• Gloria (10/5): Apartamento céntrico, limpio y con piscina - El apartamento está a 15 minutos en cercanías del aeropuerto. Lucas nos dio todas las indicaciones para poder acceder al apartamento. Estaba muy limpio y con un amplio menaje de cocina. La piscina es fantástica. El apartamento tiene dos estancias para dormir. El propietario nos dio flexibilidad en el horario y se ajustó a nuestros vuelos.

• Natalia (10/5): Torremolinos a la mano - Tuve una experiencia excelente en este apartamento en Torremolinos y sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquiera que esté pensando en alojarse en la zona. Desde el primer momento, el trato del anfitrión fue inmejorable. Siempre estuvo atento, disponible y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda antes y durante la estancia. La comunicación fue rápida, clara y muy cercana, lo que hizo que todo resultara mucho más fácil y cómodo. Además, tuvo varios detalles que se agradecen mucho y que marcan la diferencia, haciendo que te sientas bien recibido desde el primer día. En cuanto a la limpieza, el apartamento estaba impecable. Todo estaba perfectamente ordenado, limpio y cuidado al detalle. Se nota que hay un gran esfuerzo detrás para mantener el alojamiento en condiciones óptimas, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad y permite disfrutar de la estancia sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es otro de sus grandes puntos fuertes. Está en una zona muy bien situada, en pleno centro, cerca de restaurantes, zona de ocio, supermercados y con buenas conexiones de transporte. Es ideal para explorar la zona sin necesidad de coche En definitiva, nos encantó y, sin duda, lo recomiendo 100% Nada que añadir
• Cano (1/5): Dirty, bad location and same price as a hotel - It was a gated community and the security guards were very nice and helpful. They were the only reason I found the apartment as the video instructions I received were not very helpful. The apartment was falsely advertised, very dirty and located above several bars that didn't close until 2-6 am. The bedroom was a loft that was about 4 feet tall and that was not in the description. There were bugs including cockroaches. There was food from the previous tenant. The shower was extremely dirty. More than one months missed cleaning. The owner said he had a new service, etc but this was obviously not cleaned in many months. There was no hot water when I arrived. The water was turned off for maintenance for 7 hours one day which also affected the hot water afterwards. The bed and the pullout sofa were atrocious. There was laundry left in the machine and hanging outside and then the owner told me that I had made a mistake by leaning laundry in the machine when I left even though I washed everything and only left the sheets in the machine when I left at 2am. The furniture was all damaged, the steps have tape to cover damage and I didn't feel comfortable bringing food into the apartment because of the bugs. As said about 1500 feet from the beach but it didn't say in the middle of the city and necessary to walk about 200 steps down to the beach or take a money lift to the beach. Accurate advertising means a lot. Especially for the bars below the apartment that don't close until 6am and sound like they are literally next door. No sleep from the noise and the terrible beds.

El trato del dueño (Lucas) ha sido excepcional, muy amable, dando facilidades para cualquier problema/necesidad que tengas, facilitando cualquier información para saber dónde se encuentra el apartamento, etc.. El apartamento en cuestión, muy cómodo y con todas las necesidades.

• victoriano (1/5): Propietario abusador y sitio incómodo para dormir - La ubicación El propietario, que es un liante y abusador y mentiroso, aparte de parecer un encantador de serpientes, con largos mensajes absurdos en los que no te ayuda en nada. El sofá cama incómodisimo y la cama mucho peor. Hay que ir arrastrándose por el suelo para llegar a la cama y si pones el aire, para que llegue fresco a la cama, en el salón parece invierno. La cama está en un falso techo hecho para optimizar el estudio pequeño que es. Me cobró 150€ de fianza de la que me restó 25€ por la limpieza por tener perros y encima me dijo que tuve dos, cuando realmente lo que tuve fue visita de amigos con perros. Es indecente y por el precio que cobra hay mucha oferta en la misma zona. Parece muy buen educado en las formas, pero te engaña y abusa con toda la poca vergüenza

