Удобная кровать, балкон. Квартира на 5-м этаже, есть лифт. Расположение тоже удобное - 10-12 минут до остановки автобуса в аэропорт.

• tay (10/5): warm hospitality and accommodating host - i have everything i need - a fridge, tv, kettle, coffee machine, clean toilet with toiletries provided! the neighbours (kids) are noisy as the soundproofing is bad, but this is not in the property owner’s control anyway. it wouldn’t make a difference if you will be out the whole day, as they quieten down during the night.

So easy to get everywhere from there. Room is quiet even though you are so in the center. Very happy with this stay in Tirana here

If you travel in the Summer it has Aircon. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Tirania.Constantino the host will be online to assist you anytime you need assistance or advice. N/A
• Jerome (8/5): Good location close to restaurants and attractions. - Good location, close to the square. I actually stayed in 2 locations in Tirana. Felt more like renting a room than renting a base to operate from.
• Sami (10/5): Great apartment, location and truly helpful and friendly host - Constantino is an absolutely fantastic host! From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He provided a helpful video and detailed directions to ensure we found the apartment easily, which was much appreciated. His lovely father was there to greet us, which was very reassuring. During our stay, Constantino went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. When we requested to leave our luggage after checkout due to a late flight, he generously allowed us to stay in the apartment until we needed to leave, which was incredibly kind and made our last day in Tirana so much more relaxed. We highly recommend Home Sweet Rental and Constantino as a host. His helpfulness, excellent communication, and flexibility made our stay in Tirana truly wonderful. Thank you, Constantino!
• Madhura (9/5): Superb - The host is really nice and responsive. The apartment is conveniently located in the city centre and is about 8 minutes by walk to Skanderberg square.The bed is very comfortable, and the room has pretty much everything that one would need for a short stay. The air conditioner, which is also used as a heater, is not very efficient at heating up the room. It took a couple of hours for the room to warm up.
• Stefan (9/5): Excellent stay close to the center - The double room is situated 10min from the main square and from the airport bus stop. The owner(s) provide not only the Gmaps location but also a video on how to reach it from a nearby pastry shop. They have also been quite obliging on my late check-in and early check-out hours outside of the indicated hours so excellent communication and service. The room itself was clean, with wood furniture, smart tv with Netflix available, small fridge, free WiFi, hairdryer while the bathroom is provided with a shower box, various towels, toilet and various shampoos & (body) soaps. There is no window inside the bathroom but a fan which opens automatically together with the room light. Present also a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a small coffee table. Not indicated in the listing but there was also present some fruit, tea bags, biscuits, cups/glasses, a kettle and a 1.5L water bottle. So overall it is an excellent choice given the close distance from the center, be it for a solo traveller or a couple. No significant issues encountered.

• Mark (10/5): Would definitely book again! - A 5 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square, with shops & markets on your doorstep. The hosts were really friendly & welcoming, the apartment was spotless & communication excellent, especially if you’re a Luddite like me with very little knowledge of the Albanian language! Nothing.
• Shirley (10/5): Shirley+ Perer from Scotland - When we walked into the property your first impression was how immaculately clean it was. The bed was amazing comfortable with linen and towels of a very high quality. The location was excellent and the host went to the bother of sending us a video of how to get there beforehand which we then found with ease. A lovely quality backery/ pastery/ cake shop on your doorstep along with many mini supermarkets and fresh fruit stalls. The property is well situated for bus routes and buses which take you to the main terminals and airport. I would100% recommend this apartment. No negative feedback for this property. I made a small recommendation directly to the host and he appriciated the feedback.

A great place to stay, and really lovely owners who go above and beyond. - The location was perfect, being not far to walk from Tirana city centre main Skanderbeg Square, which is also where the airport bus stops. The WhatsApp instructions sent by the owner on how to find the property, including photographs and a video were very helpful. We supplemented this with asking a policeman and a local person for directions. Everyone is so helpful! The welcome on arrival was very warm, and the room very comfortable. There was a nice balcony too, so we could sit outside for coffee in a morning. The bathroom was also to a very high standard with a very nice shower and facilities. It was great to have a fridge in the room, and a lovely touch was the fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee and water all provided free of charge. The area and the accommodation itself felt very safe, especially as the owner lives in the next apartment so is on hand to help with any questions or problems. The city centre and all the sights are within easy walking distance of the accommodation, as is a good choice of bars and restaurants. Nothing!

• Bandula (10/5): The property is look after by the owner’s father. He is a very nice, friendly person who is very su - No breakfast here. Located in a very convenient place. Easy to walk from the city. The bedroom and the bathroom is very clean.The bed is very comfortable and the bed linen is very clean. The room with a small balcony. We are highly recommend the place.

It was designed in such a clever way that I instantly felt right at home. The decor was beautiful, and every detail was carefully thought out. I loved the calming colors and the stylish furniture that added a touch of elegance to the space. Und jetzt auf Deutsch. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der nie in Tirana bis jetzt war. Alles top! For the circumstances and the way the room was designed and built, was great, but a small kitchen would not mind. Nevertheless, there were plenty of affordable options to grab food outside.
