The entrance was confusing, as it is not clear where to go from the ground floor; why no sign saying ‘hotel on 4th floor’? Air con was not working in our bedroom Hot water was available in the sink, but not the shower. Lock on bedroom door was broken.

- SandraGaD (8/5): Ein Kleinod im Chaos - Wir hatten einer der beiden "Suiten gebucht, mit einer großen Wanne im Vorraum zur Terrasse. Diesen Raum konnte man auf Wunsch zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer machen (zwar nur durch ein Zustellbett, aber reichte vollkommen, da auch dort eine Klima-Anlage vorhanden war. Die Ausstattung war neu, intakt und sauber. Vor Allem das Bett war eine Augenweide und auch super-bequem. Das Bad war ausreichend und es gab immer heißes Wasser und guten Druck bei der Dusche. Die geräumige Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz, weil man die Pyramiden (abends sogar mit dem Lichtspiel von Light & Sound) bestaunen. Das Frühstück wurde frisch und viel Liebe zubereitet und so konnte man gestärkt in den Tag starten. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten und großen Straße, sowie weiterhin flankiert von 2 massig befahrenen kleinen Zubringer-Straßen, die voller Autos, Zweirädern und Menschen sind. Nicht zu verachten ist da der chaotische Irrsinn, der nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Auch ist wie überall in Kairo Dreck, Gestank und Lärm dauerhaft präsent (auf der Terrasse ist es dezenter). Wer das authentische Gizeh kennen lernen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben - alles ist in der Nähe: Shops, Apotheke, Imbisse. Wer es ruhiger und etwas geordneter mag, sollte auf der anderen Seite der Pyramiden schauen...

- Marianne (9/5): - Chambre très propre, décoration égyptienne et vue sur les pyramides ! Super accueil de la part de l’équipe. Petit déjeuner et restaurant très bons (ouvert le midi et le soir). À noter, pour aller au Caire il faut compter une bonne trentaine / quarantaine de minutes en voitures et 10min en voiture pour aller aux pyramides. Nous avons réservé la croisière avec Ahmed, le bateau et parcours étaient super mais attention tout n’est pas compris (guides, billets d’entrée et moyens de transport lors des escales non compris).

Ama sıcak üflemesi gerekirken ılık üflüyordu. Bir tek banyo küçüktü. O da çok sıkıntı olmadı. Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. İsteyince getirdiler ama biraz gelmesi biraz uzun sürdü. Yastıklar çok yüksekti. İlk gece uyuyamadık. İkinci gün alçak yastık isteyince getirdiler.

Мы долго выбирали отель и этот оказался одним из немногих у которого отзывы в букинге и гугл совпадали. Номер, сервис, чистота и дружелюбность персонала отличные. Вы должны понимать, что отель занимает 2 верхних этажа в обычном жилом здании, но есть отдедбный лифт, ведущий прямо на 4й этаж к отелю. Хочу отметить, что при заселении нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд со стандартного номера до делюкс с видом на пирамиды и это было очень приятно! Хотя на крыше есть отличная веранда, на которой можно любоваться прямым видом на пирамиды сколько угодно! Важно - сам район не слишком приятный, но рядом есть вся необходимая инфраструктура: магазины, кафе, аптеки) В соотношении цена-качество место супер! Приятно, что вся мебель и сантехника новые! Цены в ресторане явно завышены, но для нас это не было проблемой, ужинали и обедали в других местах

- M (7/5): Hôtel recommandé mais prestations à éviter - La chambre était spacieuse et bien décorée. La literie était de très bonne qualité. La salle de bain est très bien également. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Quelques sourires de la part du personnel n'auraient pas été de trop. Accueil sympathique du manager qui parle très bien anglais mais les prestations sont proposées à des prix exorbitants : un taxi pour le GEM qui est à 5min à 10 euros alors que Uber nous prend à peine 2 euros, une journée aux pyramides avec chauffeur et guide francophone et repas local à 80 euros par personne sachant qu'il faut encore payer l’entrée des pyramides et qu'on nous oblige à faire escale dans des boutiques de parfums qui vendent des produits dilués (arnaque bien rodée)... Nb : si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, prévoir des boules quies car la rue est bruyante.
- Guillaume (9/5): Hôtel propre, agréable, je recommande ! - Très belle expérience ! La chambre était parfaitement propre, le ménage fait avec beaucoup de soin. Un vrai point fort de l’établissement. Côté bruit, rien d’insupportable : l’insonorisation était tout à fait correcte, surtout en comparaison avec un autre hôtel que nous avons testé dans la même ville, où le bruit était bien plus gênant. Le rooftop est également un gros plus, très agréable pour profiter du cadre. Ici, nous avons pu nous reposer tranquillement. Séjour très agréable, nous recommandons sans hésiter. Le seul point négatif concerne la construction en cours juste en face de l’hôtel. Pour le moment, cela n’impacte pas la vue sur les pyramides depuis le rooftop, mais c’est à noter. De plus, le lit était un peu dur à notre goût, même si cela reste très personnel.