• Pam (8/5): Great apartment, price , location and weather. Lucas and exceptional host. - We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 3 adults and 1 child. The price was fab for the apartment and the area and close proximity to centre, beach, bars and restaurants etc. Lucas went above and beyond for us. Kept in constant contact a lovely, lovely, helpful young man. The room was spacious the huge fridge is a bonus. Nice balcony. Nice pools although the turnstile/fob combo is a nightmare to get in and out the pools, that needs to be sorted. Pool bar is nice , good nice . The fob/turnstile thing into the pools, it constantly didn't work for nearly every customer. Sort that out for sure. The pool at the bar needs a wee bit tlc the other pool is cooler and much nicer. Lifeguard at that pool a bit picky with little kids not allowed rubber rings and have to have their hair tied back. The room we were in was right above the Gay nightlife which has awesome music and lots of lovely friendly people. It is noisy till late into.the early hours but it didn't bother us personally, we still slept well. Some pillows for the pull down couch would be helpful thought rather than couch cushions. The mezzanine was fine for us but anyone really tall then it wundt be.

The apartment was just what I was looking for and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town, a bit of noise at night from the bars but it didn't matter. Nothing, everything was good.

Apartment was clean, well equipped and met expectations. We chose to use the sofa bed rather than the mezzanine, it was comfy and fine for 2 N/A
• Rogier (1/5): Terrible stay due an unreliable proprietor - DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! - NVT - Multiple cockroaches, multiple days - Apartment located just above clubs (mainly gay bars), so a lot of noise pollution during the nights (especially the weekend) until like 4;00 in the morning - Really bad communication, already a couple of days before departure - Accusation and retention of deposit from the proprietor for damaged shutter which was already broken (this is confirmed by the 2 handymen whom came to repair). 1 month ago, same issue happened and it should be repaired and 'in perfect condition'. Only the belt of the shutter had been changed, while the roller shutter gear was broken. Now we had to pay for this, despite we didn't break it... - Owner does not keep his word about paying back the deposit, have had issues with getting back the (not-fully) deposit of €150,- - Swimming pool closed (renovation or something?), this was not communicated Very disappointed stay which had a huge negative influence on our holiday.
• Ramon (8/5): Very central and well located! - Lucas is a very nice and friendly host who will receive you to hand over the keys and explain all the details of the apartment. The apartment is very well and centric located. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the access to the beach is also very close. Facilities for cooking and doing laundry are available, and the balcony is a plus for a sunny breakfast or just a nice drink in the evening when back from the beach or parties. There is a mezzanine with the bed, it is very low and the open stairs can be quite dangerous if you are a bit tipsy. Nevertheless, there is always the option to use the bedsofa on the ground floor, which is perfect and very comfortable for two.

• Anna (6/5): Family of 4 - Lucas was helpful. He even organised someone to show us to the apartment despite it being very late, which was a very important thing to start the stay. The apartment was clean , with a well equipped kitchenette. Water cooled in the fridge and coffee pods by the coffee maker. Fresh towels and basic bathroom essentials. The apartment has a very efficient air conditioning unit, flat screen smart tv, and even amazon's Alexa. It's spacious enough for 2 adults with 2 children. A balcony with comfy seats and a coffee table added to the holiday atmosphere. Convenient store just across the street. Proximity of gay clubs enabled us to fully enjoy this year's pride month - especially in the early hours, when the bass drilled through the walls, shattering our ear drums. Access to the apartment - some could find dodgy - in order to get to gates, one must pass through beer gardens. Nothing

• Paul (8/5): Good value stay right in the heart of la Nogalera. - Great Location. Great communication from my host. Loved the balcony - watching local life pass by. Apartment and complex starting to look a tiny bit tired - probably due a a refresh quite soon, just a minor thing really.
• Javier (2/5): Everything was fine until the last day the owner didnt refound the guarantee. - The location and the terrace, but not great views. The owner request a deposit not related to booking, no money back guarantee. He argued that the apartment was dirty and the cleaning service was waiting outside the apartment (nobody was there). Really bad experience.

• John (10/5): Great place, great host and amazing location. - Great accommodation located in the heart of downtown, next to the train station, stores, restaurants and party venues. The apartment is a perfect place to relax, and have all the comfort you need to have a great stay. The host is very friendly and responsive. Definitely, I will go back to this place.

A kettle would be good and instructions on how to work out all the equipment. Two sets of keys are vital for friends sharing.

Bed area is indeed only 70 cm height, which was not clearly explained while booking the place. We recieved a rejection on a second pair of keys when requested for it. Bathroom need renovation, shower is simply painful.
