• Derek (9/5): Great location, and standard of accommodation for a stay in the middle of Ottawa. - Great location in the middle of everything. Small amount of noise occasionally from upstairs but not really a problem.
• Quraishi (6/5): Overall it was decent stay. It could be awesome if kitchen was cleaned and host was careful enough while cooking food. - Location was great, close to all amenities. Host was responsive to any questions. Room was a good size and cleaned, with a beautiful scenic view of a golf course at the backyard. Room is provided with a small refrigerator that was really a good facility for us. Kitchen was not that clean. I never cook anything there but warmed up food. The microwave was not clean inside and some grease on the top roof of the microwave. I found leaky garbage. Fridge was also not properly cleaned , it was dirty from water outlets. Someone was cooking stuff that smells so bad all day long. I can’t stand with it.

Thank you so much for relaxing days and nights!

• Van (1/5): Unprofessional service. - Nothing. Poor service, unprofessional behavior. We book and paid full amount of the accommodation online. However, when we arrived, the owner confused us with other booking's name and refused us to enter the property. She could not communicate in English and was not patient to listen to us. We didn't have any option rather than look for another place at very high cost due to the last minute booking. Very poor service and behavior.

• Adeoye (9/5): Excellent beautiful home - Honestly, The facility made me feel at home, and it's like home away from home The facility owner made sure, the comfort of the residents are top notch, while I was there she brought new dinning sets, and it afford me the opportunity to meet with her, and the impression is very awesome, very accommodating, very kind, and very welcoming. I will definitely recommend for any would be guests. It worth the value of the facility. The neighborhood is Serene, quiet and homely. None, honestly no complaints

Only one (just one) towel for a master bedroom (no face towel) 2. Bathroom is clogged, doesn't drain. I brushed my teeth in the bathtub 3. No water, need to go downstair to get some water from the fridge 4. No body wash, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion 5. Very noisy all the time from different rooms from different people 6. The pillows are hard and tall. I chose not to sleep with any pillow 7. Dark bathroom. Very dim light in the middle, no light at all in the shower stand 8. Shower stand doesn't look very clean (look very old). Most things looks old except for the huge TV
