• Iwona (6/5): Great location and comfortable beds, but noise, limited amenities, and outdated facilities affected the overall experien - The location was excellent. Very close to major attractions, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The beds were also comfortable, which made resting after a long day much easier. The noise from the street was a major issue even with the windows closed, it was very loud, as if people were talking right next to me. The surrounding area also had quite a few homeless individuals and people struggling with drug problems, which made it feel less comfortable. It would have been appreciated if the hosts were more flexible with early check-in, especially since we were travelling with children after an 11-hour journey. In terms of amenities, offering mineral water instead of low-quality coconut water would be an improvement, and having tea or coffee available would be a nice touch for guests arriving tired and unfamiliar with the area. Additionally, the kitchen and shower room felt a bit outdated.

• aivakin (10/5): Great place, Absolute chill and vibe - Great location, hard to find better. Great coffee machine - just buy a pack of cofee on the other side of the street and you are packed. Morning cofee on the teracce is so good. It's not luxary - and it's not pretending to be. Very simple, relaxing and oldschool - exatly what we were looking for. Great for a big company - we travelled with another family, and everyone enjoyed the stay.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close - It was a stunning property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although there was only one bathroom between 8, it worked out! It was really close to the centre as well.

• Stavroula (5/5): Απαράδεκτο - Η τοποθεσία του και μόνο. Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο με πρόσβαση στο μετρό. Ο θόρυβος είναι ανυπόφορος, είναι σαν έχεις μονίμως ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα. Ένας άνθρωπος που έχει δυσκολία στον ύπνο απλώς δεν κοιμάται. Η φασαρία είναι διαρκής γιατί ακριβώς πίσω από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται η διάσημη αγορά της Βαρκελώνης και γύρω της διάφορα εστιατόρια και μπαράκια. Η ανακαίνιση είναι πολύ πρόχειρη με αποκορύφωμα ότι ο νεροχύτης της κουζίνας στο διαμέρισμα που μείναμε εμείς τουλάχιστον ήταν σε ξεχωριστό σημείο από την κουζίνα στην άλλη άκρη του διαμερίσματος. Το πάνω κρεβάτι της κουκέτας (η οποία βρίσκεται στον ίδιο χώρο με το διπλό κρεβάτι) είναι είναι ακατάλληλο για χρήση από μικρότερα παιδιά. Δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Προσωπικό ανύπαρκτο.
• Ilse (8/5): Fijn appartement op zeer gunstige locatie - De locatie is perfect voor een stedentrip. Veel attracties zijn te voet te bereiken. Wij hebben voornamelijk gelopen. Ook Plaça Catalunya is vlakbij, waar je bussen, treinen en metro hebt. Het gebouw is erg gehorig! Op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond/nacht was er veel overlast van straatgeluiden (schreeuwende mensen, muziek etc.). Gelukkig was dat alleen in het weekend zo, anders hadden wij het er niet uitgehouden.

• Marta (8/5): - Kamienica bardzo blisko La Rambli i targu La Boqueria, co na pewno jest na +. Kamienica ładna, wewnątrz klimatycznie. Apartament przestronny i czysty, dobrze wyposażony jak dla 4 osób. Na - nieszczelne okna, co niestety przełożyło się na mocny hałas w nocy. Oczywiście zdawaliśmy sobie sprawę z położenia kamienicy, aczkolwiek szpary w oknach były widzialne gołym okiem. Z zatyczkami w uszach było trochę lepiej, ale nie powinno tak być.

Et j ai trouvé communication difficile pareil whatsapp ne répondant pas aux questions

Dans le salon peut être rajouter un fauteuil quand on est plus de quatre personnes et une petite table basse . Isolation avec l’extérieur est très léger .

