• Sensitivity84 (1/5): Stay elsewhere - For a cheap motel they charge more than I would have paid to stay there. It is in the worst area and that staff is rude. They tried to charge over $100 to extend which is crazy. Make sure things work and not broken. Friendly staff and stop telling people no one can visit them this is not prison.
• Nowlin (1/5): Discussed with this PLACE they are thieves - This room I stayed here when booking messed up my reservation with another room and said they would cover the cost but the room lied as if I never stayed here so they could keep all the cash I paid… the room was nasty and cold the tv didn’t work the bathroom was nasty never dirty took the area is very skeptical I would not book here if I was you!!!! I know I never will again

• Stephens (3/5): Don't go back there again! - The room was clean and it was nice to get a microwave and fridge in the room The bed was uncomfortable and I had to ask for towels and then I was charged extra for arriving 20 minutes earlier than the 4.00 check in time an extra $40 dollars?!

• Latrice (5/5): Cool stay staff jus argumentative - I liked that I can listen to my music freely without any complaints . I did not like that the staff complained about the towels being dirty . There were no rugs on the floor in the restroom after I got out of the shower so I placed a towel down and then at check out time the staff made it a big issue and stated he will no longer allow me to book room because of the towel however towels will get dirty that’s what they’re there for . Inconvenience on my end .

• Shacouia (7/5): Good - Checking in was easy. And it was quiet. Their TV was broken, which I was bummed about the only thing I could watch was static.

• Antoine (2/5): Very poor - Staff is rude and incompetent. - Refused to hold a a pizza for me that arrived 5 minutes before I checked in, even after begging them through the phone, and the delivery man ended up leaving with my pizza. - I called to ask wether my reservation was confirmed (because booking.com shows it was still unconfirmed 1 day after reservation) and I had a 20 minute painful conversation where I gave them my info and they couldn’t find my reservation. That’s because they were looking at reservations for the current night and just assumed I was coming that same night. The fact that they barely know English didn’t help. - For every question I had it took me a while to try to make them understand and sometimes I just gave up.

It was so bad that I had to sleep in my car overnight instead of using the room. Considering the amount I paid, it felt like I only got access to a parking space and a bathroom, which is really disappointing.

Pictures are false looks nothing like the property in very bad dangerous area

• Chad (3/5): In less you "had to stay near here" especially avoid room 202...... - Water pressure was great, and room and bathroom were as clean as you'd expect at this price point. Staff was friendly. Room 202 had an odor like years of Lysol used to hide the odor that made my eye's water and my nose run. Noisy neighbors and the sound through the walls was like nothing I've experienced anywhere else. No TV remote, and even when I turned on tv manually there were no channels, thus why they probably didn't have a remote. Water leak behind vanity wall kept floor in bathroom wet near the vanity ..... which means who knows how much mold is in the ceiling below ....and might be what was causing odor that made my eyes and nose to run. My thoughts are that people renting out rooms should also be willing to stay in the room themselves - no way the staff/owners would ever stay the night in my room with the odor, wet floor, no tv etc. without writing this same review.
• Woods (5/5): Passable - The location was a bit odd. The parking lot was to where your car would be blocked. There were not enough towels nor toilet tissuein the bathroom. We didn’t get a remote to our TV and the air was broken.

Mattress are horribly cheap, I got up with a terrible shoulder pain, unrested, I spent the day crying from tiredness, showers take for ever for hot water, bed Bugs, walls thin like paper you can listen TV from neighbors, unclean room disgusting

• Rosa (9/5): Great place for a low price I will definitely stay here again - The front desk lady was very nice she helped me with the deposit knowing I didn't have much, I had enough to get some food that day thanks to her , I really Appreciated that alote, place was clean and decent , I had a good stay , I recommend this place , good room with a huge bed and great price for the stay . The only bad thing was There was not enough parking spaces inside I couldn't park my car in the streets due to tags but I was lucky some one else went out and I got a parking

For house keeping and they keep telling waiting or tell her when you see her. And they never. Cane to clean my room no clean towels. No soap. Or toilet paper and after I told them I need those things they get a attitude. Wife. Super nice understanding husband rude and don't care about customer service Get block in they have ask wish. Guess to go knock to move cars.
• Misha (4/5): Was a decent start. Hotel managers/staff were kind. - I like that the hotel was clean The decor is a bit outdated. There’s no microwave. There was a rom next door that chain smoked cigarettes and listened to music very loudly most of the night but I guess that’s too be expected due to the area.

• Misha (10/5): Pretty good! Decent stay! - The location is in what’s considered a “rougher part of town.” I didn’t perceive it this way as I had lived in the area some years back. It’s what you make it. Anyway, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the couple who managed the hotel very much. No issues to speak of. Overall, I like this motel. No complaints.
