Very clean with the added bonus of an extra WC, heated blankets, and a wood burner. The gardens were beautiful too. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The owners have thought of everything and we couldnât think of anything that was missing. The garden was beautiful and we spent a very enjoyable afternoon making the most of it. It was a pleasure to stay here. Nothing
- Elaine (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Joe (8/5): Lovely weekend stay in a tree-change town. - Centrally located character home set in beautiful gardens It was a little cold at night due to time of year so a few extra blankets would be great but maybe they were there and didnât see them! Was fine though there is a fireplace!
- Anthony (10/5): - Karen was easy to communicate with. And the house was absolutely beautiful. We loved it. Loved that it was a fully functional kitchen, the bathroom and bath was great, having a laundry and a clothes line was even better. The gardens were beautiful. Best B&B we have stayed in. Leaving.

The bird life. The porch was great to sit on every morning and evening. The fire place was fantastic too. Very spacious yards, the green well kept lawns, the large trees around.

- Sarah (7/5): - Very cosy, loved the fire, had all the essentials, close to everything, loved the shark vac and wash, Fans were very dusty, under mat was very dirty(we cleaned under it, milk was out of date, coffee and some things in cupboard was out of date and looked terrible ( BBQ sauce), front room bed was curved in the middle. (my bed was comfy) could do with some plastic cups and plates for kids,
- Vanessa (9/5): Exceptional. -
- Jessica (10/5): -

- Ewa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jui (9/5): Superb - Very nice small house , we enjoy our stay here as like our home Toilet n bathroom no locks, you will hard to know if any pp in the toilet or not
- Lorne (10/5): Perfect jewel in a quite laid back rural town. - Literally great stay in a beautiful and cool location (compared to the blazing heat in Perth). You can really tell the amount and thought, care and love that has gone in to this property. The garden is gorgeous. We really couldn't fault anything at all.
Great WiFi, a short walk to the town center (one road town). These are minor points, overall this property is amazing!
The area looks a bit run down (the other houses in the lane) but that was only the initial thought. It is a very small town and so you still feel safe and everyone is friendly but the other houses could do with a bit of a spruce up to match this jewel of a property.
There is no AC but I can imagine the climate here is temperate most of the time.
There are very few places for groceries and you should check the supermarket times as they are not always open every day or late hours.
- Ausaradia (9/5): Cosy historic cottage with everything you need. - Great location, within walking distance to everything you need in town including Jaspers, the town's best restaurant. Well set up kitchen, rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. It was pleasant to have breakfast outside overlooking the well maintained garden. Everything was lovely.
- Sue (10/5): Very pleasant - Well equipped- dishwasher, water filter, washing machine, coffee machine, Bbq etc- great location. Only thing that would needs some attention in the future is the lounge suite that could do with some new foam or webbing as it sinks a lot - but wasnât a big problem to us and everything else was perfect
- Sajith (8/5): Very good - It would be better if they had a air conditioner for summer
- Mark (10/5): Would happily stay again if we come back to Pemberton, thanks for having us - Lovely open space with a great backyard that our 18 month old son loved. In a great spot, walking distance from everywhere in town. Spacious inside with nice sized bedrooms and bathroom
- Carol (9/5): Superb -
- Eldon (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and tidy Smelt like the house had been closed up for a long time
- Melissa (9/5): Superb - Loved the cleanliness and space. Loved the location, the garden, the BBQ facilities. Loved how even though it is a heritage house, you still have the comforts of a new kitchen and bathroom. Also Loved the coffee machine and chocolate and wine. Kids missed the wifi. But I think it is good for them to have a break from it!
- Bruce (10/5): Excellent. Best place we have ever stayed in. - Fireplace going on arrival on a cloudy cool day was very touching. Excellent property. weel cared for and you could tell at a glance that the owners/managers take pride in the cottage.

- Tony (9/5): Superb -
- Cameron (10/5): We loved our stay at Millhouse on Pine and will definitely book there again. - Location, comfort, facilities, presentation and little extras like coffee, tea, chocolate, wine, chopped wood etc We had work commitments and were unable to stay longer.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - This house was perfect and by far my favourite of all the houses we stayed at in Western Australia. The interior has been sympathetically renovated, retaining tonnes of period character. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and equipped with electric blankets for chilly nights. It's quiet, but also close to Pemberton's main street. Our children enjoyed playing in the fenced garden, while the adults enjoyed birdwatching. There is no wifi, although this didn't bother us. The hosts supplied plenty of boardgames to while away the evenings.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Adelheid (10/5): The moment we stepped into this beautiful house we felt at home. - Spotless, comfortable, very well equipped (no Wi-Fi though) and generously stocked â Karen has thought of everything. House and garden feel very private and the lovely veranda is a wonderful place to sit and watch life go past. We loved our stay in Pemberton, thank you very much Karen for everything!

- Maria (10/5): Amazing! Great place to stay, a real home away from home. - Very well equipped, lovely garden, nice and clean.
Good location, peaceful but walking distance to shops, and cafes. Nothing really
- Jessica (9/5): Delightful home with all the mod cons. Would highly recommend. - Lovely property, beautifully renovated and appointed with all you need and then some. Charming and modern all at the same time. Ceiling fan were great also. Beautiful big bathtub! Lock box code sent through booking was incorrect so had to call on checkin. Not a big deal but contact property before hand to double check code for a smoother checkin.
- Kristel (10/5): Stunning cottage - This place was just perfect. Could not fault a thing and has everything you could possibly need when staying away from home.Surprisingly spacious with a lovely feel about it.
Close to town with great outdoor areas and beautiful gardens.
Karen was a great host and easy to contact if I had any questions. Absolutely would love to stay again and couldn't rate it high enough.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (9/5): Definately would stay there again. - Great location, it was very clean and had a lot of little extra thoughtful things. The fire was going when we arrived
