• Karin (9/5): All in all good value for money, nice flat, very quiet despite being near big roads and transport. - Great location, very clean, has everything you need The window blinds don’t darken the rooms at all - no problem in the kitchen or living room, but in the bedroom I would have liked to have less see- through ones. In the bathroom the shower head isn’t compatible with the fitting on the rail, so one can’t hang it up which means one has to hold it in one hand to rinse the soap off.
• Elke (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Vermieterin hat vor Ankunft bestätigt, dass das Schlafsofa repariert wurde seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Das entsprach nicht der Wahrheit, da das Sofa, genau wie beim letzten Mal wieder nicht als Schlafmöglichkeit bequem benutzbar war, es ist teilweise zusammengebrochen. Und dem Kunden für sein eigenes Unvermögen bzw. Fehlverhalten noch die Schuld geben wollen mit der Behauptung, andere Gäste hätten nie Probleme mit dem Schlafsofa, ist eine Unverschämtheit. - Der Schlüsselsafe lag wieder auf dem Boden im Dreck, wenigstens diesmal nicht im Regen - Nahrungsmittel vom Vormieter oder der Vermieterin waren im Gefrierfach - Wohnung nur oberflächlich geputzt - Deutlich erkennbar benutzter Spülschwamm lag an der Spüle bereit

• ewald (7/5): - Obwohl die Wohnung in einem Haus an einer Hauptkreuzung ist, liegt sie nach hinten hinaus und sehr ruhig. Gutes Bett. Kostenloses Parken direkt gegenüber unter der Hochstraße. Tankstelle auf der anderen Kreuzungsseite. Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Die Wohnungstüre schließt schwer und kurz nach halb acht läuten Unbekannte an, die zu einem Arzt im Haus wollen.
• sebi68 (7/5): No recomendado para mas de dos personas - El apartamento está bastante completo aunque se echa en falta un micoondas. La habitación cómoda con una cama grande y buena calefacción por toda la casa. Esta un poco apartado del centro pero pasa el bus cada 10 minutos y en unos 10 minutos estas en centro. Es una zona tranquila y hay un super a unos 600m, algo caro la verdad, si puedes comprar en un aldi o lidl ahorraras bastante. Aunque hay de todo, excepto un microondas, hay poca cantidad. Por ejemplo, solo hay cuatro cucharas de postre/café, al igual que tazas de desayuno y cubiertos, tienes que estar limpiandolos constantemente. Aunque pone para 3 personas, pienso que solo dos personas estan comodas pues "el sofá cama" que es un cheslong, es bastante incómodo. El TV es de 32" y estará por lo menos a 5 metros del susodicho cheslong, así que se ve como si estuvieses en la parte más alta de un estadio d fútbol viendo un partido. Solo hay 3 sillas en todo el apartamento, dos en la cocina y otra en el salón y la mesa de la cocina es ridículamente pequeña y frágil, tres personas comen apretujadas. Lo dicho, en general no está mal pero solo si sois 2 personas. Por cierto, la cama es cómoda y grande pero las almohadas son horribles.
