• Brandon (9/5): Great accommodation, convenient to everything. - Great location near market and train station. Easy to walk to all the sights in Florence. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
• Flavia (3/5): It was a frustrating stay due to constant noise that made it nearly impossible to sleep - The apartment is comfortable except from the noise from the garbage collection in which was VERY DISTURBING. We didn’t like the fact that it was impossible to sleep due to extremely loud noise: people talking and shouting on the street until 2 AM, followed by garbage collection starting around 5:30 AM. We rented this apartment for 20 days, and what truly surprised and disappointed us was the lack of transparency regarding the fact that the apartment is located directly in front of large public garbage bins. Every morning, between 5:30 and 7:00 AM, garbage trucks arrive and operate machinery that lifts these bins and dumps out hundreds of bottles, creating extremely loud and disruptive noise. In addition, every night there were noisy groups of people outside on the street, often talking loudly or playing music until 2 AM, making it very difficult to rest. We fully understand that garbage collection and street noise are beyond your control. However, what can be controlled is being honest and transparent with your guests. The most frustrating part is that after experiencing this ourselves during the first few nights, we went back and carefully read previous reviews—and only then did we realize this is not a new issue. We believe this should have been clearly stated in the listing, especially for long stays like ours (over 20 days), or it could have offered an alternative accommodation. This situation had a significant impact—not only on our comfort but also on our plans (we had to cancel our son’s visit because sleeping in the second bedroom was not feasible due to the noise). Unfortunately, we never received a final response from the manager who handled our booking till today,
• Jeanie (9/5): Super property, full of character and charm - The property had real character and a lovely decor. I especially like the kitchen and the facilities, it was relaxing and felt like home. The bedrooms were a fab size and everything was very clean and well maintained. Great location, close to restaurants and a supermarket. Only a 10- 15 min walk to Duomo.
