- Lau (9/5): - The location was great and convenient as it was close to a few petrol stations and Woolworths! The host could’ve been more responsive at the start and more facilities/equipments could’ve been provided, but otherwise it was great!
- Andrew (7/5): We loved the location and in a quiet setting. With our 2 suggestions, our stay would have been so much better. - Nice and roomy
Very comfortable bed Little annoying things the owners should be aware of.
Powdered milk loose in a container… long life milk in the fridge is a much better option.
Lounge had an old sheet covering which was not attractive when you open the front door.
- Hannah (10/5): -
- Mary-Ann (10/5): Excellent accommodation that our family look forward to staying at again in the future - Excellent condition and affordable great location. Family friendly accommodation.
- Carly (5/5): - The area was good, close to shops and easy access Couch not what is pictured, very small and very uncomfortable
- Lisa (7/5): It was fair - It was near the location I was visiting
Clean and tidy No milk
- Egan (10/5): -
- Siva Prasath (8/5): -
- Graeme (10/5): No fuss accommodation for - Friendly host (only had phone contact). Good spot. All facilities in good order. I needed advice on how to operate the hot water service. New technology for this baby boomer. All good.
- Joanne (10/5): Ideal for shirt stsy, quiet and easy access - Easy access, private ideal for quick stay to visit family AC would not adjust, could not turn it off . I think remote needs new batteries
- GLEN (5/5): - Bed and lounge was hard. And only one towel for 3 people. But other than that ok
- tania (9/5): Will stay again - Bed was comfy, curtains blockout, shower hot, quiet area, fast communication from owner. Will stay again.
- Bethany (10/5): - The set up and facilities where excellent
- Harry (10/5): -
- Waqar (9/5): Owner was cooperative and place was also good - It was good and comfortable
- Pascale (7/5): Agréable logement proche du centre de Bunbury. - La calme. La propreté.
- Salome (4/5): Not true to photos. No towels, 2.5 out of 5.. with a little more care this could be nicer.furniture depicted in photos n - Not true to photos Not true to photos
- Kim (8/5): enjoyable - good value for money, plenty of room, close to amenities, bed was nice and firm the towels while clean were very scratchy and not soft, the pillows were too soft, the sofa wasn't very comfy
it needs some benches in the living space to house the microwave and kettle, boiling the kettle on the floor isn't ideal the only access to water is the bathroom so a sink in the aforementioned benches would also help
its good value for money but to be at a 9 or 10 rating just needs the above.
- smileyjj (9/5): - Very comfortable surroundings.
No traffic noise.
Easy to find and access.
The host was very helpful.
- matthew (4/5): - I felt the bedroom was dusty or maybe bedcovers need changing
- Luiz Felipe (7/5): - Great location, spacious, easy access and clear instructions about getting into the unit. Bed was too noisy, whenever me or my girlfriend move we would wake up one another.
- Natalie (7/5): Value for money and a great central location - Value for money and a great central location. Check in was easy and contactless, you could check in and out when ever suited you. The host was also very responsive. The bed was quite uncomfortable unfortunately and the bed frame squeaked a lot. One pillow on the couch was higher than the others, hidden under a cover. It had everything you needed like microwave, kettle etc but no where to wash your dishes. The cord for the kettle was too short to reach without having to reach behind the microwave to get to the power board on the floor. A little table and easy to reach power board would fix this. :) Some newer furniture would make this place amazing.
- Roger (8/5): Good value in this area - Clean and tidy and convenient location
- Vivienne (5/5): Ok - Not provided Location
- Jospeh (10/5): -
- Jeanie (9/5): -
- Guest (10/5): -
- Stephen Giles (6/5): - Spent both nights listening to the inconsiderate noisy neighbours next door to us.
- Clare (9/5): Amazing stay - At such short notice we were able to snag a room here. It was so comfy and clean along being an amazing relief from camping in our swag from Victoria to here. The shower was absolutely amazing! We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and if we are back this way again we'd happily stay again.
- Jane (7/5): - Location was great. It was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very helpful. No.milk left for tea and coffee. There was a sweaty smell upon entry.

