appreciative of being allowed to check in early after a long morning of travel. The apartment was clean and tidy, with working air conditioning should you need. Some reviews talk about the noisy street, but the windows closed seemed to sufficiently soundproof most noise - with earplugs (mostly to mask my partner’s snoring!) I didn’t hear anything. It’s also within easy reach of lots of places, with all the bars and restaurants of Trastevere just across the bridge, a small mini market on the same road, and within 15-20 minute walk from some of the major attractions in the centre, so was ideal for our three nights of sightseeing. There’s lots of storage and a decently equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils etc.) from what we could tell, so ideal for longer stays too. There were no toiletries in the bathroom on arrival, but after highlighting this to our host, some shampoo and shower gel was dropped off. The water pressure is a little low, with the toilet struggling to flush after too much use, but likely to be expected in the older buildings of Rome. 10am was on the earlier side for check out, but we appreciate hosts have to turn the place around for the next set of guests. Given we were fortunate to get in early on arrival, we didn’t want to push our luck by requesting a late check out.

Con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiungono comunque anche punti più lontani come piazza Venezia o la Fontana di Trevi. L’appartamento è curato, ampio, luminoso, silenzioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Il check in è stato molto semplice e le istruzioni per accedere chiarissime, come ogni altra comunicazione con la proprietaria. Ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check out per consentirci di muoverci per la città in piena libertà, fantastico!

Appartamento di buone dimensioni, noi in 3 eravamo super comodi. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina, ma al nostro arrivo avevamo l'acqua in frigo per tutti e tre, caffè e thè. Appartamento super silenzioso in una via poco trafficata. Il lavandino della cucina esalava un pò di odore dello scarico, ma bastava aprire la finestra qualche minuto e non si sentiva più

• picselling (10/5): Excelente elección, repetiremos - La estancia fue excelente y repetiré si vuelvo a Roma, pero voy a destacar el excelente trabajo recibido por Valeria, siempre atenta a todo. Nos facilitaron el contacto para el transporte del aeropuerto a un precio muy bueno. Gracias por la estancia Todo fue de nuestro gusto. El apartamento limpio y fácil de entrar y salir. Quizás aumentaria un poco la hora de salida. En nuestro caso no nos hizo falta porque teníamos el vuelo de vuelta temprano, pero salir a las 10.00 lo veo muy pronto, para mejorar propondría salida a las 11.00.

Leider muss ich meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft als äußerst schlecht bewerten.Der Gesamtzustand war enttäuschend:abgewohnt,ungepflegt,mit Löcher für Schlüssel an der Tür.Besonders erschreckend war das Badezimmer.Sehe Fotos.Verschimmelt und verrostet.Es fehlte an Seife und Shampoo.Die Heizung hat erst ab 4 Tag funktioniert.Dabei war das Apartment als Deluxe gebucht! Die Fotos entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen.In Anbetracht dieser Erfahrungen kann ich diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen . Möchte noch betonen das ich sehr viel Reise und habe immer sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Booking.com gemacht und auch bewertet habe.

• Lora (10/5): Great place with an amazing location. - The apartment is such a gem! Upon our arrival we were sent a message with instructions on how to enter the building and get the keys. The host we communicated with - Valeria - was very kind and helpful with anything we had asked. She responded quickly every time. The Apartment itself is very spacious, very tidy and clean. The location is amazing - you walk to the Vatican in 20min; Trevi fountain, Colosseum are also so close, within 10-20 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes close to the apartment, and also a market where you can find almost anything.

L'appartamento si trova in una stradina del centro, all'interno di complesso con portineria ed è composto da una anticamera, una stanza con cucina, climatizzatore e un divano letto 2 posti; prosegue con il bagno con doccia molto comoda e una camera da letto con matrimoniale a baldacchino e un divano letto da una piazza e mezzo, anche qui c'è il climatizzatore. Ci sono anche due balconcini che affacciano sulla strada. In conclusione è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

• Jörgen (8/5): Perfekt läge. - Väldigt nära till alla sevärdheter och restauranger. Trastevere låg alldeles i närheten på andra sidan bron. Där låg också närmaste taxistation. Promenadavstånd till Vatikanstaten, Colosseum och Panteon. Närmaste livsmedelsbutik låg 10m från vår port. Appen för att låsa upp var lite svåranvänd. Ibland hade man inte mottagning i trapphuset och då gick det ej att låsa upp dörren. Det var inget stort problem, men det kunde varit bättre lösning. Kaffemaskinen hade ovanliga kapslar. Det fanns några där, men när dom var slut så hittade vi inga nya på de livsmedelsbutiker vi besökte.