- yu jung (8/5): - 피라미드 새로운 출입구를 큰 차도 건너서 도보로 가기 편한 위치 그 입구로 들어가면 피라미드 내부 셔틀버스를 타고 편리하게 이동이 가능함 인테리어 한지 오래되지 않는 숙소라서 숙소가 쾌적했어요 객실도 피라미드 뷰쪽이 아닌 뒷방을 주셔서 새벽 5시 30분쯤에 들리는 사원들의 아잔소리가 덜 들리고 빵빵거리는 차소리도 덜 들려서 그나마 많이 조용해서 푹잤어요 이쪽에 숙소를 잡은 이유는 카이로 구시가쪽에서 머물고 아스완 룩소르 신전들 다 본후에 피라미드와 그랜드이집트 대박물관 10월 6일시 쇼핑몰에 가기 위함이었어요 카이로 구시가보다 숨쉬기 좋았고요 이집트에서 4성급 호텔에서 잤는데 호텔들은 낙후되고 시설이 망가진 곳이 많아 지저분한곳이 많았는데 이곳 객실이 훨씬 더 깨끗했어요 가성비는 훌륭했다라고 말씀드리고 싶어요 이집트 20일 머물면서 이렇게 조용한 객실은 처음이었어요 덕분에 잠을 푹자고 여유롭게 다닐 수 있어서 장점이었고 샤워기 뜨거운물이 팡팡 나와서 아주 베리나이스 했어요 이집트 대박물관은 인드라이브 타고 이동하기 편함 10월 6일 시 (10월 6일이라는 동네) 몰오브 이집트, 아라비아몰 인드라이브 타고 이동하기 좋았음 한국 서울로 치면 마포에서 인드라이브 불러스 타고 일산 킨텍스 정도의 위치에 쾌적한 몰 가는 느낌이었음 호텔의 잘못은 아닌데 호텔 들어오는 게이트쪽, 동네 안 몰려다니는 개가 많아서 무서웠어요 길가 쓰레기와 먼지들이 많아서 마스크 안하고 걸으면 목이 굉장히 따갑고요 길이 너무 안좋아서 도보시 매우 걷기 불편했고 신발 안신은 어린이가 쫒아와서 돈 달라고 하니 난감 했어요 인드라이브 불렀더니 안쪽에 있는 호텔을 잘 못찾아서 불편했어요 시간이 많이 소요됨 게이트 앞으로 나가서 인드라이브 불러서 타고 오갔는데 현지 사람들은 잘 모르시겠지만 먼지가 많고 정신이 없고 숨쉬기 힘들어서 숙소 들어오는 입구쪽이 개선되면 훨씬 숙소의 기억이 좋았을텐데 싶었어요 게이트쪽에 현지인들이 타는 버스정류장이 있어서 사람이 많고 금, 토 주말에 사람이 너무 많아요

Otelin yer aldığı mahalle biraz gürültülü onun dışında negatif bir şey söyleyemem. Otelin banyo wc yeni ve temizdi. Yataklar biraz daha konforlu olabilirdi. (Belinizi rahatsız edebilir ama çokta kötü değildi) Ahmed akıcı ingilizcesiyle çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Kendisine çok teşekkür etmek isterim. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Çatı katında sabahları pramit manzarası eşliğinde kahvaltı yapılabilir.

What I liked most was the staff, everyone connected with all guest and attended to every need. They also organized a driver Mo Salah who was our personal tour guide around Giza, we had him for the full day at very decent price, you could go anywhere you wanted. The view from breakfast was amazing The bathroom was bit small but for the price its worth it. Es gab einen sehr leckeren Willkommensgruß und ein äußerst aufmerksames Personal. Die Nähe zum Haupteingang zu den Pyramiden ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer ging zur Hauptstraße raus und war etwas laut.

At initial booking it seemed we had one but upon reaching the hotel we were told it was not the case. However, the room was very nice, clean and views were great. House manager Shaima, was quite helpful and provided a missing hairdryer promptly upon request. Breakfast was very good. Iron was not provided even though it was listed in the services. Non availability of an iron to press clothes.

