- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - An authentic Swiss house with a beautiful view. The house is definitely not suitable for people who prefer to stay in spacious 5-star hotels, but it is perfect for those who appreciate nature and silence. This was a great opportunity to experience and imagine Swiss life as it was many years ago. Despite the house being old, it had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Value
Host waited outside for us and is very friendly
Good beds
As we booked two rooms we basically also had a large seating area in the hallway to ourselves
Parking right next to the hotel and just an hour from ZΓΌrich airport There were a few mosquitoos in our room
Shared bathroom downstairs (but toilet on our floor as well)
Watch your head when you are tall
No wifi
- Ove (5/5): Passable - The place is very cheap. The main reason for this might be that you will be sharing both the kitchen and the bathroom with the host. I did not quite catch that from the description. Having doors that can be locked when you are sharing a house would be nice.
- Laters (10/5): Great location and very quiet and scenic - The property was nice and very quiet area in the hills overlooking the small villages in Switzerland with great scenery. Very spacious and all the kitchen utensils we needed were provided. No complaints
- Bilie (8/5): Perfect stay for an evening. Shared facilities but plenty of private space! Host was friendly. - Perfect location. Absolutely stunning!
- Aruna (7/5): Good -
- Dariia (9/5): Heart warming stay with a breathtaking mountain panorama - We stayed only one night at Artur's place, unfortunately. Should definitely come again. This is a very authentic house, with lots of wood in- and outside. We had a room with a marvelous view to the mountain peaks. Our dogs were not only tolerated, but welcome. The host ist very friendly and helpful. We were late for the check-in (arrived after 22), he stayed and waited for us, and in the morning he offered us fresh coffee, selfmade carrot cake and lots of really usefull information about the surroundings and places to visit. The place is tidy, cosy, you can also cook in the kitchen. We personally didn't mind, just the opposite, but for some people, escesially with mobility issues, the staircase to the bedroom might be tricky.
- Ioan (1/5): Bad - I did this booking in January for one night (30-31 march 2024).The property is a small cottage in the middle of nowhere, on the top of the mountains. We arrived at the check-in time, nobody there. I tried to call and message the owner (Arthur), but no answer. He didn't send me any instructions prior check-in. After waiting one hour in vain, we left. About 2 hours later, the owner contacted me , asking where I am. It was too late, I already went to Austria and booked another accommodation.
He made me spend a lot of money by finding another accommodation in the last minute, driving extra 200 km, and being overcharged for data usage while trying to contact him.
This type of people should not be allowed to advertise their property. They just ruin people's holiday plans. Booking.com should remove him from their site.
- Mohammed (7/5): Good - Good host in an old house. Nice natural view outside of the house. It was far from the city but was a budget stay
