Le gâteau (excellent) et les boissons dans le réfrigérateur a l'accueil, la situation géographique dans la ville.

• Inés (10/5): Estupenda - El alojamiento en general es espectacular, todo el mobiliario nuevo y tanto la cama como el sofá son muy cómodos, al apartamento no le falta un detalle todo muy limpio con parking interior que no tienes que salir a la calle para ir al coche y tiene muy buena ubicación a 5 minutos del centro histórico de la ciudad y lo mejor sus anfitriones que están pendientes desde antes de tu llegada y atentos en todo momento, nos dejaron un detalle de un dulce típico de la ciudad y refrescos. Por la fecha que fuimos no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina pero sin duda volveremos a repetir en este alojamiento. Nada

• Andrew (10/5): - Great location for walking to the centre. The apartment is very secure and spotlessly clean. Great instructions provided for access to the apartment . There are so many places to eat and drink nearby. We loved Jaen and would definitely recommend this apartment. Nothing! . But worth noting if you are driving and have a car to park the street to the apartment is narrow. We had a hire car and we were nervous about driving down the small space. However,,there is free parking across the road where you can leave your car.

• Juliette (10/5): Appartement à recommander en plein centre de Jaen - Excellente communication avec Maria et Antonio (envoi de vidéos pour l'itinéraire, l'accès et l'entrée dans l'appartement). Celui-ci est très propre, équipement de qualité (lave linge, lave vaisselle etc). Très grand lit confortable dans la chambre (canapé plutôt petit mais cela est précisé dans l'annonce) Petites attentions agréables (boissons fraiches , glaçons et gâteau dans le frigo). Idéalement situé, proche de la cathédrale , des commerces et des bars-restaurants (excellentes recommandations de nos hôtes d'ailleurs). Appartement climatisé (appréciable en été quand les températures dépassent les 40 degrés!) Petite piscine également appréciable par cette chaleur! Bâtisse de charme (porte d'entrée massive, cour intérieur etc) L'accès en voiture est plutôt difficile; la nôtre était trop longue pour aborder le virage et entrer dans la ruelle; Maria et Antonio nous ont tout de suite montré un parking gratuit à 2 mns à pied. Tout était parfait.

Inigualables los anfitriones Antonio y Maria del Mar pendientes en todo momento para resolver cualquier situación. El apartamento es muy cómodo, completo y todo muy aseado. Regresaría sin dudarlo! Para quien lo tome debe tener en cuenta que las calles de acceso al apartamento son angostas y no ingresan coches grandes.

• James (7/5): Well located & equipped apartment in a very pleasant city. - Well equipped with everything needed to self cater including washing machine and dishwasher. Clean, well presented. Excellent communication with owners; friendly, helpful, prompt. Welcome drinks and cakes. Location in old town, close to cathedral. Access to the garage by car was not easy! The empty swimming pool was a major disappointment given the heat at the time. The pool was a significant reason in choosing this property that is why the rating is only 7.

Reception and explanations by Antonio was excellent, meaning we were ready to go. Contact with Maria was easy, quick and responsive. It is located in an area with narrow streets - when arriving, take note of the excellent videos provided, because GPS may send you on an inappropriate way (as it did for us!)

• Khee (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts Maria and Antonio took great care that we could arrive at the property (in the centre of Jaen with narrow streets like all old towns in Spain), keeping in touch with us during our drive there. The location enabled us to walk around easily to the main attractions. The hosts also gave good recommendations for nearby places to eat out in. The property was equipped with everything including coffee, ample detergent for the washing machine. The hosts provided a surprise with a local delicacy. On departure, the gate did not open automatically. We had to retrieve the remote control from the apartment to open the gate and return the control to the apartment after exiting.
