- Lu (4/5): - Close to the town Ants everywhere, first in the bedsheet, then found a lot of ants in my shoes in the morning…. And milk that has expired for two months ….
- Chris (8/5): Just what I needed at the time. A place to start, clean up after being out in the bush for a few days. - Staff or manager listened to my concerns and took action to resolve my concern. Room was very basic.
- Téa (5/5): -
- Lewis (1/5): - Booked a room and we get there and it wasn't available so get put in a Donga for the first night then had to pack all our stuff up and move to a room for the next night ... majorly inconvenient when u are trying to enjoy a holiday
- Riho (5/5): -
- Brent (7/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Clean rooms and good food. - Accomodation was clean and staff was friendly. The in house restaurant and food was excellent The shared bathroom and poor shower facilities
- Amy (8/5): -
- Tom (10/5): Excellent - Clean comfortable and friendly Staff There was nothing I didn’t like
- Shenae (10/5): It was good - The Beds and the shawer and it was clean Hahahahahhah no
- Steven (10/5): -
- David (6/5): Functional - Functional for a few days, outdoor area very good. Staff were great. It is work in progress, many areas modern, very clean, friendly. Accommodation was fine but ablutions could do with a refurbishment.
- Lyn (7/5): Value for money and I recommend dinner at the restaurant - I had booked a room with shared bathroom but was upgraded to a room with en suite. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent The upgrade was a donger, which was comfortable and quiet by about 8.30 but the other residents were workers so were up around 4.00 am . All quiet by 5.00 am.
- Paula (10/5): Awesome - Close to Main Street Clean
- Tabatha Jane (1/5): - It's chartered.protrction with family Professionalism towards me with younger staff
- Joe (9/5): -
The hotel is under renovation and the photos on the website are not representative of the actual hotel. The room has no internet because they're changing providers, and it's a construction site bungalow with all the other mine workers getting up at 6:00 AM. Best forgotten regarding the price. Staff stay very professionnal.
- Emma (3/5): Comfortable stay - Clean and quiet. Close to town. Comfortable beds. Less water in the womens showers than a 13mm garden hose. Air con unit in room leaked and water went over personal items and floor. Unable to contact facility by phone leading up to arrival.

- Michael (6/5): - Food at pub a little pricey
- Kevin (9/5): -
- Merima (10/5): I really felt staying there, I was able to experience the cultural history of the area. - location to museum, super pit, and Hannan's gold mine and central city Kalgoorlie Door handle broken for entry to balcony.
- geoffrey (6/5): Nice renovation works compleated in the last year. - The hotel was in a convenient spot at the top of the main street, it was easy to walk down to where I needed to be during my stay for work. The noise outside, there needs to be better sound insulation on these rooms considering the people from the hostel over the road screaming until 1 to 2 am in the morning,
- Bre-Anne (1/5): Disappointing from start to finish - How close it was to where I needed to be Given very little help with checking in. Couldn’t use bathroom facilities as the lights were blown, had to use a phone torch just to use the toilet, showering out of the question.
Quiet hours not enforced, someone playing loud music until after midnight.
On return to Kalgoorlie on the way home it was the only place available so thought I would give it a seconds go. Ended up delayed and asked to cancel my booking 3 days prior. Zero response, no refund. Contacted them again still no response. Disgusting effort
- Brendan (4/5): It was OK - Nicely renovated, friendly staff No light in my windowless room - had to use the side-table lamp
- Alan (8/5): -
- JAYSON (9/5): -
- Jason (8/5): Good stay here but could do with maintenance up keep in the shared bathroom - Convenient location & good food Bathroom only one of the two showers worked the doors didn’t close

- Srinivasan (6/5): -
- Chris (9/5): - Character filled architecture
Hardwood floors
There's a bar downstairs Rooms are not en suite. This is no surprise, the6 make this clear in the booking process
- Pauleen (7/5): Highly recommend great experience - Bar, Outside Dining,Children’s Play Area. Great Staff. Very nice experience. The stairs were very steep for my 81yr old mother.
- gleeson (3/5): - Noise from pub Music to loud

- Dayle (10/5): -
- Jeremy (1/5): - Good location, Good food Charged me an extra night and wouldn't fix it.
- Katie (5/5): - The staff were super flexible with check-in and so welcoming when we arrived after a long drive. I'd recommend for a quick stay, but not a solo traveller! Whilst the room was clean and comfortable, we felt the small single bolt on the balcony door left the room not feeling secure against the outside street, nor the inside of the hotel. No barrier for guests of the pub making their way upstairs to the rooms. The location was good for sightseeing, but rowdy of an evening.
- Steven (10/5): Staff helpful -
- Ireane (7/5): Comfortable and convenient for a short stay - Comfortable, convenient. Air con and mini fridge in the room. Soap and towels provided. Microwave and kettle in shared kitchenette. Hot water in the shared bathroom. Blockout curtains so your room is nice a dark. Tv didn’t respond well with the remote, assuming it’s a universal remote so not all the buttons worked. Wifi information was incorrect. BYO hairdryer if you need one.
- Trent (6/5): -
- Shenae (10/5): 10 - The bed was good and it was a good night everything Hahahahahhh lovesd it I stay here again
- James (5/5): Ok - Character and location Noise