- Rhonda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (7/5): Average accommodation - No Breakfast provided Location was as expected, Clean and relatively comfortable TV Reception for free to air channels non non existent. The enormous sofa in the living room was superfluous There should be a small dining table and chairs with a smaller sofa. Car parking was only in the street
- Naomi (8/5): Very good -
- Aimée (5/5): Okay for 2 nights but wouldn’t have stayed any longer - Parking right outside, comfortable bed, host brought me an extra towel when I asked. You can really hear the family in the next room, could do with a deep clean throughout - fridge dirty, windows very dusty, top of bed very dusty, bathroom dirty throughout, bedding had musty smell almost like someone else had already used it.
- David (7/5): Decent airbnb style accommodation in someone's house - This is a small bungalow house in a quiet residential area south of Bunbury, split in 2. You get a large lounge & ensuite bedroom, a family live in the other half. The bed is comfortable, the area is nice with plenty of food options nearby & lovely beaches only a short drive away. I could clearly hear the family living in the other half through the partition door. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied before I arrived and the place smells of curry. It would have been nice to have a proper kitchen unit in the lounge instead of a giant 7 seater sofa so that you can cook food other than microwave meals.
- Kendall (8/5): Very good -
- Nancy (9/5): Superb - Convenient parking and responsive host.
- Sue (9/5): excellent value for money - good area , access and close to facilities- generally clean in lounge and bedroom Bathroom could have been a little cleaner

- Hoi (9/5): Superb -
- Ajay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marion (7/5): Good - The bed and lounge were comfortable. Easy parking. The shower recess needs a thorough clean, especially around the shower door and tiles
- Nigel (9/5): Superb -
- Padraig (8/5): Very good -
- Janine (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, nice couch ,nice and close to shopping area, good information sheet, secure facility. Bathroom and toilet could have been a bit cleaner, but ok. Would be good to have more cooking options.
- Lynne (7/5): The room was adequate for our stay as we were passing through and just needed the basics. - Convenient, comfy couch and bed. No full length mirror.
- Jorja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Murray (8/5): We were happy , booked again at a later date befothid first stay - Location was perfect Needs a little TLC tooth paste left in the bathroom, bedroom curtains full of holes , carpet needs to replaced
- Guiral (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wayne (8/5): Very good -
- Lewis (8/5): Friendly and welcoming host. Probably the best budget accommodation I have booked. - The room was very spacious with very good facilities. The tv is very small.
- Lynda (10/5): very comfortable and convenient. - Very clean and quiet. No problems :)
- Law (8/5): Very good - Couch
- Wolfenden (2/5): Very poor -

- Briant_jaldhara (9/5): Superb - Good value for money
- Natarsha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nigel (9/5): Good value and provided everything that I required for my one-nig stay in Bunbury. I would return. - It is ideal for a one- or two-night stay, there is everything available that you needed.
Parking was right outside the property.
There was a microwave, kettle and fridge available to use, milk, tera, coffee was all provided.
It is reasonably small but is bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in, the bedroom is separate to the living area.
It does offer very good value for what you get.
If you need to work, there isn't a desk/table set up to work from, but they do provide a adjustable collapsible table and a chair that you can set up to work from. Nothing really not to like.
FYI -no free tv channels available, but there were plenty of other channels provided which are available to watch.
- Adam (9/5): Superb -
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Travis (7/5): Good -
- Susi (8/5): Very good - Great location, good to have the extra lounge room and parking out front Needs better sound proofing from rest of house

- Chris (10/5): Comfortable - Super friendly host. Neat and tidy. Comfy bed.
- Diane (8/5): Very good -
- Beverly (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely home close to everything we needed shops beach and attractions
- Neil (9/5): Unit is close to shops/eateries. We enjoyed our stay there, as it is very comfortable and clean. - Unit was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.
Owner was very nice, and approachable. She came straight away to give us access to the unit, as soon as we rang to advise of our arrival, and the same attention the following day, when we were leaving.
Would highly recommend this accommodation. Only complaint we have is the absence of internet. We were not able to watch the TV due to this, so made it a very long night, as lighting was not good for reading.
I did find it hard to get up and down the steps at the front, as I have osteoathritis, I found the steps quite deep/high and difficult for me to navigate.