The staff were attentive, helpful, fluent in English, and went out of their way to assist guests. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it by an extra night and was upgraded to a pyramid-view room — definitely worth it! The location is literally across the highway from the new Giza Pyramids gate. Crossing the highway can seem a bit hectic, but don’t worry — the hotel provides someone to help you cross safely. The rooftop restaurant offered an amazing view, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay, offering surprising value for the price. B. Egypt is a noisy place. Bring ear plugs

- Sabrina (7/5): Sauberes Hotel mit großartigem Blick und freundlichem Personal; Ausflüge leider unzuverlässig - Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und gut in Schuss, alles funktioniert und es gibt genügend Platz. Besonders positiv: Unser ursprünglich zu kleines Familienzimmer (war eher eine Honeymoon Suite) wurde unkompliziert gegen zwei passende Zimmer getauscht. Der Blick auf die Pyramiden ist wirklich spektakulär (siehe Foto), das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt nebenan ist aktuell eine Baustelle, was etwas Lärm bringt; in Kairo ist das aber fast normal. Problematischer waren die über das Hotel gebuchten Ausflüge: einer fantastisch, einer okay, zwei enttäuschend (u. a. schlechte Unterkunft am Meer, unorganisierte Fahrt mit rauchendem Motor und Panne. Nach 45 Minuten wurden wir von einem weiteren Fahrer abgeholt). Rückerstattung war auch Nachfrage nur minimal (8% der zwei enttäuschenden Ausflüge).
- suzie921 (10/5): 快適にリラックス - ピラミッド新ゲートまで近い。道路を渡るのに少し勇気が必要ですが、直ぐコツが分かります。ホテルのスタッフso good.皆気を使ってくれました。 特にハニーさんは、私が困っている事を助けてくれました。 建物の入り口に分かりにくい。立て看板でも置いたら良い。建物の場所は分かったが、何階なのか?どう上がるのか?1階のエレベーター入り口にでも案内表示が欲しい。早朝一人で着いたのでかなり不安になった。エレベーターはタッチキー持ってないと上がれないので階段を使いましたが、階段が怖い。汚い。暗い。もっと年配の方は無理かも。 クローゼットにハンガーが1本もなかった事。朝食に少し時間かかり過ぎ、座ってから30分はかかった。朝食のコーヒーが無い。 あっちもこっちも工事が多くお隣の音もかなり大きい。このホテルにとっては痛手。

- Anastasija (10/5): Very nice would like to come again - The hotel looks really new all the rooms all exactly like the pictures very clean you have everything you need and a mini fridge,the staff is so helpful they offered to pick us up from the airport but we arrived to late i advise to let the hotel pick you up because uber doesn’t want to come to the airport and every taxi at the airport will try to scam you so just book it with them,breakfast was great mosly same main dish with alot of different side appetizers,they have a beautiful rooftop with the pyramids view .I do have to add that we had issues with suitcases we lost them at the airport and when i came to the hotel the staff took me to a good shop cheap to buy clothes for the night😄. Every staff member will ask you if you need help with anything everytime they see you and there is always someone at the desk they helped us called the airline everyday to find our suitcases🙂.

- mane (1/5): ❌ فندق مخادع، كاذب، وصاخب. ابتعدوا عنه تمامًا - ️ تحذير شديد للناس من هذا الفندق وصفت تجربتي وصلت إلى الفندق ومعي حجز مؤكد ومسدد، ومع ذلك تفاجأت عند الاستقبال أنهم قالوا بكل بساطة: مافي غرف! هذا تصرف صادم وغير مقبول إطلاقًا، وكشف لي حجم الاستهتار والكذب عند الإدارة. مدير الفندق شخص سيئ التعامل، عديم المصداقية، ولا يهتم بمشاكل النزلاء، بل حاول يبرر الموقف بكلام كاذب وتبريرات واهية. الأدهى من ذلك أن الفندق عنده صفحتين مختلفتين على بوكنق لخداع الناس والتلاعب بالحجوزات، وهذا يوضح أنهم يتعمدون التضليل وخداع العملاء. إضافة إلى ذلك، الفندق مليء بأعمال صيانة مزعجة، الضوضاء مستمرة طوال الوقت، مما يجعل الإقامة فيه مستحيلة حتى لو حصلت على غرفة. النظافة سيئة، والخدمات غائبة، والمسؤولين غير مكترثين تمامًا براحة النزلاء. هذا المكان لا يستحق أن يُسمى فندق، بل هو فخ للنصب على المسافرين. أنصح الجميع وبشدة أن لا يفكروا حتى بحجز ليلة واحدة هنا. لا تضيعوا أموالكم وأعصابكم مع مكان عديم المصداقية والخدمة ⚠️ Strong Warning – Avoid This Hotel! I arrived at this hotel with a confirmed and paid reservation, only to be told at the reception that “no rooms are available.” This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. The hotel manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and tried to cover up the situation with lies and weak excuses. What makes it worse is that this hotel has two separate pages on Booking.com to trick customers and manipulate reservations. This is nothing but deliberate fraud and deception. The property itself is full of ongoing construction and maintenance work, with constant noise that makes it impossible to rest. Cleanliness is poor, services are almost non-existent, and the staff show zero interest in guest satisfaction. This place should not even be called a hotel – it is a trap to scam travelers out of their money. I strongly advise everyone: do not waste your time, money, or peace of mind here.

