Camera comoda, kit di cortesia e mini frigorifero a disposizione. Prezzo molto buono. Il bagno non si trovava in buone condizioni. L'odore era sgradevole, così come la pulizia non eccellente, ma probabilmente siamo stati solo un po' sfortunati. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva.

Body lotion and shampoo with soap are provided. Next to bus station and city center. Quite spacious bathroom which is rare in Spain))) Some noise from the tubes which are in the room next to the door could be disturbing, windows are with a view on the opposite flats - kind of building court - could be dark for someone.

Amabilidad del personal - La ubicación, ya que está al lado de la estación buses y nos movimos caminando para todos lados. La prolijidad y confiabilidad. El trato con el personal. La habitación es tranquila, cómoda y funcional La habitación es totalmente interior, casi sin luz natural. No nos afectaba mucho porque íbamos a descansar. Sería bueno contar con la calefacción todos los días, para accionarla cuando uno lo necesite

Amable la señora de la recepción. No era la calle más linda. Pero también esta frente a la estación de buses y frente a la estación de trenes. A unas cuadras del centro y del paseo marítimo. No está mal. No me gustó q el placard tenía unos caños oxidados.
• Salomon (9/5): Excelente ubicación y buen lugar para alojarse en Santander con relación calidad-precio - Excelente ubicación a un costado de la terminal de autobuses con buena comunicación con transporte local. Se puede llegar al centro histórico caminando. Y hay supermercados muy cerca como el Lupa y restaurantes donde puedes pedir el menú de medio día entre semana. No tengo mucho que decir. Para gusto personal, la cama un poco blanda y se podría sacudir mejor los muebles para remover el polvo.

La habitación estaba limpia y encajaba con las fotos y la descripción Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas y se escuchaba todo. Además, en nuestra habitación se oía muchísimo las tuberías y el radiador y por la noche era bastante molesto.

Llamé y vino una señora a echar un producto desatascador, pero me comentó que no era la primera vez que ocurría. Si ya saben que el problema se repite, no deberían ofrecer una habitación con la misma avería. Es una incomodidad para el cliente que algo tan básico falle, especialmente cuando estás pagando por una estancia cómoda

La habitación es bonita y cálida, y está limpia y ordenada. Se agradece los detalles del desayuno y productos de higiene que ponen a disposición del cliente. La almohada era un poco alta y dura para mi gusto. Pero esto ya es algo personal. El colchón era cómodo.

Un lugar pequeño pero acogedor, ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio antiguo, el cual dispone de ascensor. A pesar de que indican que existe recepción (9 - 14), no vi a nadie en ningún momento. El baño olía bastante a desagüe, desconozco si es siempre así o fue debido a las lluvias.
