Excelente vistas a las pirámides Particularmente vivimos una mala experiencia, el personal constantemente trata de sacarte plata. Nos cobraron hasta los café de cortesía que nos habían dado en la recepción. Por darnos la habitación 2hs antes del check in nos quisieron cobrar 15usd, cuando en ningún lugar de booking lo explicaba. Nos dieron una habitación cerca de la terraza donde todas las noches había música fuerte y no nos permitía descansar. Particularmente no fue una buena experiencia, el lugar estaba muy bien pero por el personal no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Ils nous ont prêté leur ordinateur pour réserver au Gem car le réseau wifi de l'hôtel est mauvais ou inexistant (comme dans la majorité des endroits en Égypte). La vue superbe sur le roof top face au site de Gizeh. Les petits déjeuners copieux. La propreté. La bouilloire, petit frigo et nécessaire de toilette disponible dans la chambre. Le restaurant est également bon même si je suis sûr que la cuisine n'est pas surplace. Il pourrait le mentionner ! On a demandé une pizza inscrite sur leur menu et elle est arrivée livrée depuis une pizzeria voisine.... L'insonorisation inexistante (comme partout en Égypte !), même avec les boules quies nous n'y avons pas très bien dormi. Le bruit des habitants à l'arrière du bâtiment remonte par la cage de l'ascenseur et résonne dans tous les étages... (en plein Ramadan vous pouvez imaginer...) C'est dommage car bien éloigné de la mosquée et de la rue principale, nous pensions avoir trouvé un endroit calme, ben non, mais je pense qu'il est très difficile d'en trouver dans ce pays bruyant.... La lumière du couloir qui passe sous la porte peut-être gênante... Je les ai fait intervenir pour que des touristes bruyant arrêtent de gêner tous l'étage en pleine nuit. Ce qu'ils ont fait... La chambre est petite ainsi que le ballon d'eau chaude, insuffisant pour 2 douches. Il manquait un séchoir à linge sur le petit balcon et des chaises que nos voisins avaient ! La vue du balcon donne sur une cour délabrée avec l'immeuble d' un hôtel qui bouche la vue sur le site. Leur offre tarifaire de taxi ou d'excursion est trop élevé. Le wifi est inexistant ou ponctuel... Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a une note moyenne de 9 !?! Même si le rapport qualité/prix semble meilleur que les nombreux hôtels du secteur....

- Renate (10/5): Freundlich - ganz nah bei den Pyramiden - empfehlenswert! - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! 3 Minuten entfernt vom "Sphinx-Eingang" bei den Pyramiden, für die man auch als Alleinreisende(r) definitiv keinen Guide braucht. Das Personal des Hotels ist extrem freundlich, sehr reaktionsschnell - im Vorfeld konnte ich alle Touren buchen, die mir wichtig waren (inkl. Garbage City). Fahrer und Guide waren top! Das Hotel bietet abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, wenn man will, kann man auch abends essen - tolle Speisen. Wer hier unzufrieden ist, muss sich in teuren Luxushotels einquartieren! Es gab auch Duschgel, täglich eine Flasche Wasser beim Frühstück und auch die Aussicht ist einfach hervorragend! Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende extrem wohlgefühlt, wurde nicht belästigt und es war niemand aufdringlich. Im Gegenteil: Alle mega-freundlich! Top-Empfehlung! Ich wurde auch mit dem vorab bestellten Driver perfekt vom Flughafen SPX abgeholt. Besser geht es kaum! Kleiner Tipp: eine Nachttischlampe wäre fein!

Dina was very helpful with assuring we had a great tour guide while in Giza. Dina went out of her way and kept in contact with us multiple times a day to make sure we were enjoying every minute of not only our stay at the hotel but our trip as a whole. Karem was also amazing! He went out of his way to show us a good time while in Giza. Karem kept in contact with us to make sure we were still enjoying Egypt days after we checked out. This place treated us like family! We will be back! No other place I would want to stay! Thank you Dina and Karem!! Everything was great!

- Florian (5/5): - Good location to visit the pyramids, room was clean and i could store my luggage at the hotel after I check out until the evening. The room was small and you barely see the pyramids from the balcony. There is no curtain in front of the shower, so the whole bathroom gets wet. The room rate doesn't match what you actually pay, because they convert the USD price to EGP and you have a 3% fee for card payments. I paid 10% more through the conversion and fees. Also the breakfast was not good. The main part was 1 Falafel, Fries (not crispy and tasteless), 1 oily egg and Bread + some kind of sauce/dips. . In total the hotel was disappointing and to expensive for what it was in realty.

- Michelle (1/5): Schrecklich - Nichts Eine ganze Menge. Ich hab mehr bezahlt als in der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben. Dann habe ich nicht mal das Zimmer bekommen was ich gebucht habe. Hinzukommt, dass ich einen all inclusive Aufenthalt gebucht habe der ebenfalls nicht vorhanden war. Ich musste mehr zahlen obwohl ich nichts von dem hatte was ich gebucht habe. Das Essen wurde beim Straßenimbiss um die Ecke geholt. Also wir sind absolut enttäuscht und können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Eine reinste Frechheit.

The airport pickup service was very comfortable. I also booked the New Year’s Eve dinner through them at another hotel, and it was amazing. They even gave us a lovely gift along with the party and enjoyable shows. I definitely recommend this hotel.
