• Вера (10/5): - Ребята очень старались угодить. Недалеко от метро. Никто не беспокоил. В соотношении цена-качество очень не плохо, 5 звезд не ждали, поэтому, в целом всё хорошо. Дорога к метро в горку (хорошую горку)), заселили в другой номер, просто молча, выяснять не стали, тк очень утомила дорога. Нет вывески гостиницы, пришлось поискать ресепшн. В номере плоховато убрались, но этим грешат практически все гостиницы Турции.

• Fatima ezzahra (1/5): - À côté de taksim et le personnel gentil Cafards dans la cuisine C’était sale ça sent trop mauvais les canalisations bruit toute la nuit on n’a jamais fait le ménage en deux semaines et attention ils vous donnent jamais la chambre que vous avez réservé ils m’ont donné une chambre au 5eme sans ascenseur trop vielle qui sent les égouts !! Fuyez + un jour quelqu’un a ouvert ma porte et ça m’a trop fait peur c’était horrible

Но все же советую вам поискать отель по л - Расположение отеля удобное, персонал хороший Комната очень маленькая, в комнате был таракан большой. Мы оставались 7 дней. Только один раз был таракан. Сообщили персоналу. Они предложили поменять номер или сделать заново уборку. Номер старый. Ванна более менее.

There is no physical reception, but Ramazan, who takes care of reception matters, is extremely friendly, helpful, and capable of solving any issue you may have. You can feel completely at ease because he is always available and ready to help like a friend. As I mentioned, the price–performance ratio is very good. The location is also excellent—very convenient and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.
• Georg (2/5): Ich würde dieses Apartment nicht mehr buchen obwohl der Preis sehr attraktiv war. - Die Lage war sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig Ich hatte das Aparment im letzen Stockwerk. Die Möbel waren alt und teilweise waren die Griffe abgebrochen. Solche Möbel hätte ich eher auf dem Sperrmüll erwartet. Insbesondere war das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Türen der Schränke waren kaputt. Die Türe der Duschkabine war kaputt und ließ sich nicht ganz schließen. Der Lattenrost im Bett war auf der unteren Seite gebrochen. Die Fotos der anderen Apartments spiegelten nicht die Realität meines Apartments wieder. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich schwierig da die Mitarbeiter nur türkisch gesprochen haben.

• Pious (5/5): Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Stayed: 17–19 May | Group of 6 people - The property had a moderate level of cleanliness. It is located near the heart of Istanbul, making it relatively central. The staff were polite and helpful once we managed to find the place. There was no signboard, which made the property very difficult to locate. The location itself felt unsafe and inconvenient, not suitable for tourists. No one was available to assist with check-in or directions. The building is just a standalone structure with separate receptions and no clear hotel identity. The bathroom was extremely slippery and posed a safety risk.

• Mousavi (1/5): Bad - **DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL – SERIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES** We reserved this hotel for 9 nights, and it turned into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. Here’s exactly what went wrong: --- **1. They gave away our reserved room.** When we arrived, they had already given our room to someone else. No explanation or apology—they just put us in a different room like it was nothing. **2. The replacement room was filthy.** The room they gave us was dusty, smelly, and obviously not cleaned. We immediately requested to cancel, but… **3. They refused to let us cancel.** The staff got aggressive and told us to ask Booking.com for a cancellation. They made it seem like we were stupid, but *it’s the hotel’s responsibility* to approve cancellations—not Booking.com. They just didn’t want to take accountability. **4. BED BUGS.** *the room had bed bugs.** We were bitten and extremely uncomfortable. It was disgusting and a serious health concern. **5. No running water.** When we tried to clean the bathroom ourselves, we realized **there was no water at all**. When we asked the front desk, they casually told us it’s “normal” for the hotel to go a few days without water. This was never mentioned anywhere on their site. **6. Water heater broke.** Eventually, we had water—but then the water heater stopped working. It took them **two full days** to fix it. Cold showers the whole time. **7. Staff entered our room at night.** One night, someone from the hotel opened our room door **while we were sleeping**. No knock, no warning. We were terrified and thought we were being robbed. When we reported it, the staff didn’t care. **8. Rude, unhelpful staff.** Throughout our stay, the staff treated us with no respect. They were constantly rude and dismissive of every issue we raised. **9. ZERO communication.** Not one staff member spoke even basic English. This made it impossible to get help or explain any of the serious problems we were facing. *****Trash*****

He was answering the phone call and was saying random things and at the messages he was not answering at all. We found the house by ourselfs and another guy heard us and he came to give us the key. The appartement was not clean at all. .dirty floor and dirty walls from ciggaretes. The wc was full of dirt inside the toilet and the hole room. Also as i was using the toilet , water came on me from a crack hole on the roof. The personel were not very welcoming. I would not recomend it. The only good thing is that is in perfect location, only 5 minutes walking to Taksim square.

Stove plate and kettle was rusted in the Kitchenette, we didn’t touched the other utensils. Not even at the average. We found one mosquito on the bed with blood clotting on our clothes and sheet

Definitely a place I will go back when I’m in Istanbul. - The location is pretty much in Taksim itself, without having to deal with the noise that istiklal street brings at night time. Very close to the main attractions. I know it’s not Emre’s job, but the streets around the location were a bit unkempt. I know this is the Municipality or the neighbors actions, but that was the only negative aspect.

• Ibrahim (9/5): Superb - Location is steel. Owners are very helpful . Good size of rooms compared what taksim area can offer. If you are a light sleeper place gets noiser at night due to sound penetration through the walls other than that everything is good

• Raffaele (1/5): Don't go in this room - The position It is not a place to stay but a winery. The Economy room is located in a basement. There is an annoying smell of paint as soon as you enter the building. In the room there was a strong smell of mold and a lot of dust everywhere. The apartment was very humid and the bathroom was gross. There was water on the ground, a rusty radiator leaking water and mold on the wall and on the shower tiles. There were also worms. They only left us one roll of toilet paper and we had to arrange to buy it ourselves. The furniture and the fridge were dirty. As soon as the window was opened, so many flies entered. The bed collapsed on the second day because it was supported by a thin panel and for 3 nights I could not sleep because the bed was completely sloping and without support.
