• Ambrus (1/5): A huge disappointment regarding both the accommodation provider and Booking.com - A huge disappointment regarding both the accommodation provider and Booking.com. I booked the accommodation and the money was charged. When I finally managed to find the place (because the address listed on the site is incorrect), it turned out that the owner had rented it out to someone else on another platform. I couldn’t reach the owner by phone, only after three hours of searching, when he informed me that this was the platform’s fault, as my reservation does not appear in his booking calendar. We were left standing outside in –1°C weather, just before Christmas, when all accommodations were fully booked, completely helpless. Later, I contacted Booking.com to request a refund, but I was told that the accommodation provider had informed them that everything was fine with the reservation, so I would not receive my money back. Since then, no one has responded to my messages.
• Jürgen (7/5): - Die Lage ist Top, direkt gegenüber des Hbf. Auch ideal für Eisenbahnfreaks, man kann von der Couch aus die Züge gut beobachten. Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie Öffis. Die Wohnung ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Eine Spülmaschine und ein Toaster wären noch eine gute Ergänzung.
• ElisabethS (7/5): - Ganz in der Nähe des Wiener Hauptbahnhofes, super Ansprechpartner und Service. Nicht geheizt, es war ziemlich kalt.
• JACKIE KA YEE (9/5): Exceptionally Kind and Helpful Host - The host was extremely friendly and always replied very quickly. When our train arrived two hours earlier than expected, he kindly arranged for the cleaning staff to prepare the apartment earlier so we could check in — something that never happened during our entire trip in Europe. I also accidentally left behind my sneakers and a few small items, and the host thoughtfully kept them for me and even offered to let me come back to pick them up. Although I had already moved on to another country, I truly appreciated his kindness and helpful attitude. The apartment is in a very convenient location — only a few minutes’ walk to the train, tram, bus, and metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. It’s also very spacious, with three bedrooms, offering plenty of room and comfort even though we didn’t need all of them. The only small downside is that the elevator is quite narrow, so when carrying luggage, only one person and one suitcase can go up at a time. However, this is something beyond the host’s control.
• Priscilla (7/5): the appartment is ok but not what is reflected in the picture and the name given - The property is close to the central station the picture and the name give creates and expectation that the appt is in the high rise building. that is not true. Also the address given is not correct and leads to unnessary searching

• Todd (10/5): Exceptional - Location and helpful owner The house number is 42, google messes this up. I am 194 cm and hit my head a few times on doorways, otherwise, it was a nice place.
