The house is located three blocks from the main square, it is located in the same area as the Hotel Villa Pepita Real and a beautiful pergola separates the areas. 3. Internally the house has access to a patio, kitchen after 10:00 am, living room, dining room, fireplace, balconies; Outside, it has a shared BBQ area and the shared pergola area. 4. The person who will serve breakfast and who will look after the guests of the house is housed on the first floor. This room is not part of the occupation of the house. You will be in permanent contact for any questions or requests, in the same way through cell phone and WA the Customer Service people will be availablePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Jesus (4/5): No tan satisfechos. - La ubicación. No es una casa como tal. Hace parte de un hotel y la casa está detrás y no es solo para ti sino que compartes con los dueños o cuidadores, lo cual no te anuncian sino que te das cuenta estando en el lugar, lo cual es incómodo porque el anuncio dice que la casa entera es para ti. Lo más terrible es que ninguna habitación tiene baño privado y debes compartir baño entre todas las habitaciones. El parqueadero del lugar no estaba disponible aunque te proporcionan otro a varias cuadras, pero es algo que deberían anunciar antes de la llegada.

Olaf (7/5): Good - It is a decent stay, and we stayed there for work for two nights. From booking.com it was not made clear that the owner lives at this place. This was also not communicated to us when checking in. We discovered it during our stay. We did not understand the communication. We had Spanish speaking colleagues staying with us, so there was no language barrier. Communication was limited and awkward. I was clearly not allowed to make my own coffee in the kitchen. This was presented as an apartment, but is more like an apartment in the compound of a hotel where someone stays permanently.
