• ravena (10/5): Perfeito. - Muito limpo e organizado. Além disso, o quarto disponibiliza cafeteira, frigobar e alguns lanches como torradinhas e nutella. A moça que faz a limpeza é muito educada e solícita, assim como o porteiro do prédio. É um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma, mas é possível acessar de metrô ou ônibus.
• Oleg (10/5): Loved it - Good location, close to the metro station, 200 m from a small market and 700 m from a hypermarket. Is a quiet neighborhood, the amenities are lovely and the staff was very kind and professional. Easy check-in procedure, and also keyless entry was very welcome.

• Shirley (6/5): This was not good for a solo traveler with technical difficulties. But the room was good, comfortable and clean. The sta - Good location. All I needed was a place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. It was a hassle getting in. My cell service was not good. I really struggled with the entries. Even with cell service, I had difficulty. The man in the lobby didn’t speak a word of English.

La apertura de puertas me pareció muy fácil, solo que es necesario saberlo desde el vamos, porque requiere tener una conexión personal a Internet para poder entrar y salir. Destaco también la amabilidad y buena predisposición de Daria para ayudarme con el check in, y la buena atención del encargado del edificio. Muchas gracias!! Todo estuvo bien.

• Alessandro (8/5): Ottima posizione, stanza grande e comoda - Posizione eccellente, camera e bagno spaziosi. Arredamento basic ma sufficiente. Aria condizionata funzionante. Ci hanno accolti anche precedentemente all'orario di check-in concordato Ci è voluto un attimo per abituarsi al check-in e alle chiavi completamente digitalizzate. Una volta capito sono anche comode, a parte per il fatto che richiedono l'uso del telefono per entrare in casa. Quindi, bisogna assicurarsi che alla fine di una giornata di visita a roma il cellulare sia ancora carico.

There should be further furniture, such as a desk or a table to hold over your luggage or suitcases and closets to hang your stuff on. The toilet seat should be fixed, it is a bit wobbly and unstable.

• Zambia (7/5): - Nothing. The check-in, at least for me, was extremely challenging. No human being to help you navigate Rome as this was my first visit to Rome. I have never been so depressed in my life, like my first week in Rome. Even though messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, not all of us use this preferred way of communication. This is fine for the Gen Z and younger generation but not for a senior person. I made a very bad choice. Staying at Relais Borsieri was very traumatising. Once I got used to being there, I eventually settled to save my sanity. The room was exceptionally small.

• Maryna (10/5): Good quality and staff - Good location near the metro, fresh renovation in the room, there are spare towels, etc. At first we had problems finding the right door, but the manager was in touch and helped with everything, even though it was about 10 pm. After checkout, we were allowed to leave our luggage until the flight. Very nice manager and pleasant experience of staying at this hotel

• Chaoul (9/5): I’ll come back again! - The room is spacious and well lit, it is regularly cleaned, towels changed, it is in a calm and safe neighborhood, in a building with an elevator. The shared kitchen has a fridge and basic amenities. The automated code makes it very easy to access the house and room privately. Very well connected by bus and 20min away from the Vatican. I would only suggest providing the option of firmer pillows.
• Simpson (10/5): Amazing stay. Great location and property - We had an amazing stay at IV Domus. It is in a great location, around a 10ish minute walk to Metro station (meaning the rest of rome is easily accessible) and shops/restaurants. Same distance from Vatican City. The area the accommodation was in was quiet and not a lot of noise but as mentioned not far from busier areas. This area is much cheaper than across the river around Piazza Navona/Trevi, etc. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was a coffee machine, bottled water, slices of pie, and a stocked bathroom. Check-in was straightforward, and staff were quick and efficient in answering any questions. The automated opening of doors is great and means you don't have to worry about losing your key. The building was beautiful inside. Would definitely recommend staying here in Rome
• Lloyd (8/5): Great value stay in lovely part of Rome - The apartment was great and we will hopefully use it again next time we are in Rome. If you are an international guest you need to have your data switched on to open the external door to the building with your phone.