One of their staff members, Mustafa, is nice to chat to. The gentleman who runs the kitchen is also quite nice. The owner (or his cousin?) is also quite helpful. The tours they offer are good. We did two and quite enjoyed them. (although definitely relatively expensive). First impression was okay (even good) then went downhill. Harassed a lot by staff, always trying to sell us tours or other things. Not only that, but always trying to charge us a ludicrous amount for anything they offered. Always asking us questions about where we were going and what we were doing (to try to sell us tours or “experiences”…). Charged my friend a ridiculous amount for paracetamol when he got ill (€14 for four tablets of paracetamol). Did not look after him properly when he got ill either. Started trying to freak him out - no offer of taking him to a hospital, clinic or even pharmacy. (not that he wanted to pay €20-€40 for a taxi, which is about 10-20 times the price of what the taxi should cost on Uber). We ended up feeling uneasy during the last part of stay because of the way staff treated us - transparency and honesty were a big issue. I’m not sure if the people who run the place realise this, but foreigners can see the prices of things in Egypt. It’s not an expensive country - you should charge reasonable prices. This is certainly not a boutique hotel, nor boutique experience. The location is pretty okay for Egypt.
- Ecda (10/5): Great staff and experience - The hotel is new and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful to answer your needs. They also take care that you have a good experience. Therefore, they organize daily or shorter trips with their guides and drivers. They are usually the best value in case you do not want to spend time planning every detail of your touristic visits. The physical condition of the hotel is quite good since it is new. The breakfast is really good and traditional. Yet, it is still close to the Europian taste. I highly recommend drinking a hot Turkish coffee as you watch the pyramids from the terasse.
- Silviu (8/5): "Fine feathers don't make fine birds." - Beautiful and Well-Maintained: The hotel looks very nice, and it appears to be recently built or renovated. Lovely Decorations: The interior design and decorations create a pleasant atmosphere, al lovely Egyptian decorations, making it a comfortable place to stay, especially if you prefer spending time indoors. With a hot tub in the middle of the room, as "pièce de résistance", but non usable, unfortunately, because of the yellow/ infested water. Friendly Staff: The staff was kind, helpful, and generally accommodating. Comfortable Stay: The hotel had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable experience and beautiful views to the pyramids. Unfair Pricing: Some of the pricing felt a bit unfair, but bear in mind that it's a very common practice everywhere in Egypt. Persistent Market Trips: The staff persistently encouraged us to join them on trips to various marketplaces. Even after declining several times, they insisted until we gave in. Pressure to Buy: At the markets, there was pressure to buy things, and even if you weren’t interested, they made you feel guilty for not purchasing. Conflict of Interest: It seemed like the staff organizing these "free trips" had something to gain from them, which made the experience feel less genuine. Focus on Third-Party Services: Instead of promoting external market trips, the hotel staff could improve their own services, like food catering or perhaps opening a restaurant within the hotel. Common Local Experience: Outside the hotel, it was common for people of all ages to try to sell things or ask for money, which could feel overwhelming at times.

- Albulena (9/5): Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but the guided activity fell short of our expectations. - We were fortunate to be given a better room than the one we had originally booked with a wonderful view. Hani and the entire staff provided exceptional care, always being present to accommodate our needs and ensure we had the best experience possible. The taxi was always there for us and with the guide they manager to do everything possible. What we didn’t like was not necessarily related to the hotel itself, but rather to the activity that the hotel arranged for us. We paid a hefty sum for the experience, only to have a guide who didn’t provide much information. Additionally, we ended up eating at small snack places and had to pay for our drinks (for a meal costing less than 3 euros per person). To top it off, the guide informed us that we were expected to give a tip. We would have preferred to give a tip voluntarily rather than have it requested.
