• Ponomarova (8/5): - Мы зарезервировали отель за час до заселения, нам сразу ответили и были готовы встретить. Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям. Чистенько, просто, вежливый администратор. Очень удобно, что отель находится в 15 мин пешком до Ватикана, это наверное самый большой плюс, ну и дальше можно по очереди начиная от замка Ангела и до Колизея пешком пройти рассматривая огромное количество архитектурного искусства. В номере не было чайника, когда мы попросили нас его дали, но он был очень грязным поэтому как бы мы воду не меняли, очищенную не заливали, всё равно был очень сильный осадок, который не садился на дно кружки, а мелкими крупинками плавал в воде. Душ был ржавым, лейка текла, сантехника старенькая. Так же я думаю что за эти деньги номер дороговат, нужно или доработать все технические вопросы или цену снижать

• Chris (1/5): not worth it.. - Staff was really nice and the location was very good. I did like only the location which is Pratti. The building is old not well maintained, the reception is another hotel and they gave me a room on another hotel next door. Room was horrible, with humidity on the walls, very small and with broken furniture like the glass on the table from the 1980's... The bed had a piece of cloth hanging which was completely unnecessary making the room even smaller and awkward. They should remove it and removate the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and not worth what it cost... elevator for 1 person only with 1 luggage so we had to do multiple trips.

• Mauro (9/5): Excelente localização/local seguro, tranquilo e muito próximo ao Vaticano - Apartamento limpo, organizado, cama confortável e de excelente localização. Local seguro, ambiente intorno é familiar, tem inúmeros restaurantes e mercados próximos, à noite é um silêncio maravilhoso para se descansar. As únicas coisas que faltaram foram alguns utensílios para um maior conforto, tipo copos de vidro, talheres e vasilhas básicas para um café.

• Sylvie (8/5): Séjour romain très appréciable. - La chambre donnait sur la cour. Aucun bruit entendu de l’extérieur. Le personnel très à l'écoute, gentil. Professionnel ! L’emplacement. A quelques rues des voies principales. Dommage que ne soit pas proposé le petit déjeuner. Nous allions à 150 m dans un établissement dédié. Très bien ! La Place et le musée du Vatican sont proches. Tout comme le Panthéon ou la Fontaine de Trevi ou le Colisée.... les transports en bus sont très faciles d'utilisation.

• Fabiana (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante - Struttura davvero ben curata e pulita, in ottima posizione, ma è la gentilezza dello staff il vero valore aggiunto: precisi, disponibili, sempre sorridenti, in particolare Francesco è stato davvero ciò che ci fa mettere 10 a questo hotel! Torneremo sicuramente!

Per quanto riguarda lo staff, Fabio e le signore delle pulizie sono stati molto gentili, peccato per altro staff della reception, inoltre la mia camera non si riusciva quasi mai ad aprire al mio rientro di notte e mi è capitato di aspettare 40 minuti una sera prima che arrivasse lo staff che doveva coprire il turno notturno, pertanto sono rimasta fuori dalla camera.

Vast disparity in room rates on booking.com - Very helpful front desk manager, he printed out tickets for me, helped with internet issues, recommended restaurants, cared about my safety. Great location, reliable housekeeping staff. good mattress. The website where I signed up said "mini-fridge in room" which I counted on having for my 10-day stay. Nowhere to keep fruit, wine, snacks and leftovers. If I didn't eat my whole entree at a restaurant I basically had to throw a 2nd meal away I planned on eating the next day because no way to store it. No way to make hot water in room. Coffee in the room is so nice to have! Mold all along the baseboards of the room it looked like water damage from years ago. Booking.com say they will price match. The day I moved in, a room similar to mine was available at your hotel for 65 euros a night. And for the next few nights, when the price went up to 99 euros. I was paying 120 euros a night! And booking.com could not honor their promise because I couldn't get a screen shot from you, Hotel Quiriti, showing what your prices were on the dates in question. Because the room rates are only available online on the day the room is available. So a day or 2 later, I couldn't get a copy of the room rate, which booking.com claimed they needed in order to refund me some money. I figure I lost about 200 euros for 5 or 6 nights. (55 per night the first 3 nights, then 20 per night for the next 3 nights) I didn't even bother to check beyond the first week. Your staff could not provide a copy of the lower room rates so I couldn't prove it to booking.com. Very dissatisfied with how your system doesn't support booking.com. It felt like a bait and switch and you both are in on it because of a glitch in your system. How hard would it be for your manager to provide an email saying what the range in room prices was on those dates in question? I will not use booking.com again until this is resolved. Also the website shows photos of Quiriti Suites, in the same building. They look very nice, white and modern. my room was shabby, paint peeling, nowhere near as nice. Easy to confuse the 2 separate facilities when booking.

The cleaning… the room is full of dust

It gives the impression of staying in a poorly maintained property.

Il phon in bagno è un modello decisamente vecchio e poco potente; oggi con un investimento minimo si potrebbero offrire modelli piu moderni ed efficienti. Inoltre, dato che la struttura non offre il servizio colazione, sarebbe fondamentale che il distributore automatico fosse ben fornito. • Andrea Martina (8/5): Comoda e pulita anche se con qualche svista - Camera pulita. Personale gentile. Presenza dell'ascensore (anche se piccolo) molto comodo avendo la stanza al 4 piano. Posizione perfetta per i giri che avevo in programma. C'era un appresa che non funzionava nella parte sinistra dalla poltrona. Poche prese. Bagno/sanitari un po' datati. La camera era molto minimale. La TV aveva i canali che non sempre si vedevano.

I porta asciugamani da sostituire, in quanto vetusti ed ossidati. L'acqua dal bidet usciva a malapena. Il tubo di scarico acqua dalla vaschetta del water ricoperto di calcare. L'ascensore poi limitato a due persone con un solo bagaglio!!!!

• Appelhans (8/5): - Los recepcionistas muy amables. Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la habitación era grande y cómoda. Además muy limpia. El agua de la ducha se salía para afuera y se mojaba muchísimo todo el baño. De la única forma que podías bañarte era con la puerta de vidrio en diagonal hacia adentro de la bañera, súper incómodo y aún así se mojaba todo porque el comando de la ducha estaba roto y salía agua por todos lados. En el baño además se sentía mucho olor a cigarrillo de repente. Y no me gustó que no especifica en ningún lado que la recepción es la misma que la de las habitaciones de al lado, estuve 10 minutos esperando en la recepción hasta que fui a preguntar a la de al lado y ahí me dijeron es que es la misma para ambos, como podía yo saberlo!!!

• Bucci (6/5): Ottima la posione della struttura, ma pulizia, arredamento e sanitari da rivedere. - Della struttura mi é piaciuto il punto strategico in ci si trova. Non mi é piaciuta la pulizia in quanto ho trovato dei capelli sul letto e anche nel bagno, inoltre i sanitari del bagno sono vecchi e usurati.