Lidt forvirrende med at betalingen ikke sker gennem booking.com men via link i en mail fra overnatningsstedet. Personalet var ikke til at komme i kontakt med hele dagen før vores ophold og vi havde ikke modtaget nogen kode til døren. Dog fik vi for første gang fat i noget personale da vi var ankommet og stod foran døren, de var dog her meget behjælpelige med koderne til dørene.

Posizione abbastanza comodo due passi da Rambla e 2 Min a piedi da piazza Catalonia. Consiglio a tutti questa bellissima casa Eravamo a terzo piano senza l'ascensore, ma per fortuna senza valigie, per questo non è stato pesante per niente

• jufemo (3/5): Ubicación muy buena, y apartamento una desastre. - Sólo ubicación. Muy mala calidad. Quinto piso por escalera sin avisar (Imaginate subir valijas). Lo mas importante es que las fotografías que se muestran NO SON DEL APARTAMENTO, Las camas no entran en la habitación, no hay donde poner la ropa. A lo sumo es para 4 personas. La cocina es tristísima, en baño esta mal terminado y las instalaciones estan todas por afuera. Esta pintado el piso y tiene parches de cemento. Realmente es impensado que alquilen un lugar así; y encima que te mientan con las fotografías. Un desastre.

• Simion (8/5): - Location was fantastic, maximum 30 minutes to all the locations that we targeted, most of them by foot, but also 2-3 minutes from metro. Noise. The windows are extremely thin, having the window closed or open makes basically no difference, it’s like living with everyone on the street under the same roof. When I say noise, I don’t mean “noise of the city” , I mean the broken door from the supermarket next door, the high heels of a lady passing at midnight, the garbage collection at 2 AM. We had the Family apartment, and the mattress from the bunk bad is very high , that seemed a little dangerous for the kid to sleep in.

• Joanna (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Mieszkanie było czyste, pięknie i stylowo urządzone , lokalizacja świetna. Znajdowało się w nim wszytko co bylo potrzebne, środki czystości, wyposażenie kuchni . Podsumowując jest to piękna stara kamienica . Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi . Jedyne co było niedogodne to,to że okna są bardzo nie szczelne . Wszystkie hałasy z ulicy było bardzo słychać . Każde słowo jakiegoś przechodnia, każde auto. W apartamentowcu drzwi do mieszkania również nie szczelne i odgłosy z klatki schodowej było słychać jakby wszystko odbywało się w mieszkaniu .

• KarenCamps (8/5): Ideaal gelegen appartement met de nodige voorzieningen voor twee dagen. - De locatie was dichtbij het metrostation, gelegen in een drukke, maar gezellige straat met horeca en winkeltjes. Nog voor we arriveerden kregen we de code doorgestuurd om de twee deuren open te doen. De isolatie was niet super, zodat je 's morgens vroeger werd wakker gemaakt door straatlawaai. Het was niet echt een verrassing, want we wisten dat we in de buurt van La Rambla niet in een stille omgeving gingen zijn.

İhtiyacınız olan her şey var. Konumundan dolayı gece uyuyabilmek çok zor, pencereler yalıtım için çok yetersiz. Wifi zaman zaman çekmiyordu.

• ROBERTO (4/5): Decepcionante! As fotos não condizem com a realidade. - Camas confortáveis. O anúncio leva a entender que são dois banheiros, mas não são! Um banheiro com chuveiro, e outro somente pia e privada bem apertados. Eramos 6 e para tomar banho, foi bem difícil com somente um chuveiro. A agua esfriava depois do terceiro banho, e tomamos banho frio. As tomadas da cozinha simplesmente pararam e foram reparadas no dia seguinte. O ar condicionado não funcionava, pois não havia controle remoto. Solicitei ao proprietário, porém o mesmo não respondeu e tivemos que dormir de janelas abertas. Um barulho ensurdecedor vindo da rua, durante toda a noite, pois era o primeiro andar. Ficamos 3 noites se dormir. Apartamento escuro, com luzes amarelas em lumirarias de canto. Experiência ruim. Não volto!
