I requested a pick and drop from the airport which was promised as well. Neither pick up was arranged nor the drop to the airport was arranged. I had to take taxi both ways.

- Janet (5/5): Passable - Limited options, only 2 Language barrier was too much so could hardly fulfill some of the simple requests. No alternatives to problems were offered. E.g, Hotel cancelled my airport transfer without notifying me and I had an early flight to jigjiga so imagine the panic I had early morning. I was also billed wrongly and had it rectified by me having to continue staying there after the trip and was given a room with a leaking toilet, kept saying sorry but not fixing problem again I guess because of language barrier. Also, the carpets & curtains look like they have not been washed in a long time & were not clean hence making the rooms stuffy. Could do with some training of staff to improve these aspects.

The staff kept me up to date with the surrounding activities and safety measures. The staff took care of my transportation, to & from the airport as well as provided me with local transportation contacts. The food was always on point and with a good portion amount. The staff were always greeting with a smile & eagerness to assist, if needed. I can't wait to rebook later this year !!! N/A