- Paula (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - Walkable distance to the city centre Nothing
- Brendon (7/5): -
- Jennifer (5/5): - Beautiful old hotel located to the city centre
Comfortable bed
Good bar & restaurant Having to share bathroom facilities not easy access during the night
Should include a hair dryer happy for it to be fixed to the wall
One room we booked did not have a window felt very claustrophobic
- Marina (8/5): -
- Mark (1/5): -
- Henri (8/5): I’d stay here again - Location clean price good Nothing
- Maurice (10/5): -
- Godwin (4/5): -
- Srinivasan (5/5): - Too noisy from the pub downstairs.
- Srinivasan (5/5): -
- Gadon (5/5): It’s okay but the noise — hearing everyone’s doors shut, footsteps, and conversation wasn’t pleasing. Its got basic of w - Accessible from public transportation and town Noisy and paper thin walls 😭
- Lisa (7/5): Great cheap un fussy pub stay top end of town - Easy parking out front, pub is great and food is best in Kal, stay here for work most months due to the food! And then you just walk upstairs to bed once finished winning! Original rooms have been repainted but still original so bit creaky and bathrooms on next level down.
- Tanya (10/5): Best sleep ever. - Immediate availability. Exceeded expectations. Comfort, clean and available. Best sleep.
- John (4/5): - My visit was possibly soured by the fire alarm screaming all night with no one having a clue how to turn it off.
- Bosnjak (10/5): -
- Tyrone (9/5): Comfortable and convenient accommodation with great atmosphere. - Great pub stay conveniently located in Kalgoorlie. The property and rooms were clean and tidy. Seamless booking and check-in experience, friendly staff and good atmosphere.
- Srinivasan (6/5): -
- Allan (6/5): - I didnt like the shared bathrooms, all bathrooms in hotel need to be renovated. call me if you want a quote.
- Joseph (6/5): -
- Ursula (7/5): - Staff was excellent. I wish I could recall her name as we had been on the road all day and it was late at night by the time we could arrive. She set up a key for us and was so attentive to ensure we would find our room easily. Bed was comfy, shared bathroom was pretty good. Mostly modern. Slept well. Would have booked a 2nd night if we were planning to stay longer. Just the hallways seemed to having washing piles and randomly sitting along the walls of the hallway, including a mop and bucket. Thought that made it seem a bit less organised, but was quiet while we were there, and pleasant.
- gordon (2/5): -
- Ben (9/5): -
- Srinivasan (3/5): Poor -
- Srinivasan (5/5): Passable -
- Lou (8/5): Very good -
- Jess (9/5): Wonderful place. Highly recommended - Location Creaky floors especially when you're trying to be quiet when walking around
- Michael (10/5): Highly recommend, great place for value. - The in-house food was great, the staff were really friendly, most guests were respectful.
Facilities were great, like showers and a kitchen (although some guests apparently don't know how to wash dishes properly). The kitchen had a microwave and kettle, and free *instant* coffee and tea.
My room (4) was great, bed was very comfortable. The room had a TV, a mini fridge, a desk, and an air conditioner/heater. The room led straight outside to a balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy the Kalgoorlie skyline.
During the day when I wasn't working I would sit in the bar and have great conversations with the bartenders and Kalgoorlie residents. They showed both AFL and NRL on the many TVs in the bar. Sometimes there would be a live band/artist playing music which I enjoyed very much.
The location is very convenient. Most things you need for a quick trip are within walking distance, like restaurants, Woolies/Coles, and the Visitor Centre. The only real bummer was the Wifi doesn't reach upstairs where the rooms are, you have to use it in the bar downstairs which is useless at night time. But nonetheless, if you're staying for a couple of days it ain't that bad, I was there for a month.
The music they play in the bar can get a bit loud if you're trying to sleep early.
- Relleno (7/5): Good -
- Thi Huyen (2/5): - The room and bathroom was smelly and around area not safe.someone stolen lots of stuffs in my car I parked in front of the hotel.
- Hasnat (10/5): - Friendly staff and good rooms. Toilet was good but the shower needed cleaning.
- Lisa (7/5): Good value for money - Great for the price. Top end of town. Lots of parking. Pub meals downstairs sensational, best food in Kal. Shared bathrooms and only 1 combined shower/toilet for women. Some rooms are very small.
- Kim (8/5): Pleasant - Location, staff, room Could do with more showers, but didn’t ruin the stay
- Choi (10/5): Exceptional -