Very outdated-mattress uncomfortable and old-no toaster-hot water kettle not working- bathroom tap worn out- mould around shower-apartment in urgent need of updating. Door to apartment it’s not maintained the lock plate is missing. The actual apartment doors also need updating. They are old, worn out and not sturdy. A safe would have been good had to carry passports and money with us everywhere we went as did not feel safe leaving them in the apartment. Could smell sewage because the plug in shower did not fit. So the smell from the pipes were all in the bathroom. That needs fixing urgently as it smells awful the more you use the shower. 37degree heat you need more than one shower.

Host was lovely and very accommodating. We had some issues getting into the building (our fault not hers) and she was contactable and solved our issue very quickly. Would happily stay here again. :)

The check in and communication with the staff was very easy. There weren't hand and dish soap which was easily managable.
• John (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location and very communicative hosts. A spacious apartment very near the Tiber and an easy walk to Trastevere. Good AC and reasonably well equipped. The airport pick up and transfer was superb given we were an hour late. There were no wine glasses which is a surprise for Roman accommodation. Acres was a bit tricky initially but once in; it all worked well. Can get a bit noisy at night.
• Padilla (7/5): Good - great location, spacious, good wifi it was a little dusty in there, no paper towels, no hot water the last 2 days, and a few people from the company entered the premise unexpectedly while i was home to fix the bidet and opened the door to deliver champagne (they went to the wrong unit). it was a misunderstanding, but it was definitely a disturbance while i was there
• Hamid (4/5): Location is good, air conditioning TERRIBLE. - The location was good, as it was in a very lively neighborhood filled with shops, places to eat, and isn't too far from the pantheon. Apartment itself is also pretty nice and spacious and was able to accommodate the 5 of us well. Air conditioning was TERRIBLE. There were 2 air conditioners- one in the bedroom, one in the living room. Both were very weak and when we brought it up to the hosts, they told us to set it to 20 degrees instead of lower because apparently they "run out of gas" and "will overwork themselves and the system will block itself." With the high temperatures in Rome, this really is not acceptable. We had to beg for fans and we were only given one for 5 people, which again is not acceptable. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged making it very annoying to shower, even for 5 minutes.
• Mai (3/5): We’re disappointed, will not come back. - Great location. The communication with the staff is easy on whatsapp. The AC barely works. The apartment is so hot we couldn’t sleep at night. The place is not suitable for a summer stay.

• Karolina (10/5): Overall nice stay - Very spacious and practical apartment in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. The shutters and new windows made the rooms almost sound proof - although I recommend enjoying the night life with the window open! Water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate. Bathroom was awfully hot, I’m not sure if it’s because of the air conditioning or something was faulty. No tea in the kitchen - small inconvenience but would be a nice touch.

Supermarket just across the street was very reasonable and well stocked for everything we needed. Bright, spacious enough for us both and well laid out apartment with very comfortable beds and felt very secure with entrance lobby and handy lift for cases. Thank you for well organised meet and greet and key collection. Great find ….would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you Some dust gathering on cooker hood was a little off putting but did not use this anyway. Otherwise, and where it mattered most, the apartment was very clean. Could have benefitted from a tea towel for drying dishes. Some noise from the road at night (revellers coming back from Trastevere) but windows were good at providing some soundproof.

This could be an issue in summer if you want to sleep with the windows open. The main bed frame creaks a lot - it makes a noise even if you roll over in bed.

She generously rescheduled our taxi from the airport and allowed us to check-in early, which I was very grateful for as I was traveling with young children. There is a cafe downstairs, a supermarket on the street and a pharmacy nearby. Amazing stay...trust the reviews this place was great!!!! Grazie Mille Carla! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Very poor wifi coverage, there was no internet in the bedroom, only in the living room, a toaster is not provided in the apartment, and there is no plug for the microwave to be plugged in where it is placed.
