• Virginie (10/5): Calme très propre parfait 👍 - Le calme la propreté très bien équipée cuisine avec tout. Très appréciable les condiments dans la cuisine, des produits ménagers à disposition, pas besoin d' acheter le nécessaire comme sel poivre huile.... Il a du thé du café... Bref très appréciable c'est pas toujours le cas . Literie très confortable. Appartement proche de tout , vue superbe sur le port . N'hésitez surtout pas . Ras tout est parfait dans cet hébergement

• Richard (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing. - The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It was a good place to relax and spend time. The balcony has a lovely view over the harbour.

• Christine (9/5): Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut - Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden, was man so braucht im Alltag. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch in ein paar Gehminuten ist man bei Restaurants, Läden und Strand. Der TV Empfang war immer wieder ausgefallen. Das ist aber nicht tragisch.
• Peter (9/5): Wonderful stay in a well equipped clean appartment in a great location. - This appartment is in a nice quite location with views over the harbour and close to some very good restaurants. It is also a very well equipped and comfortable appartment with a lovely shower room, comfortable bed, plenty of storage and various seating areas including a lovely sunny balcony. Our host was also very accommodating. There was nothing we didn’t like about the appartment, although it would be improved if there were a couple of reclining lounger style chairs for taking in the sun on the balcony.

• Mechthild (10/5): Toll! - Ute hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Die gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur denken kann. Wer Lust zu kochen hat, kann sich hier richtig "austoben". Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ganz wunderbar. Die Lage sehr zentral und sehr ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einem kleinen Patio nach hinten heraus. Ein gutes Restaurant und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind direkt ums Eck. Der alte Ortskern mit mehr Restaurants ist fußläufig in 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Hier fällt uns nichts ein.

• NathalieD (9/5): Very nice location, very well equipped and a great view on the old harbour! - The apartment is in a quieter part of town, there was parking in front of the house. It's about a 12 min walk to Playa Chica where we went diving. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a little supermarket. There is a very nice terrace watching over the old harbour and the sea, we spent many hours there just watching the world go by and the sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped, everything you need is there, pots, pans, plates, condiments, ... Nice modern bathroom. Nice modern decor over all. We had a small problem with a light but it was dealt with quickly. Britta, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not that good for my neck but that is something personal. The only little thing of critic is that we had to keep the window open (with mosquito nets on) for the heat, it was too warm otherwise. But there can be some noise from the neighbour, so sometimes we had to close the window because of that. Airco in the bedroom might be a good solution. There is airco in the living room but we never used that, we had the window to the terrace open and that was perfect! Would definitely recommend!
• Sheila (8/5): Beautiful, comfortable well equipped. Brilliant location - Well equipped, beautiful flat really comfortable . View fab Nothing apart from ac had just broken. Owners tried to get it fixed but couldn’t so too warm at night. But not their fault so we would return
• Andrew (9/5): - Fully equipment kitchen, recent refit to all. Reasonably quiet - nicer end of town. Cool in hot weather for those who like that. Balcony and view of marina.
• Maddie (10/5): Lovely and clean apartment with great facilities and good location where it’s quiet but lose enough to the strip. - Very clean, excellent facilities e.g coffee maker and hairdryer. Balcony was lovely and so was the owner who greeted us. The bathroom and kitchen were updated. TV was always great and filled with movies which made me movie obsessed boyfriend happy. The cleanliness was exceptional. Would gladly stay again :) -
• Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - A very well presented apartment with all you could need. Close to the old fishing harbour. Wonderful views from the balcony. Quiet location and easy access to restaurants and local facilities. On street parking. There is a shop a short 100m away on the next street up. Would highly recommend! There isn't anything not to like.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a warm ,comfortable and excellent apartment ,in the perfect location to be close to the old town and within walking distance to many bars,restaurants and with the lovely marina to wake up to in front of you on your private balcony..stunning property Loved everything,including the TV with all the sports and movies channels fir lazy afternoons out of the sun.
• Janet (10/5): Nice Appartment with Balcony Overlooking the Harbour - Ute the host, welcomed us at the property and showed us around even though we arrived quite late. The apartment was very clean and had everything required for self catering, plenty of pots, pans and cutlery in the kitchen and an excellent shower in the bathroom. The balcony looked over towards the harbour, and as we were in the old town, it was a quiet location but within walking distance of the new town. Thankyou Ute we throughly enjoyed the holiday. Nothing, everything was fine
